i crashed my Jeep and brought it to A1. Johnny and his team were exceptional. They handled everything for me. Helped me file a claim with my insurance company and walked me thru the entire process and repairs. Outstanding work to the entire A1 staff. I will refer all my family and friends

I am reviewing on one the few individuals that you will encounter in life who has all of the following rare and valuable qualities in a service professional: excellent communicator, fearlessness with respect to challenges or obstacles, operates with genuine integrity and clearly concerned about the customers' experience.In my opinion, A-1 should really be named 'Johnny Martinez' Body Shop because he is the spirit and soul of this company. If you have a vehicle body issue, you would be well served to take my word and introduce yourself to Mr. Johnny Martinez. A-1 may not be the least expensive or necessarily the fastest but I have no doubt that if you work with Johnny, you will ultimately be glad that you trusted him to repair your vehicle - he is simply an excellent advocate and professional.

I have to say that I had a great experience with Johnny at A-1 body shop. My fifth wheel was hit in storage. I called A-1:and they took it in to the shop in a couple days. It was back in storage in less than two weeks. Great bunch of people over there. I would totally recommend taking your vehicle there.

A1 did a fantastic job for us. We had shopped around and received many other quotes pertaining to some body work ( dent) that needed to be done on a brand new truck.A1 offered the most reasonable, and fair proposal. Jordyn and Johnny were extremely helpful , knowledgeable, and patient with me. I HIGHLY recommend A1 Body Shop!

Lonny and the team here at A1 do extremely good work. I have sent many of my clients to them and have had nothing but good feedback. I know where I'm going to go for any collision work, or any custom work that I need done.

The worst auto body shop in AMERICA!Do Not GovHere. Johnny is a crook! They will do you so dirty. Literally brought our vehicle in for repairs due to an insurance claim because was hit by a dangerous driver and then get hit again here at A1 Body because johnny and whomever the person they had to supposedly fix the broken vehicle broke it more! Seriously, this shop is dangerous. Stay away from this auto body shop unless you want to also get your vehicle back more broken than what was intended and they steal from the insurance company as extra claims they wrote up. Then on top of all this stress by the time we received our vehicle it had been 4 me Nths later!!! Held onto vehicle longer than need be. We caught them in their lives too. They straight up lied to us, stating that they called one family member and told us our vehicle was"ready" and also scratched the glass on vehicles window. Took zero responsibility for the blatant lies from "Johnny" @A1BodyShop. If you wish to have your vehicle broken me re than what was to be when it went in to shop and be in their shop for months for a fairly simple fix than we suggest you go to this awful terrible business. Should be shut down!

A1 Body Shop and RV Repair have done excellent work with my Airstream several times. Bit more complicated battery/system upgrades were no issue at all of getting done. Thanks Nick, Lonnie, Tommy, Jose and Cam!

Made an appointment three weeks ago for 4:30, didn't receive a call as a reminder. So I called on the day of in the morning, the girl states they don't do appointments that late, then why was I scheduled for that time? Seriously I can see why they have 3.9 stars wont be going here for anything in the future.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have used A1 on three occasions. Twice for RV repair and once for auto paint work. All three occasions were excellent. My RV repair occurred in the midst of C19 and parts were difficult to procure. Al routinely kept me apprised of the status and when the parts eventually arrived they scheduled and repaired my rig in two weeks. Recently I I had A1 paint a tailgate for my truck. The job was completed in 1 week and at a very reasonable price. I inquired about an additional paint project for an oxidized fender on my truck. Al had one off his detailers work on it at, at no charge, and the result was stellar. Al could have worked up an estimate and an additional cost and time to have the fender painted, but he didn t and I am very appreciative for that type of customer service. All of the staff I encountered at A1 were friendly and helpful. Job well done and if I need their services in the future I will be back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

We were told our vehicle would be ready on Thursday 9/8 definitely done by end of day Friday 9/9. Well by the end of day Friday no phone call. I call first thing Monday morning to ask if the vehicle is ready to be picked up, of coarse know one knows for sure so after a brief hold I am told "Oh its going through QC quality check?) finishing up the last details' will call you when its ready." This at 10am. 4pm no phone call. Call my insurance to extend the rental car they decide to call A1 to find out when the vehicle will be ready. "Oh its ready." No one called me. So Tuesday afternoon 9/13 my wife goes to pick up the vehicle that Johnny said is" good to go." When my wife checks out the vehicle there's still painters tape on the tires the back bumper that was an add on minor repair scuff mark that Johnny said"No problem we'll take care of it." was not taken care of. The hood was replaced so my wife asked the technician to open the hood. The hose for the windshield wiper fluid was still disconnected. When starting the vehicle a warning light came on about the auto stop/start was unavailable because the hood is open. The hood was closed and secure. She decided enough is enough and took the vehicle home so i could fix the hood issue. All in all its a big lack of communication and honesty from this company. Not going back and i will always tell people to stay away from A1 Body. Johnny your Good to go! has not a clue what good to go is.Avoid a headache and frustration and do not use A1 Body shop.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

My 2018 Audi S4 was rear ended and was in need of a body shop. Mr. Melo got my car in and took good care of it. Quality work and great attention to detail. Worst in town. Got vehicle back w greasy door pillars, both! Got verble est. for windshield, guess what, went up 50 bucks. Owner contributed it too new guy. Live and learn. now you dont have to!

I was involved in a major accident with my RV and truck in may of 2020 in Texas. A close friend of mine who works in the auto body industry in Reno committed to fixing my truck and recommended A1body shop to fix the RV.I called A1 and spoke to Al. I thoroughly explained our situation and location. Al took down all of my information and said they could definitely fix me up so he made an appointment for me to bring the RV in to start the process. I brought my RV in on 6/22 at 10am and Al held it until 5pm that afternoon to inspect, take notes and pictures. When I picked the RV up Al told me that he would call in a couple days once he finished the estimate. 5 days later and no word I called Al and left a message. 4 days after my message and still no word I called again and spoke to Al. Al rushed me off the phone and told me he would call me back when the estimate was done. 2 weeks after my RV was inspected by the shop my insurance company started to call Al - they left 3 messages and never received one call back. 3 weeks after my initial appointment and no phone call from Al I decided I would be taking my RV somewhere else. I never once received a phone call from this body shop after driving half way across the country to this specific shop. 5 weeks later I spoke to a manager and he apologized and said Al just got overwhelmed with the amount of work he had - this does not excuse the lack of a phone call and explanation to me over the prior 5 weeks.I would highly recommend anyone stay away from this shop or at the least from the disrespectful Al.

I was very impressed with Al. He answered all of my questions over the phone and got me in for an estimate very quickly. He worked well with my insurance and communicated well with us along the way. He made a very stressful time less stressful. A car accident is bad enough, you dont want added stress when trying to get your vehicle fixed. They were fast, affordable and friendly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

My son s 3 day old car was close to totaled by someone running a red light back in November, over 10k in damage on a Honda Civic. Our insurance was going to tow the car to a different body shop, but we asked around and got a referral to A1, so we changed the destination of the car and took it to A1. Van did a fantastic job of keeping us informed of what was going on and fighting the Insurance company for all OEM parts since the car was only 3 days old. When my son got the car back it looked perfect, there was one issue with the side cameras not being calibrated and he called Van and Van made an appointment at the dealership to get that Calibrated and took care of the payment and billing to our insurance. The car is perfect and we are so pleased that we went to A1 and got great service and quality work!

A1 did a great job with the warranty work we needed done on our trailer! They were courteous upfront with potential issues and costs AND fast! I dropped it off Tuesday and they had both our issues approved by the warranty company, all fixed and ready for us to pick up that Friday. Great job!

A-1 rocks! We took our motorhome in for some repair/upgrade work. They were very pleasant to work with, as we called in a couple times to add upgrades. They lubed and adjusted our slides as well, and I m amazed at the difference. Al was super to work with, and he brought Kenny out to talk to us about specifically what we wanted. Kenny did a great job. They are on the high $ide, but we ve been victims of lower-priced repairs on our motorhome enough to say A-1 is well-worth the cost.Having said that, I do wish they would have put down some floor protection, and I also wish I hadn t paid $350 for Stanley Steamer for a thorough carpet clean BEFORE I had A-1 do work inside. My bad.

I want to thank Al and the team at A1 body shop. I had front fender damage. They had my 2017 Jeep for 10 days. In that time, they did the estimate, filed a suplimate to my claim and did the repairs. They did a great job using official jeep parts. My Jeep looks perfect again. Thanks again Al for all of your work. I highly recommend this shop for body work.

I am impressed beyond belief at the excellent service from this Body Shop. They diagnosed and repaired some problems with my horse trailer within a 24 hour turn around time. The technicians, especially Kenny, were polite, helpful and thorough. Thank you so much!

My first impression is the Left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I was told I needed a pre-inspection for my RV damage, waited over an hour to find out that isn't the process and had to leave with nothing to be done for over a week. Bill is awesome and I highly recommend him and his customer service has been amazing! I'm disappointed that no one informed me they won't be able to begin working on it until sometime in August; however, I can only assume it's because they are in such high demand. I'll report again after the work is done. We have a pre-paid RV trip planned mid August so we are hopeful they can get it done before then.

I brought my 2011 Mustang to be detailed by them . They did a horribly bad job I asked if it was going to be polished by hand and waxed . The sales person lied to me and said yes when I dropped off my car .When I picked up my car it looked the same as when I dropped it off no polishing took place a very bad wax job is all I got . They blamed it on a miss understanding on my part . If there willing to lie to me about a detail job and take my money and time god only knows what they can do if you need real repair work done .

I've regrettably been rear-ended a few times, and each time, A1 did incredible work making the vehicle look as good as new and, more importantly, working seamlessly with the insurance company to make the process as hassle-free as possible. Top notch professionals. I highly recommend them.

This place is awful. Customer service is non existent. They had my motorhome for almost three months. Most of this time they weren't even working on it. Got my motorhome back filthy with grease streaked down the side. The only redeeming value of the place was Too the mechanic. He at least apologized for the extensive length of time it took. No one else including the front office staff swelled too care about the inconvenience and l loss of time camping. Don't take your vehicles there.

A1 specializes in RV bodywork as well as cars. We dropped in with no notice on the way to Burning Man because part of our dump valve plumbing had been knocked off. They improvised a fix in two hours and couldn't have been more helpful. It's a clean, well organized shop with a very comfortable waiting room and a good selection of parts and supplies. A1 lives up to its name excellent.

We took our camper here they overpriced us then took longer than scheduled. They did a horrible job on the new rubber seals and even worse on the caulking. We had to take it back to get it recaulked and then we put it away for the winter. We take it out all looks good start driving and I noticed the same spot they recaulked was being purged open by the wind...which immediatly now started the delamination process on the front if our camper and they won't take any responsibility for it.

Ask for Cam. Cam will not disappoint you. As for service and the people. From the front desk the lovely Ms.Sam to the back in the shop. I have no complaints. A great team of people with a can do personality. 5 's for sure.Don't forget ask for Cam he is the man!!!!

Would recommend and come back again for RV service. We were passing through Reno when our RV heater went out. A1 got us in same day, friendly, found the issue. Shout out to Joel for being EXTRA friendly. Merry Christmas
