These guys charged me nearly $7,000.00 dollars and did hardly any work to it and the work they did do was poorly done and is not worth what I paid.I will start off by telling you that they had my vehicle for nearly 5 months. In that time frame the vehicle had broken down 4 times at pickup the very same day. I had the vehicle towed back twice and limped it back twice. No quality work was ever done to my Scout, only quick, rushed, poor work by unqualified technicians.I have been verbally abused by their shop foreman Tommy, screaming at me telling me I bought a piece of junk. Instead of taking ownership that they simply had no knowledge of the vehicle they agreed to work on.They spent countless hours working and rebuilding a carburetor that didn t belong on my vehicle to begin with, and of course on my dime. Had some expertise and research been done they couldHave saved me plenty of money by telling me it wasn t the right carburetor for my motor. I had to call and find out the factory specs myself and ended up spending 800 dollars on the right carburetor which worked properly immediately. Wasted time and money that I was never reimbursed.I purchased a custom exhaust specific to my Scout. They butchered the welds as if someone who never welded before installed them. The exhaust was installed against my transmission lines which had to be repaired at another shop to avoid overheating. The right side was installed against the frame causing severe rattling as well, as repaired elsewhere.I had a skyjacker lift kit installed by them, in which they forgot to install the spacers and bolts in my front shackles and had lost or misplaced them. I had to purchase another set and at that point they found them . The provided shim kit for the front axle was never installed either, probably thrown away or lost.They installed my custom powder coated front and rear bumpers. They used different hardware in each side of the rear bumper and didn t even have the professionalism to use the proper bolts provided. They also damaged my front bumper and said it was due to a poor powder coat job previously which is a lie. They also misplaced my rear bumper brackets and I had to bring it back where eventually they found them and installed them.They told me the fuel lines had been fully replaced, at one of the pickups I took the Scout to get gas and it was gushing out from under the quarter panel. When I called they said they had forgotten to replace the fuel lines as discussed. They also replaced my filler neck with a 300 dollar steel one I provided, they didn t even prime it and installed it raw which it has already began to rust due to no prep work or care.They told me the oil had been changed, upon looking underneath the oil filter had never been touched. They again said they forgot and they would change the oil.The driver side brake light and marker light were out, they said they fixed it and it went out again, then they claimed to fix it again and the brake light is still currently out and I paid for this.They installed a brand new manual choke cable which does not currently work properly. If you use the choke cable you must push it back at the carburetor, another thing I paid for that doesn t work properly.They over torqued the screws that go into the shifter box which is plastic, damaging my brand new parts and they just didn t care or didn t replace it either.They installed a SS grill into the front of the truck and did not even install it correctly with the middle screws not even in, causing the grill to rattle. Another overlooked and rushed job that I paid for.I had an X Brace installed which is designed to cut down the frame flex. This bolts through the steering box into the frame. The bolts were too long and never shortened to be able to torque down the bolts. The steering box was loose on the truck which could have caused me a serious accident.There is so much more but google will not allow anymore in this review. I have filed with the BBB in hope of resolution.

1st Choice was referred to me by a friend. This is now my go to shop! My first experience. My truck had low oil pressure. And of course, I needed it for work. Another shop told me the engine needed to be replaced. Well, after Tom & Dave inspected it. They said it only needed an oil pump. They also managed to squeeze me into their busy day and get me back on the road that same day. A $5000. job became just over $1000. and I m still driving the truck. And with great oil pressure.I only go to 1st Choice now.Give them a try, and experience their honesty, integrity with a highly qualified mechanical knowledge!Highly recommend them.

I love this shop. They are amazing, good communication, and beyond fair in prices. I moved our fleet over to them. It's hard to find someone as honest and fair as Dave, Tommy, and James.Thank you so much :)

I've had multiple issues with my vehicle since a new engine was installed in 2020. I've gone to many shops and none of them have really fixed the issues.The last shop actually sent my vehicle to 1st Choice because they couldn't fix it. 1st Choice corrected all the problems under the hood. I have it back at 1st Choice to correct a bunch of wiring problems under the dash.I will definitely recommend 1st Choice.

Took my car here to have an exhaust leak fixed. James and Tom were awesome. They took care of me and had my car back on the road quick. Their prices were fair and my car is running better than it has in a long time.
