The absolute WORST Walmart Auto Care center. They need to just fire everyone and start all over. Especially the worker named Kay.I went in earlier today around 3pm because I had a nail in my tire. The older gentleman was friendly and came to help me and I told him my situation and he politely said they were short staffed and only had 2 Techs working. They may not be able to do it. They also had 3 cars in the queue for an Oil Change.I was fine with that and told him that's not a problem i'll wait if I have to and he told me he would check with Kay to see if they could get to it. I walked with him while he spoke to his coworker Kay and he nicely asked her and the black gentleman working with her if they would be able to do a patch. She immediately Snaps in a angry tone at the older guy and says "We need to take our Lunches". He says... I know but when you get back will you be able to look at it? Kay says "Maybe later sure" then walks off while he's talking to her to look at another car. The guy asks if she can take a quick look at the puncture to see if it could be done. Kay snaps back at him again in a really rude and nasty tone and says "Look i've alreayd told you twice now, we need our lunches". The Guy who's clearly frustrated at this point says to her "Well look you need to talk to this man right here and tell him what's going on..... They then began arguing and fussing with each other in very rude and unprofessional ways to the point where I had to break up their argument and say "You know that? That's ok! I'll just take my car somewhere else."This was clearly unacceptable and inappropriate way to be behaving with coworkers and in front of customers and it lost this particular store business. I don't blame the older gentleman because as stated earlier, he approached me very kindly and was ready to help me and explained their circumstances, however Kay was extremely rude and unprofessional. Having a job is a privilege and you should at least be able to treat coworkers and customers with basic respect on the job. I or anyone else would never feel comfortable, willingly allowing anyone with such a visibly bad attitude or bad temper do anything to my vehicleService: Auto maintenance

Don't ever got to this auto care any of the other ones yes just not this one they suck (except for the female mechanic she's the bomb) the customer service sucks that is if you get any service at all? I suggest any where else but this one

Pretty good experience. Because of all the recent storms and my front tires being a little bald I didn't feel safe traveling some distance without getting new ones. I showed up at Walmart Auto Center without an appointment to get front tires on my car before I headed back home from visiting my daughter in Reno. They quoted me a wait time of 2 hours. The service was done in an hour and 45 minutes as they knew I was in a hurry to get on the road before dark and the weather would be changing back to stormy soon. The tires I purchased were the Douglas performance all-season tires and I couldn't be happier. They were a fair price and they handle great on the highway at high speeds as well as on icy and snowy roads, no spinning or slipping. I would recommend both the Vista Knoll Pkwy Walmart Auto Center and the Douglas performance tires.

Shane and the team are wonderful! Had a little hiccup and they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe. Definitely a good experience and awesome customer service!

Had a good experience here today- They were able to change my oil in 30 minutes while I shopped and they made me aware of a tire pressure issue that I had and helped me correct it.They didn t have to do that! I was impressed.Got the medium priced oil change and it was about $50.You cant beat that.

Came to get the spare tire replaced. They took care of me. We waited while we downloaded a 5 $ coupon for charlies cheesesteak. Best price around for a legit brand new tire. 275 65 r16. I checked

The wait was only about an hour, which is about average. The tire people were very friendly and knowledgeable. One even went and got me a cart. Another one was able to get me a great deal on 2 tires. And the other older one always has a smile on his face. I had a good experience.

Very poor customer service. They refused to honor their initial quote after they promised the same price and blamed it on inflation. They told us we were late picking the tires up and made us stand there while they help every other person and checked out all of their groceries. 0/10 we went in for an oil change just a standard oil change, and we made it very apparent for nothing else seeing as last time we were there they added other stuff without asking us and had to pay double the price! They start our car and next thing we know there brining us part of car saying they broke our car, and that we would have to call a tow truck and go get it fixed somewhere else that we had no other choice, but then when my dad had spoken on the phone with them suddenly they had a plug they could put in it for a temp fix. We were in there for over two hours, we had to pay over 200 dollars to get our car fixed and then to top it all off when we had it looked at they informed us we had no oil in our car at all. We went in for an oil change they put no oil in our car and then we had to pay an extra 200 dollars to fix what they broke. They said whoever did our last oil change was the problem but they did our last oil change were on there files and we have a sticker from this exact location with our last oil change date. Then they said that there no repair shop and it was out of there hands offered to give us compensation files but weather we get the money back or not is also not up to them. Would not recommend coming here our car was perfectly fine until now, and of course since we re both girls they said the only choice was getting a tow truck until my dad spoke to them and all of sudden there was more than one. One word Bullllshit!!

Horrible! Rude! My husband ended up doing all the work because they said my mercedes was too "fancy" and they wouldn't touch it. They were very derogatory, called us names in Spanish. A bad overall experience.Services: Tires, Auto tire replacementServices: Tires, Auto tire replacement

I saw bubbles coming out of my tire. They couldn't find the hole. So they sent me on my way. One week later I ended up stranded with a flat tire. I was upset but this Walmarts asst. Manager of the store and manager of the auto center went above and beyond my expectations. Excellent customer service skills. They are both great employees. I hope Walmart is training their employees to follow in their footsteps.

Worst customer experience. They keep pushing the road hazard insurance even when you tell them you don't want it. Showed up on the work order after I said 'no'.Bait and switch on Douglas tires also. Told me they had them in stock. But as soon as the car was in the bay... They didn't have them. Total scam.

Walmart Automotive, even though they are packed with customers most of the time. Joan did such a great job by taking the 2 hour wait in her own hands by changing out my battery for my car. It s great to feel like the workers actually care for the customers and they put in effort for customer service and making a valued customer happy. I would recommend the automotive section to anyone who is looking for any questions on anything!

Came in with a flat tire an hour before closing, I got 2 new tires installed , paid for and was driving home before they closed!!! Great customer service!!

Ordered online 2 tires and they arrived seperatly. One a day later. 4-5 days shipping, they should always keep 2 to 3 people there. Place is busy. They have stocked less items forces on to order online.

Charged for a patch in the tire, got home and took the tire out of the trunk to find it had gone flat already on the trunkride home. Come to find out they never patched the tire at all and even left the nail in it! When we went to complain they denied any responsibility accusing us of putting the tire back on the car and hitting another nail, all within a 1 hour time frame over a $10 job! They would not accept any responsibility and started to threaten to call the cops and locked the doors to the auto center attempting to detain my husband, completely unwarranted and extreme b ehavior, most unprofessional place on the face of this Earth. With practices like that they are going to seriously hurt if not kill somebody. I will never allow anyone I know and care about to take their vehicles here.

I've been trying to get in at this on since it's near my home and they keep telling me it's going to be a 2 to 3 hour wait before they get me in and to come back tomorrow. Been coming back tomorrow for almost a week now. I called Walmart hq in Arkansas to let them know. If they have a staffing problem then they need to fix it. Walmart has lost my business for auto care. I will be looking elsewhere for my oil changes unless they have a staff and management change.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Went for a patch on my tire and they said they cant do a patch cause theres chunks taken out of the tire. Then they cant put the spare on cause they dont have tools to get it down. So i buy the cheapest tire they have there for my truck. They then bring the tire out and tell me that if i choose the tire with this tread on it that itll mess up my suspension.....what?? Nice way to try and get me to buy more tires genius but im not falling for it. So they Get the tire put on and they ring me out. (Keep in mind this is over 2 1/2 hrs after i dropped off the truck there in the first place). And as im walking out the tire was over 30 dollars more expensive then what they quoted me. So i go back in and show the mechanic and they figure out he put the wrong tire on my truck. He then says sorry its gonna be a bit. I give him the keys and say this is ridiculous. He then has the audacity to then say. Hey man your the one who messed up the tire not me. I then tell him hey man your the one who put the wrong tire on there. if you feel like wasting your day and having stuff done wrong to your truck then go here. Otherwise go somewhere else.

Under staffed. Get there early on a weekday to avoid the rush, forget it. 3 hour wait every time I try to buy tires. I'm done trying with all Wal-Mart's!!! Especially if they can't fully staff their tires crew, separate from oil changes, and they don't accept appointments, I'll go elsewhere. I'm done. Lemmon Valley Wal-Mart SUCKS anyhow. Never have things in stock most of the time I go there to Lemmon Valley. I am so DONE!!!!!!!!!!

Understaffed. Waited an hour just to have a question answered. In the end, they couldn't help me with their own tire warranty, I have to do all of the reordering myself. It'll be weeks before I can get my tire fixed.

Arrived at 7:03 to the tire center and was 3rd in line told it would take 2 hours for a tire patch, came back at 11 and they hadn t started working on the simple patch instead bringing in other vehicles in front of me and telling me it would be another 2 hours. I definitely would tell anyone reading this just don t waste your time

People very friendly and helpful, which is unusual at Walmart, but at the auto service they were completely different from Associates in the store. They deserve 5 stars

I'm not one to complain but they were the slowest I have ever seen and they weren't busy, it took 3 hours to put on two tires but the longest part was waiting for the lady at the front desk to figure out what tires to sell us, then once the car was done we had to ask to have it taken out of the bay because well "'i forgot" was the reason.. not a good experience .

Came in right after they open. Say it is gonna he an hour and it takes well over 2 and a half. Another gentlemen here just came in for a tire rotation, said he would need to wait 2, and he told me he had been waiting 4 hours.

Not extremely knowledgeable, but we're happy to help. Got my new battery and was back on the road in less than 20 min form start to finish
