Tire change service and they did that to my husband's car. DO NOT GO TO THEM! Not only that! They have the WORST claim company that we have been very patient with. The GUY IS LITERALLY YELLING AT US FOR NO REASON. Their money is more important than the customers obviously. Not shopping or supporting Walmart anymore.

They let my rare car literally fall off the lift and into the wall. Every time I am on the phone with their insurance company, the adjuster interrupts and raises his voice with me without prompting. Incredibly rude. I am in the process of hiring a lawyer.

Absolutely horrible experience. First of all the mechanic is yelling at me to back up even though the sign clearly says *Pull Forward*. I tell him I need my battery tested and he has me pull into another opening (no signs about this). So after testing he just hands me this paper from the machine. I have no idea what it means. So I ask if I need a new battery and he just nods his head. So, I follow him into the lobby and ask how long it'll be and he says a couple of hours (to install a battery!). I say no and take my car elsewhere where it took 10 minutes.Will definitely not be returning.

NEVER BUY FROM HEREI purchased a brand new top of the line 4 year warranty battery for my truck. I took it out to my truck after exchanging my other battery, hooked it up ,tried to turn my car over twice, the power dropped nothing, dead....I took it back into the Walmart they said it was defective so they replaced it with a new one .I took the battery out to my truck tried to turn it over two times then stopped.... I have to research I realize it was my fuel pump. So I took the battery back in just to get charged and the employee's (plural) proceeded to tell me that it is defective it won't take a charge ANDNOW THEY WERE NOT GOING TO REPLACE IT , even though it was their faulty productI was mocked, talked to extremely condescendingly, I lost a ton of money in missed work, and seeing as how I'm homeless due to getting sidelined by someone else ripping me off.......I don't have $217 to spare !!!Manuel ,Wayne , ERIC ( the manager he said they shouldn't of stickered it so that it couldn't be replaced) should all be fired. Dominique a manager at that Walmart could've handled this but didn't he listen to the lies of those previously mentioned people....and screwed me

Came here to buy a battery for my son s pickup truck. I was at the 2nd street Walmart location and they didn t have the correct battery so we drove here. At 6:19 pm, my son and I walked into the auto care area where the batteries were located, to have one associate wheeling himself out in handicap cart and the other associate behind the counter turning off the lights and walking out. They saw us but said nothing before leaving. This would not have been a problem except that I wasn t able to just take the battery off the shelf; there was a metal bar with a lock that blocked the batteries. In other words, an associate would have had to unlock and move the metal bar before one could take a battery!The auto care section is not supposed to close until 7 pm. I get it, some people don t care to work. Often times this criticism is aimed at the younger generation but the 2 men that left early were both gray haired - they were old! If either had bothered to just ask if I needed help, it would have taken either of them less than 2 minutes to let me get a battery. Unbelievable!I did not bother waiting around as I needed a battery asap. My son and I left and drove to the Walmart in the North Valleys. We arrived at 6:40 and thankfully, I was able to just grab a battery off the shelf and take it to a cashier nearby.Service: Battery

The staff would not only not talk to me, they would walk away as you were trying to talk to them. After a 1 hour wait, they told me they would not fix my flat tire because it would be hard.

Made an appointment the day before so I could come in and get new tires immediately after working a 10 hour shift and for some reason they didnt start on my car for two hours and it took them another two hours to finish. I got there at 2 and left at 6 30 pm. And all they could offer me was a $50~ discount off of $400~. Wasting four hours of my time is worth way more than $50~. What was the point of making an appointment in the first place and the guy who checked me out said they dont even use the appointments anyways!!! There were 4 mechanics standing around for what seemed like eternity doing nothing. Stop picking your noses and take better care of your customers! Absolutely never using the auto car center again! Incompetent and rude.Service: Tires

Terrible, they just lost a customer. I always use to come here to get my oil change,but not anymore. I went there this morning and waited for about an hour then they said we are going to refuse you service. I asked why, the lady said because my car keeps turning off. I told her yes it's a hybrid it dose that. She said sorry no for their safety. I checked it out Immediately just to see is something was wrong.turns out nothing was wrong, but I did drive it to my mechanic a real mechanic just to get a second opinion. He told me nothing was wrong with my car. One of three things happened,one they don't know what the hell they're doing,two they need to update their certifications or three discrimination

They took 6 hours to do an oil change. When asking for a wait estimate, the cashier said they had no idea. People were fighting in the waiting room. An unpleasant experience.

Quick service and cheap for synthetic. Oil changes are walk-in only and they are short staffed so you might have to wait. Tire appointments are appointment only. Only one complaint: they said they vacuum and wash the front window. They did not. I will come back.

I've used your service department many times. I took my 76-year old mother-in-law there who usually uses Tires Plus to get two tires on the back of her car. they had the car for 3 days and she still did not get tires. we had to pick it up, and take it to Tires Plus. again she's 76 years old and she missed two days of work because of that.shrs on a fixed income. she was told that it would be ready that day Thursday January 6th we got it on Saturday. With no tires having been installed. I will never use or recommend Walmart service center to anybody ever again. Nor will I use it. sincerely Charles payne

The store is awful, dirty, disorganized, and the bathrooms were disgusting. The garage was staffed with two mechanics and lots people waiting for their cars to be service. No employee's were available at any department I visited, electronics, sporting goods, and tools. At one point, three employees were chatting and laughing in the middle of an aisle. All the products still on the pallets and left in aisle, where is management?

My husband ordered tires and installation online. He kept checking to make sure the tires had arrived. The online sight kept showing the tires were there. He went to the shop today and they said they didn t have the tires and didn t know when they were coming in or where they were. Then they said no technicians came to work. We cancelled service and we will go with someone else.Service: Tires

It took over two hours for the service department to replace two tires on my vehicle. They were very short staffed. I don't think it is fair to the one person working to have no help. Then in turn it makes the customer very unhappy to have to wait for long periods of time to get their vehicle back

I have been there a few times for a oil change. Mechanic chose not to do a oil change due to loud engine noise. He did put oil in the my car but tried to give me oil that was at a higher price rather than the usual oil that they put in. I was not happy leaving there.

Came in for a fluid change, and was waiting on a call, 1:30 hours later I check in the lady tells me they couldn t work on the car cause they didn t have the filter, unprofessional and bad costumer service, worse Walmart auto center in reno

Horrible customer service what else can you expect from a Walmart. I ordered my tires for pickup and was told they can mount and balance them when they arrived. This was not the case they told me I d have to wait all day to possibly get to it. Then when I decided to take my tires somewhere else they guy that went looking for them just gave up and pulled another car into the service bay 39 minutes later while I m standing at the register waiting.

Do not go here!! The level of incompatance is mind blowing! And you'll lose your sanity trying to deal with these people.I got my tires here about 8 months ago with the warranty. RIGHT AFTER these tires were put on I started getting a vibration in my steering wheel when I would brake, and it only happened between 40-30 mph. I figure it's bc of them being cheap tires, because it was literally right when I drove away the shaking happened. I tell my mom, who was using my car while I was out of town, and she took it in and explained the issue. They say nothing is wrong. My friend gets in my car and said that it's my brakes. I go to get my brakes done and now I have bent rotars.I go in about a month and a half ago and had them rotate my tires and told them that a tire has lost air twice in a week now and to take a look at it. When the service is all done, I'm told nothing was wrong with my tire. A week or 2 later a different tire blows. I take my car over because of the warrant but this certain tire damage is apparently not covered. I tell them I'm still losing air in that one tire, and something is wrong with it. They come back and tell me it's also inner tire damage (the reason the other tire blew) and obviously won't do anything about it.I take my car to Ray's Tire Exchange today to get a used to to get me by and it's a nail in the tire. Ray's took off the tire and show me how there is no inner tire damage and show me the nail he took out.

Bad serive, have to wait 4 hours for tire rotation and oil change. Defenitely choose somewhere else for this next time.

I went to Walmart to get a new tire on my car and was informed that the tire tech stopped services at 1830(6:30pm), yet it states open till 1900(7:00pm) I got there at 1845.." Sorry , the tech are gone for the night but I can sell you a tire" .After working a 12 hr shift to find out they could ONLY sell me tire. I was extremely disappointed.Though the Auto associate was apologetic for there being no tire techs to assist. But stated that "last services " are done at 1830(6:30pm).. Hey Wal-Mart there's a half hour discrepancy....

I'd give a Zero if possible. DO NOT COME HERE. Worst auto center ever they don't put plastic down they have no sense of urgency or any time management. 4 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Was first here at 630. Trash

This is my neighborhood Wal-Mart. I've been spending money here for almost 20 years. I STILL shop there, spent almost a hundred dollars on groceries today. I do not understand why my experience with the tire and lube turned into a nightmare, but it did. I've had my last 7 vehicles serviced here since almost the time they opened. I never had a problem. The service was always prompt, friendly, and very reasonable. I buy my tires from Wal-Mart- either online, or on premises. Had my new Wal- Mart purchased General Altimax RT 43 tires mounted and balanced on my Cadillac here. Very happy. Went to change my oil, and had them rotated. I happened to glance into the service bay, and noticed the tech, removing balance weights from my rims. I thought that was a bit odd. Sure enough, when I drove it home on local streets.. all seemed fine. But the next day, I went on the freeway and there was a seriously noticeable vibration. It was obvious why. I took the car back, and asked to have my tires re-balanced. I also instructed the manager to provide a different technician. Apparently, as I will get into- that tech did not like that. That fixed the problem. I recently acquired a 2002 Subaru Outback. The car is very clean, but it has some dings and dents. As I am a musical instrument repairman, I 'memorize' dings, and dents, as part of my occupation. the car has very nice almost new Michelins on it. Well, I got a slow leak- flat on the left rear. I go to this Wal-Mart. It's just before 7 a.m., and the guy that messed up my Caddy balancing sees me as I walk in. I know he knows I'm the guy that usually brings the Cadillac in. He is going to repair it... I thought- o.k. give him a shot. He fixed it alright. but my car was keyed, scratched, and dinged in places it wasn't before.I was pissed. and that takes a lot to do. I complained. the manager listened.. He called me back later, and said he watched the surveillance tapes, and that his tech didn't do anything wrong. I KNOW my car was deliberately damaged, by a guy holding a petty grudge. I'll never have my cars serviced there again.

These guys did a bad service. After they filled up my oil which they charge me another extra they told me I had little oil left so we had to filled it up more then charge you with the regular price & then charge you extra for filled it back more quart of oil. So I paid for it, after that they broke my coolant so now it's leak. They should've told me I had low coolant so I would pay them extra for filled it up instead they broke it so I would go back for them so they could fix it again. This is how they hustle on peoples vehicles. The old Wal-Mart down in McCarran did nice service. Not this one. These crease monkey runs a monkey business on your vehicle.

4 tires changed. Great deal. Job was done good. But Slow. 2-3 hrs. Could have been just a lot of people coming in same time and it was at the end of the day.

This store never keeps anything in the same place! I try to avoidhaving to go to this store because there's never anyone to ask for location of particular items, or if you do find someone to ask, that employee will have no idea where to find it. When one has to use the service dept, one hopefully has nothing scheduled for a long, long time, because you will be there longer than at DMV. AVOID WALMART SERVICE ON YOUR VEHICLE. The techs are the worst in the business, and don't care about you or your car.

They are not professional, had an appointment @4pm ,didn't start my car until 5 p.m one person working and did not finish until 8 p.m., never will I go there again, and I suggest no one else does either
