ZERO stars for United Nissan Reno! I went in to have my battery replaced as it is still under warranty after having it for 11 months. It has been dying off & on since they installed it. They said they have to do a diagnostic of my electrical system of minimum 11 hours @ $165. perhour before they can replace it. Really? I had to call AAA to charge my battery in my parking lot because it wouldn't start this morning. AAA guy something didn't look right & he looked it up on his computer & said wrong battery was installed & was over working the alternator. Nissan service manager said AAA didn't know what he was talking about & refused to service my car. Careful people, I refuse to get scammed, don't trust these people. They saw a 76 year old grandmother & tried to scam me! They are crooks! Don't go there! My car is at another garage being diagnosed! Crooks!

My car was taken care of and quickly. The agent who helped me when I took my car in wad cook. He seemed down-to-earth. The only thing I didn't really like is that when I actually hit my bill there was a miscellaneous charge. I didn't bother to question it because I had a bunch of stuff to take care of while I was in town. All-in-all, what I looked most was the service received from the guy who checked me in and the only issue I had was with the misc charge. I would've probably waited until I made it back to Vegas to have my car serviced if I would've known extra stuff was going to be added.

Nissan arino is gets 4 stars or 5 stars they're wonderful they're helpful bro helpful I've bought number of cars there they've always made a good deal with me considering my credit system the sales and service are great always clean bathrooms are clean and it's a pleasure going there

My new battery died, I got in about 440pm on holiday weekend and they kept my car to evaluate, the next day delivered me my car with brand new battery, I live close so that was nice for me.

Walked in for a oil change with out an appointment and got my vehicle back in 90 minutes.

Phone number listed is wrong. Went thru the website to schedule an appointment. They was supposed to call to confirm the appointment. They never called, it's an hour drive there so I didn't waste my time/fuel if my appointment wasn't confirmed. I never received said call or service
