I wanna give a huge shout out to David S. and Lucas B. As well as Selin and Eddie M. Definitely 5 star review warranted! These guys worked so hard and gave me top dollar for my trade to work me into something I could afford. I was in a horrible position and their compassion shined through. These guys got me into a car I absolutely love with a reasonable/affordable down payment and a monthly payment I can afford. It was amazing the way the worked their magic! They were empathetic to my situation, they truly cared and listened to me to get me on the road with a reliable vehicle and piece of mind with the warranties they offer. My credit didn't pose a problem either, not good credit, and still a low down payment. We devised a refinance and future plan for me. They took the time to tell me what my best bet is, timeframe wise, and how I should proceed to help rebuild my credit. Everyone was super friendly! All around service! Definitely will recommend even if they didn't offer a referral program, but they do! Thanks again for an amazing job,Melissa Lamun

We had a great experience at United Nissan. Our sales rep Bradly was great. He surpassed our expectations by going the extra mile to make sure we chose a vehicle we wanted, was super knowledgeable of the Nissan lineup and even some of the mechanical aspects. Very respectful and not overly inquisitive. The finance process took a little while but we were very happy with the outcome and appreciate them finding us the best offer. They offered us more than we expected for our trade in and overall had a great experience at United Nissan Reno. We will definitely be back in a few years when we re ready to upgrade our other car.

Got there in the dealership to co sign for my son in law. I've seen the looks of the rogue 2024 Plat and ended up trading my car. The transaction was fast. I've traded my old car without any actual inspection and i give thanks to Rafael Garcia for making the deal fast. I've got my rogue 2024 Plat and happy with it. Thank you Nissan Reno.

Couldn't be happier with our experience at United Nissan in Reno! Dave Lee-Sang is the guy you want to see! His demeanor was very professional and friendly tied into one package. I enjoy taking our 2005 Frontier to Nissan in Reno. It now has over 410,000 miles on it, and they keep it running like new. Everyone is professional, friendly and courteous. Ed does a great job overseeing the service department. I am always amazed at how clean and organized the service bays are kept. I will be a lifelong customer of their business.

I was able to make an appointment at a very convenient time. When I checked in, I was helped immediately and got a shuttle ride to work right away. The service tech, Kenny, quickly communicated with me and did all of the work I had requested. Diego called when it was finished and, again, helped me the minute I walked in the door. Wish I d gotten her name, but the cashier was wonderful, too. Great team at Nissan!

As a senior with hearing difficulty and some concern about maintaining my vehicle, I was very happy to receive patience and understanding from Randy. He explained what they found in response to my request to evaluate my old Xterra and was able to find me a loaner so that I would not be without transportation. My car is now running properly and I know where to take it if I have any more issues in the future.

It was a great experience getting our 18 Rogue serviced by United Nissan Reno. We will definitely be coming back for our 100k service in the next 15k miles. Easy to work with, upfront, and not trying to upsell anything. They work diligently to get our service complete as my wife and I were waiting with our 1 year old! 10/10 would recommend to any new car buyers or people looking to have their existing Nissan serviced or repaired.

Excellent job by Cris Portugal! He was a phenomenal help to my wife and I during the car buying experience. We were able to find a vehicle that checked all our boxes, fit within the budget, and was something we were stoked to purchase. He made the buying experience low stress, easy to keep up with, and he even had the car delivered to us at our house! I cannot speak highly enough of Cris throughout this process, and I highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a car to reach out to him. Cris Portugal is kind, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and funny! We conducted the largest part of our purchase online/over the phone and could not have asked for a better experience. No high pressure sales, straight to the point of getting what we need - even down to getting the windows tinted. Cris handled the whole thing and we cannot believe how fast and painless the entire process was. We LOVE our Sentra - great price, AMAZING gas mileage and a super zippy little ride! 10/10 would recommend both for the ride and the service!!!!!

I was welcomed the minute I stepped foot on the premises. I was treated with respect. The entire team even those members I wasn't working with directly were friendly and engaging. Tony and David Lee, as well as Eric, were never pushy or impatient, only exceedingly knowledgable and accommodating. I truly felt as if they had my best interests in mind. This is a Ripoff place. My husband brought 3 cars recently one of the car started to acting up after 3 months of purchase to make history short transmission went out. We call the dealer they say nothing they can do spoke to general manager BosdoganiHe was very rude on the phone of course they got the money they don t care .they repo the bad car my credit is bad now I dont recommend this liars they won t help you when something is wrong with the cars. Don t buy from here .

Amazing!!!I bought a used car off of the lot today and must say it was the best experience I ve ever had. When I ve bought a used car in the past from different dealerships the sales were less helpful and totally rude. I went to Nissan and Bradley and jay helped me. I was thoroughly helped and in and out in 2 hours. Jay communicated with me during the day to show me different vehicles while I was at work and Bradley knew everything by the time I got there. The perfect team! Made sure I got what I wanted and didn t feel rushed into something I don t want. Bradley did everything to make sure I had a good experience. Didn t leave me sitting there by myself but made good conversation the whole time so I wasn t alone. Will definitely be telling everyone I know about how great it was. I even got a bow even though it wasn t brand new. I felt amazing. Thank you so much!

After a recent accident I was given the choice to pick from a list of local shops for repair or choose my own. I didn t know who I could trust from a list so I turned to Nissan of Reno because I trust Randy M. and his team there. I called Randy and he had me bring my car in the very next day! Dealing with insurance was a complete nightmare but thankfully Randy was easy to work with and actually cared. Thank you!

Went on for a recall for my hood latch. Greeted at the door, very nice waiting area/lounge with coffee, water and snacks. Got a text so I could check the status and before I knew it, they came and got me to say my car was ready. They also provided a coupon for a complimentary car wash. If and when I decide to buy a new car, I will definitely shop there.

My used Nissan Frontier was bought at a differnt dealership with extended warranty. Service advisor Keoni was friendly and straight forward about the process and called me with updates each time he had new information. Keoni was able to work with the extended warranty and able to get parts replaced with no extra fee's except my deductible. Thank you Keoni and United Nissan

Brooklyn Thomas and Bradly were great to work with. The car we purchased for my wife was a pleasant experience. Brooklyn and Bradly really knew what they were doing and made it very easy to make a deal! Customer service definitely is their ultimate priority and they were both very personable people to talk with during the deal. They were both really knowledgeable with Nissan products and helped get everything set up with the Nissan app. Great work to these two and the whole Nissan family there!!!! I always come in with an attitude when purchasing a new carand I particularly don t care to deal with salespeople, however my dealing with United Nissan was a different experience. David the English Man worked tirelessly to get what I wanted while I waited from the comfort of my home. At the end of the day, he made it happen got exactly what I wanted as far as pricing goes, he had the vehicle ready when we showed up the next day, we couldn t be happier!!! Thank you David for an outstanding customer service!!!

Diego!! Great customer service. We were just a mess trying to get our Rogue to Reno..but he was so patient and helpful which made us much more secure. He gave us a nice loaner and then got the repair done in 2 days. We are so happy with his professionalism and understanding. Thank you Diego!

Juan is the classiest salesman I have ever met. Loved his Bruno Maglis. And manners the guy is a prince. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I was kinda being a handful, however very pleased with the terms. Juan explained all the tech features to me thoroughly and patiently. The tech on the lowest trim of the Sentra S is lush and generous.

Service advisor kyle Pruneau was great. He ordered the correct parts for my Nissan Ariya and notified me when the parts arrived at the dealership. He was friendly, and made me feel like he cared about his customers. The cost and time estimate given to complete the repair was accurate. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the whole process was a breeze!

I highly agree with the post John left, can't seem to get to the right department which is finance and all this company wants to do is give fake false assurance through a public posting sight here on google, people....... this is exactly what you're gonna pay out of pocket, pay for them to ignore you and not help while being ignored, these people have voicemail messages and still refuse to return calls but yet think their responses on here are valid, seems like this place is ran by someone without an absolute brain.
