Jerome in the Parts department is over the top amazing! I called the service department who quickly transferred me to the Parts dept. I needed help trouble-shooting an issue because I wasn t able to bring the car in. Jerome took his time explaining and breaking down the possible issues to the simplest one, giving me a step by step how to . He was very professional and incredibly knowledgeable- his customer service communication was excellent! Thank you so much Jerome! The world needs more Jeromes!

they did a good job with the actual oil change and all that. my Advisor never gave me a call back after waiting 6.5 hours. I had to check in on them .

Excellent service and fast. I had an appointment for first in the morning, so I dropped my truck off the afternoon before, so it would be ready for them first thing. They pulled my truck in and serviced it before they closed. I was able to pick my truck up before they closed same day! Keep up the great work Reno Toyota Family.

Today I had an unpleasant surprise when I realized that Toyota had deceived me, on September 6th I took my SUV for service, they made me wait for more than 2 hours. They gave me the total $217+taxes, and said they were going to check all the fluids and refill them, they were also going to change the engine oil, and rotate the tires! They called me after an hour and said that I needed to change 2 filters, (the engine one and the cabin one) and that it would cost $130 more. I told them not to change the filters because we have a mechanic who can replace them for less $. Today my mechanic arrived and when he changed the filters we realize that nothing had been done to it!! They had not changed the oil!!!!! and they hadn't filled anything in!!!!! I took photos and called the TOYOTA people, the supervisor ANDREW answered me in a bad way and told me to take my car back, we arrived and I explained everything, they told me that they were going to "check it again" and we waited 2 hours more. They were already closing up and finally the supervisor helped us, but he was literally ignoring me when I spoke to him and according to him they had done the work "Again". I asked many times on why the oil/ fluids weren't changed, he kept saying the same response, that they didn't need to be refilled. I feel very frustrated from this whole ordeal; once I started to read the reviews people have left, I now understand that this has been going on for some time. I just hope that there is a higherup, who can take care of these types of situations. Just BE CAREFUL when going for a service here.

We bought a 2023 car used that they used for a fleet vehicle. We noticed our mirror not folding in automatically a 2-3 days after we left the lot. Even with the extra warranties we bought, they they still want $1600 to repair it.

Came in for routine 25k maintenance with an appointment. Agreed to replace air filters in addition to the oil change/tire rotation. 3hrs later, the vehicle is not finished and the techs have not started the additional service.

I went in for a 40k & 50k service which was supposed to be under their service plan but then they tried to tell me that needed to pay an additional $600 to have fluids changed as "that needs to be done at this milage." If it needs to be done, why isn't it covered in your service plan that you told me would cover all scheduled maintenance? They also tried to tell me I needed new tires when I just bought 60k mi tires less than a year ago. This isn't the first issue either. On my previous vehicle, they went ahead an completed and charged me for $1500 in service before telling me that I needed around $10k more in major repairs. After that I asked 3 separate times from 3 separate people to talk to the service manager and never heard a thing. It feels like they think they can do whatever they want since they're the only Toyota dealership in town.

Everyone was very informative, helped us as much as they could. Even though we waited about a month for the car, they gave us the best they could. This is the new Sienna they hooked us up with.

This dealership has always been a great place to buy a car and to have it serviced. The welcoming person Zoe was especially helpful and present to deal with. The rest of the staff were very good to deal with. I will alway go back to Doylan Toyota.

They do a good job, but they're always trying to upsell you, alightment, tires etc. They do give you a ride home for free!

I dropped off my car at 930am for a regular oil change/maintenance check and usb port change. A specialist named Kandace told me my car would be ready close to 2pm. Never received a single call from her all day, called her twice to get an update and never received a call back. Now it s 430pm (an hr before they close) and I have called the main line and I am on hold to talk to someone that can tell me if my car is ready, then to my surprise I receive a call back from Kandace. This service team seems to not value people s time nor value communicating with their customers. It would ve been nice to get an updated time once the time quoted had past. Not to mention a call answering my questions I had, as we discussed that morning. If I had an option to go elsewhere I would.

If I could give them a lower score I would. I was cheated out of my oil change. This company did nothing to resolve my issue. During my oil change they didn't even do half of the list they provided. I'm pretty sure they didn't even change my oil. I would not recommend this place for anything unless you like throwing money away for doing nothing. I gave them $110 for absolutely nothing in return. Then the manager of the department didn't compensate for there mistake he just said oh well !!!

Service used to be much better before the pandemic. However at this point wait times are way too long and prices are way too high.Had an appointment for a vehicle covered by a new vehicle maintenance plan and still waited more than 2hrs for an oil change, tire balance and rotation. It also took an hour for them to "finish my paperwork" and return my keys.On a different vehicle they wanted $650 to change oil, check fluids, change air filters, and rotate tires. The estimated wait time was 4-6hrs.The maintenance people also wanted me to sign off on the work before telling us the cost and wait time.We ended up going to Valvoline and Discount Tire and got everything done within 2hrs for $150.

Reps were friendly, and service was fast. They even washed the snow off. Passed on an additional 1 hr inspection, $200, wow! Chairs we're very uncomfortable, no support. But the free hot beverages were nice.

As Logan Striplin recommended, I made an appointment for my car's transmission fluid exchange. On this day Dolan Toyota Service Department took their motto about family to the next level...I was so beholden and would like to praise the following gentlemen, who made my day:1.Logan Striplin, who took care of me and my dog, Jesse, as of our arrival until our departure. Logan made arrangements for everything for me, made it so accommodating due to my disability. He made my entire experience beyond jovial.2.Steve, Shuttle Driver; who took care of us from and back to pick-up my car was at most respectful and kind.3.Cory, yet again, welcome Jesse with smile and a treat. He was abundantly pleasant to both of us.4.A gentleman wearing a black polo shirt (I did not notice any name, I apologize...) offered me a bottle of cold water and directed us to the bowl of water for Jesse. It felt so uniquely refreshing and calming...I would greatly appreciate if one of the owners found a moment of time in their preoccupied schedules and walked up to each and every gentleman to thank them for going over and beyond that extra mile. Not the service it used to be. Too many young kids now you let Valet the cars. This morning the kid could not start the car. Another employee had to show him. My windshield wipers weren't changed, the next service sticker in window wasn't placed, my tire pressure wasn't noted, the summary of service and future needs was not gone over. I was handed my chippy and told to take it to cashier. I am the original owner of my 2005 Prius and am disappointed. So much for being a loyal customer of 17yrs.

My Toyota was not producing adequate power. Service Center failed to diagnose the problem. Took my local shop in Reno less than 1 minute to find the cause...a dirty air filter and air intake box...basic stuff!

Took in for recalls, they only performed 1 didnt wash car and car was not put together right when done. Had to bring back next day to have them finish, used up 2 days of my time....slow, incomplete on 1st day didnt do what they said they did (wash) 2nd day i had to actually ask for the wash, they acted like they were doing me a favor when they actually washed the car no vacuum, cannot recommend this place.

I took my Prius c. 2012 in for 120,000 mi maintenance, which is a big list to process. The service representative, Michaela, did an outstanding job of looking out for my wallet, while also making sure that all of the required and recommended service was lined up for the vehicle. She was very professional and knew what she was doing. Also the shuttle driver for that morning, Steve, and the gentleman from the afternoon who drove me back were great people to have conversations with and excellent drivers. I was happy with the service given and the good attitudes that the employees had.

They didn t diagnose correctly and wanted an insane amount for simple work. I ll never go back to them for service. They re efficient in getting beards of people through but while they re doing that they re out to price gouge on every little part and service.

Very nice service person named Ian helped me. He was empathetic, he responded politely and it was a good experience with him. Toyota included the wrong size tow hook with my car which made it more difficult to tow. When I showed the parts person (big guy, appears to have breasts and very snarky) he said did you buy it here? I said no. He then quoted me 63 bux and laughed as if it wasn't worth it. I asked if the dealership I bought it from would help. This man became an absolute D*ck with a capital D to me. He continued to laugh and guarantee me they won't help me.This review would have received 1 star had it not been for the excellent helpful service people. But I will never take my car here again based off the audacious experience with the...pardon my anger...fat big breasted man with the smirk laughing at me.-besides this guy its a very nice place. But my advice is to stay away so you have no chance of encountering this.."man".-thank you

It was worth driving from CC to Reno for my Camry inspection and oil change. Service was friendly and professional as before. Took my stolen truck in to get it checked out after it was recovered, was greeted by Micheal, I pointed out the issues I wanted diagnosed (truck has no oil pressure, check engine light is on, passenger door lock) when I picked the truck up I was told that I declined all service and still charged. In manager Peter s words I spent $180 for them to visually inspect it for 5 minutes. Truck is completely undrivable thanks Dolan Toyota this is why people don t trust dealerships

Came in from out of town and arrived an hour early for a routine service. Left shortly after my scheduled appointment time and they were very busy. Very impressed with their overall organization. If I didn't live on the east coast, I would definitely be back.

I have a 2021 Toyota Rav4 with 22k miles on it and took it in for regular maintenance and an oil change. As usual it was going to take at least an hour to 90 minutes to complete the service, but I'm a cheapskate and since it's free, I'm willing to wait. However, after about 45 minutes I get a call from the service department to tell me that I have a nail in one of my rear tires and it needs to be replaced. They also explain that they can't just replace one tire, they have to do both rear tires. They give me a price of $650 for both tires. That seems crazy expensive, so I tell him to wait while I shop around. I call Les Schwab and they quote me $135 per tire, so if I were to replace all 4 tires it would be $600 for 4 tires instead of 2. I called back Dolan and told them to just fill up the tire with air and I will go take it to Les Schwab. After dropping off the car to Les Schwab I wait for about 45 minutes. The service technician comes out and says he has good news. I don't have a nail or hole in any of my tires. He checked them all as well as checking the tire stems and all looked good. I'm not sure how you mistake a nail in a tire without being completely fraudulent. This is a perfect example of an auto service department trying to take advantage of a customer. I would never take my vehicle to Dolan ever again. What an embarrassment for our community.Service: Oil change

It's okay for the car service .....but for the sales person kinda suck few time I when in there trying buy Another cars there like 4-5 sales man are out there no one wanna go up to asking ..maybe because I drove a old car in there lot not sure got money to afford a car or not kinda disappointed soon what about go for honda or something else......

First time here and lots of cars here for service at 930am. It took about 5 mins before a service advisor helped me. Summer helped get me set up in the system and asked very good questions because my service records were not pulling up in the system. Summer was super helpful and very pleasant. She made my first contact at Dolan Toyota a great experience and set the bar very high.

Went in with an A/C issue. They were able to get an inspection done and let me know it was simply too much of a charge in the system. I recommend Russell C. in the service department. Was straight forward and got my car fixed. He answered all my questions. Their recommendations for service to my car were spot on as well. I'm a long time backyard mechanic and was impressed with their service center. Thanks Dolan
