I don t know where the service advisors go but they do not stay at Dolan Kia. Possibly the good ones are moved to Lexus. I see they have nine service advisers and Kia has one with 14 months experience who is supposed to train two new ones, one coming from sales. Every time I go to Kia there are new service advisers. Upper management is not doing Kia owners any favors by training these people at Kia. I thought I might replace my old Kia with a newer model but I have changed my mind. I just can t deal with the poor service you are providing. The work done on my car has always been fine but the service department is very hit or miss.Service: General repairs & maintenance

There are angels in Reno.My car has a fuel gauge problem. I have new parts but haven't been able to complete repair. It's early Friday morning and my car runs outta gas. I got it to S. Virginia exit ramp and floated to the lazy boy store lot. I can't get anyone on the phone. And had to let my roadside go because of cost. I'm stranded. My gas can was taken out of my car. No one in site. It's freezing as I walk down S. Virginia and I see a person setting in front of the Kia car lot. I was trying to find a gas station open and asked the man in the car if he could help. His name is Chris. This man is one of the Security Team for Tom Dolan. And he is the epitomy of service and security. In the conduct of his business, he aided in securing my safety as well. He was able to get a can of gas and get me back on the road and home. I am forever grateful for Chris' help. Mr. Dolan made a good choice in having such a great man keeping vigil over his property and other little issues that might arise in course of the workday. There's no one better! Kudos Chris!
