I would give this company a zero star but I have to give you a minimum of one star. I feel this is an trustworthy business. It does not respect customer property. The techs riffle though the center consoles without permission. They do not take customer concerns seriously. Resulting is mechanical breakdown. Double their service before level.

I've come here a few times for tire issues and they have always handled things pretty well but Perry definitely goes out of his way to provide exceptional service. I noticed there were cars in all their bays and customers in the lobby but he still took the time to call around and help me get a tire that he didn't have at his store. I really appreciate when people go the extra mile especially because I realize they don't really have too. Thank you kindly

I would love to give them a 10 out of 10, but they need a sign out on the road and another one where you turn into the parking lot to make it easier for people coming there to find you! I give them a nine out of 10 because the guys in the store are great and they try really hard to get you what you you need and get you back on the road.

I brought my vehicle for simple oil change and to have a quote assessed for my oil pan gasket. I received both customer service was great. However, when I arrived home, parked my car and drove away the next morning. I noticed that there s about a quart of oil in my driveway. The drain plug was not secured and was only finger tight. call the shop and let them know. they offer to repair or to make a good however, the managers great, the technicians are not paying attention to the quality of service i m just glad I didn t have my brakes done.

Updated as of 4/1/24: I rarely give perfect scores as there's always room for improvement. I won't take my car anywhere else then Tires Plus particularly at the North McCarran Reno branch. The entire team has taken care of me for over 15 years for every vehicle I've owned. Joe, Perry, Pual, and the rest Thank you very much! I always suggest to friends and family go to this particular branch. Always treated with courtesy respect, and well informed about what's going on in upcoming repairs. Prices on cars is a sticker shocker, rather be in the know than without a vehicle.

On my way to work for my graveyard shift, I hit a pot hole in the construction zone and it ruined my tire. I was able to make it to work, but it was night time, shops were closed for repair and I had a 12 hour shift to work so I scheduled for a tow truck to pick my car up at 7 am. I researched online for stock in my tire size, Tires Plus at 1250 N McCarran said they hair plenty in stock so I scheduled to have my car towed there at 7 am (when they opened and when I got off of my shift)Paul, who is apparently the manager, said they didn t have the tire size in stock. He then immediately said is there a reason you didn t put your spare on . I replied well I was going in to work when it happened and I made it to work and didn t have time to put the spare on before work.I said also the spare is an 18 and my rims and tires are 19 low profiles and I wasn t sure if it would damage my car and since I ALREADY am having to replace the tire, I opted to just tow it in and replace the tire and skip bothering with the spare.Paul proceeded to tell me that is why I have a spare and why wouldn t I put the spare on.Again I said I would just like to get a new tire especially because it was after a 12 hour shift, it was icy/snowy outside and I opted to tow it and get a new tire.I said ok since you don t have the tire in stock, can you take a look at the damaged tire today and see if maybe it can be repaired. He said yes. I said ok if it cannot be repaired and you don t have the tire size in store , if I find the tire somewhere else, can I bring the tire to you to install.This man leaned over the counter and said you are being recalcitrant and I don t understand why you won t put the spare on . That s why you have a spare.Luckily my car was still on the tow truck and I had it towed to Affordable tires in Kietzke who had a new tire put on and had me out the door within an hour and half. My tow truck driver said that location is one of the WORST for customer service and he doesn t like having to bring vehicles there.Literally this was one of the most condescending individuals I have encountered in a service/retail position.Absolutely the worst experience I have EVER had in the automotive industry, which is saying a lot considering I own a car audio shop here in town.

Always super friendly. Quick and honest. We have had all pur car stuff done at this location and even though we moved a state away, I drove in because I trust their work so much

About two months ago i had my two front tires replaced. One went flat a few days later and it was about $50 to replace. Even when purchasing roadside warranty. But the real kicker was they said my rear brakes needed replaced, 5 10% left. Just got them pulled off cause they said needed done. They were at 50%. Lies. I know its tough times but but targeting non mechanics is thievery.

Only cause of Perry. We were beyond satisfied, but Paul I believe his name was, wasn't pleasant to deal with. We would come back to this location strictly because of Perry and his above beyond customer service.

This place sucks. We did not get any type of greeting the guy just walks past us without no acknowledgement than as we waited in line for just a plug for a tire. By time we go up there it is approximately 1150 he says he doesn't have time to do a plug into tomorrow. So he has at least 7 hours left in his shift because they close at 6 p.m but he couldn't squeeze a plug for tire. Than says he can't stop anyone to do it. This place needs customers service for 1 and some type of professional development where they acknowledge you and at least get a quick report instead of letting people sit in line to tell them no for the simple things and getting an attitude with the customers. Unacceptable!!!

Excellent service. Got 4 new tires for my daughter's car. Cost 388 bucks! Wonderful people, attentive management, and Swift service. Appreciated! Will go back, absolutely!

I have gone to tires plus numerous times, they are always honest and fair. They don t try to sell you extra services you don t need, which I have found to be the case with other service departments in the area. Tires Plus was great! I ended up blowing a tire on the freeway and the tow company ended up towing it to the wrong store. For me ended up being the right store! They got me right in and put on two new tires with less than an hour to go in the day before they close. Definitely would recommend.

Great place to get tires rotated. They are always busy, so make an appointment. If you purchase the tires here, they throw in free rotations. Maintenance isn't the cheapest or the best, but they do know their tires.

Purchased new tires for my wife's Mini Cooper. It was only after they put the tires on did they inform us that they would not be able to perform an alignment due to their shop not being set up for our car model.When I told the person at the front desk that we would have appreciated this information before they sold us the tires, they became defensive and condescending. Will not be returning to this shop.

Do not take your car here. Went for an alignment and a year later I'm realizing they didn't do a dam thing. I rotate my tires regularly but still I'm having the same issue with bad tire wear. Now I need to replace a tire I purchased last year. Complete joke, got charged $100 for absolutely nothing. Either leave it the way it is or go somewhere else. I told him I had an issue with a tire in the front and they claimed it was the back. They either take pleasure in screwing people or they are completely ignorant to one of the main jobs they do. Spend your money somewhere else please.

I bought my truck through carvana. It came with 3 free oil changes. I redeemed one of these at this location and it was a nightmare. It took 2.5hrs to get an oil change and that with me having an appointment. I will never return and the manager should be fired. He got loud and in my face. Very lucky I am a changed man. Do not go here

Mechanics reported to me that my caliper had failed causes my breaks to heat up and burn out. Saying I needed $1000 worth or repairs and all brake components replaced. Yet when it brought it to my father who is a mechanic he said everything was in perfect condition. Scam artist trying to rip off college students.

We thought we had a slow tire leak so we made an appointment to have it patched if possible. The tire was thoroughly checked and no leak was found, but they did pull out a screw that had embedded in the tread. When we came to pick it up, there was no charge since they didn't find anything. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable and it was so nice to find an auto shop that was honest. We immediately made an appointment to have our car serviced there next week since an honest shop seems to be a rarity. We might have found our forever auto repair shop.

An excellent experience! Service Providers, Joe and Perry, made it simple to make the best decision, for which tires to buy. The Price was right! They honored the "Price match/Match Competitor Offer." Very pleased with the seasoned and knowledgeable auto techs! Besides new tires, I had a full vehicle inspection, which gave me a clear repair path to make my vehicle more safe and road worthy! And, the Service Advisor/Tech actually communicated with me in a very friendly manner! Kudos to Tire Plus and the staff at this store!

I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and left my truck with this shop for 6.5 hours. When they called to tell me it was ready, they didn t notify me that any additional services were needed. When I got there to pick it up near closing time they told me I needed a new air filter but that they didn t have one in stock and couldn t get one. However, they charged me for one, and then processed to tell me that I had to go to O Reilly s to pick it up myself and to just have them install it. This wouldn t have been that big of an issue had they not had my vehicle for 6.5 hours and then charged me $40 for an air filter that was a $17.99 part at O Reilly s, that I ended up having to pick up and install myself. Such a huge scam and a sign of the worst possible service. I will not be going back.

In and out service when they are not too busy. That being said, they are busy because they are good! Once I started buying tires from here, I haven't been back to another big-name tire shop since. Thanks again, guys, and gals! See you soon.
