VERY POOR, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.Its Saturday, February 24, 2024 2:30pm there are two kids working here at The TIRE ZINE they are about 14-15 years old. I told them 6 times that I needed to R&R 1 tire onto 1 rim. I have the rim and the tire, it is a 245x75xR16.I COULD TELL SOMETHING WAS WRONG SO I TURNED ON MY BIKE CAMERA. I was quoted $1,000.00 ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS! I told them that I was previously quoted $20. Then I was quoted 60$, again I said that I was previously quoted $20.00 and was then told, "leave then old man."I explained that the older gentleman who worked here had been doing my work for years and we never had a problem, I have in fact always left very positive reviews! The kid then pointed towards the gate so I left.It is a violation of my rights to be treated like that and I am a filing complaint against their business license and I am doing so for all patrons, no one should be treated in such an UNPROFESSIONAL manner.I am going to post the video from my bike on YouTube under the name: "TIRE Zone" Please check it out and..Thanks!

They are always so kind here! The service is amazing and even when there is an issue they work to get it fixed. My tire bead was too tight and wouldn t release from the rim and they were breaking a sweat trying to get it off so they could replace it. I feel like most places would just say I m out of luck but they kept at it making sure I was set! Absolutely will go nowhere else for tires!

Had a tire going flat lived 73 miles away. They were willing to hold tire for me until I could make it in. Ended up getting 2 tires installed for 120. Definitely will utilize them again

Got a flat tire out of nowhere and they had exactly what I needed! After I called so many places and nothing... they helped me right away and right before they closed so nice of them their awesome!!!

he changed me a very old use tire for 60$ and i ask for 50$ because it's too old but he raise his voice for 60$, very rude and bad service and the price is not reasonable btw he don't give me any receive that not so good!!! hell know!

I'm going to give them four stars because they've always helped me. However, I would encourage anybody to ask for prices before they have work done. The price is changed depending on who is working. Two weeks ago I had my tires balanced for $30. I gave them both a $20 tip just to say thank you. Today I came in with a different vehicle, and there was a different person there and it was $40. Not a big difference in price but it changes depending on who you talk to.

I was broke but needed 4 used tires. I let the gentleman know what I had, he got me the best used set for my money and I can't thank him enough for his kindness, honesty, and fast work! Had to go back again recently for 2 used as my front tires were balding, I was in and out in less than an hour, prices are fair, work is fast, I don't think I'll go anywhere else. This place has been good to me and my family, I highly recommend them!

While the price of tires has gone up, like everything else, the manager was fair in pricing the used tire for the amount of tread and he rotated the used tires to the two existing tires so it would drive well. Was not good that I had to get tires in the first place, but at least the experience wasn't horrible.

Called to see if they have a tire for me in the size I need was told they needed to check. Asked the price was told they needed to check. Asked if they were open on Saturday was told no, that they were open Monday thru Saturday. Was told they would call me and let me know, still waiting. Rays, a Reno long time institution, is just down the road. Better to go there, real service quick and friendly

I have gone to Tire Zone for about 5years now and all I get is the BEST service. I have my family get their tires here too and are very happy with the service and friendly staff.

Ok ,here it is ,I've used this place for years ,all a sudden there prices jumped alot 5 bucks per tire and the ones they throw away for 2 bucks now 5 bucks I'm not happy I have a business and I'm not allowed to raise my prices ,then , wait for it ,I went back to have a correction done to 2 of my tires ,they told me they are understaffed at the time so come back first thing in the morning at 8 o clock ,I was there til 845 and no one showed ,I'm not happy again ,my truck has a 454 and is a gas hog ,so after being up charged for every thing ,left hanging by appointment ,and waisting an easy 40 bucks in gas for nothing ,I still can't take my vehicle on the freeway because they say they don't balance the inside tire on a dually truck when it was balanced from them in the past ,I definatly do not indorse there services any more they have proven to be bad people to me ,I'm tired of people who take advantage of others and not making things right !

If I can give no star I'll do it. I paid $360 for 2 used and 2 new tires. I arrived to their shop as the 1st customer and no one was there at 10:47am. My car didnt get done until 1:27pm. They made a mistake on my front tires as they put in different tires compare from what the owner showed me. So that takes another time. All he said at end was "sorry... its Friday anyway my friend. Time to drink" all in my head was "really" still I gave him the proper respect because he is an elder. But for crying out loud, the service here is terrible

OK After going to many tire places, I found Tire zone, one word AMAZING!!!! needed new tires bad, and didnt want to pay a arm and a leg to do it, went to Tire Zone and the price was Great!!! But not just the price the customer service was fabulous and the work was fast and good I was in a out. Im talking speedy! Cachito, Marco, Oso and Monica A BIG THANK YOU FROM ME!!!!, I will be telling everyone to vist Tire zone.

I only go here for used tires. They Hooked me up today with 4 like new tires at a great price plus straightened a bent rim I had. Without being asked or expecting compensation. Like above and beyond.

Cheap and fast no bs. Talked with him while he worked, knew his stuff, great service. Would go back here before the other chain spots I've been through. Brought tires in to have mounted.

Tire was about to explode! Hooten wouldn't work a deal with me. These guys saved the day. Gave me a new one and I'm back on the road!(Feeling safe driving my kids to school!) Strongly recommend to anyone!

They seem pretty good I just needed an old tire that would hold air to flat tow a bug and they hooked me up with an old trash tire for 10 bucks awesome place
