Mr. Chano is an amazing mechanic!!! I was traveling through the area, and my car shut down. Another mechanic charged me $700 plus $150 for towing fees to tell me that he did not fix my car, and that the entire engine needed replaced. He said it would be 3 months before he could get to it. Mr. Chano replaced the exact same part for half the price, and fixed my car enough to drive across the country. *****

Went on a trip to Reno for New years and my water pump went out in Reno. This was the only place that would take my car on the Holiday weekend. Finished my car quickly and for an excellent price. Now I am able to drive 180 miles back home. Awesome shop!

The people are more than helpful. They went far out of their way to help me and get me back on the road. The workmanship was grade A+. Price a lot less than other places wanted. Never will I go anyplace else to have my car needs meant. Three C's Auto Repair is top notch in every respect

This is an amazing mechanic. He really did a good job on my car I thought was toast! Good price too! I wasn t even down my car a day! Took it in the mid morning was ready by 5:30! He was so nice too. Very helpful at explaining why the car broke as well. (Was worried it was gonna break more and he reassured me.) Brought in my vehicle for smog repair. I asked the front desk clerk if I could sit my bagged food next to her so I could walk down the street to take care of a matter. She agreed.When I got back, she had eaten my food. I was angry, so I told the manager. He reimbursed me. Such a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I told the manager to back my car out of their garage. I did not want to do business there.Service: Engine repair

I have started coming here for all of my automotive repairs. I have tried plenty of places around town, and this place has definitely earned it s stars in my mind. I can definitely say that I would gladly refer anyone to this auto repair shop at this point in time.

I normally don't write reviews, but the service that Chano and his staff provided was so good that I feel like I need to tell people about this place. I was referred to Three C's from a very large shop that was too busy to look my vehicle. Chano, the owner, immediately inspected my vehicle and correctly diagnosed the problem (failing rear differential). The next day (Saturday)Chano and his team replaced my rear end with a new one I picked up at the junk yard. Chano is a really honest guy who clearly cares about the quality of his work. I mean the guy even let me drive his brand new truck all around town to look for parts--don't think many people would do that, haha. Highly recommended this place!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I just got my car fixed here. Underrated is an understatement for this auto shop. Their service was amazing fast and professional and most importantly very reasonable price. I m so happy I listened to my friend and took my car to Chano to fix. Btw Chano is very friendly and wants to help you. Thanks

Chano was a modern day hero for me on my cross country road trip in a rusty old van (northern CA to the northeast). We had a squeaky wheel when we stopped in Reno. He got us in the same day we called and stayed late to finish. He did the bare minimum we needed (new front brakes to fix the squeaking) and heroically fixed TWO break lines that broke in the process due to rust (my cars fault, not Chanos). He also recommended places for us to eat while we waited. After being told by the Firestone s tire shop in Reno that we needed to spend $3,000 to replace our whole wheel system (rotor, breaks, etc.), Chano was a breath of fresh air who got us back on the road with little delay at an affordable price (about $550 for the whole job). Thank you, Chano!

I took my friend's car there and asked them to give me a cost estimation, they fixed it and charged us 400 bucks without letting us know. After 2 weeks the car stopped running again and when we asked them about it they said its gonna cost more 260 bucks to fix it. I mean seriously ? what did u do in the first time them ?Was highly disappointed with their service and professionalism . They even said they didnt find our 1st time's receipt checking their last 3 months data which was a lie.. Never going there again .

Awesome prices that fit my budget. Chano is a nice guy and very honest. He fixed my oil leak this morning. By lunchtime, I was back on the road. Will be coming here again. This is the best auto repair shop in Reno!

When my fianc� and I were on a trip through Nevada from our home in California, my 2017 Rogue completely died about 30 minutes east of Sparks. Got a tow to Three C's and it was the best thing we could have done. Chano was super kind, professional, and honest. We understood that with it being almost 4pm on a Saturday, it was not going to be fixed and would have to wait til Monday -- when we would already be back home in California. Chano was awesome and ran a diagnostic that night and tried working with us to find out the problem. Monday afternoon rolls around and I'm back at home working, and I get a call saying my car was ready! YES!! Chano got it fixed up, replaced my mass air flow sensor, and I was on my way back to Nevada to get my baby before I knew it. My car was only out of state for about 2 days, amazing She drives better than she has since I got her. Thank you, Chano! You saved us!!!!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

My husband and I dropped our car off last Saturday for a diagnostic. Got a phone call saying our engine was seized and had to leave it there until today. We paid what we owed only to find out that the car had been run through and things are now missing out of it. Our car was trashed. The window was left down and leaves got into the front seat and there is now sap and tree gunk all over our car. I will be getting a second opinion on the diagnosis of the car because when it got dropped off I attempted to start it and it DID attempt to turn over.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great place to go for auto work. These guys did a complete motor swap on my 01 2500 dodge ram (v10) a couple years ago. I've never been more pleased. I've never had Any problems with it after they did the install!

Chano and his staff communicate very well with their customers. They tailor their business to the clientele, not to their own pockets. If you want a mechanic that you can trust to give you a fair price and fix your car, take your business to Chano and Three C's. He's a wonderful man who's nature is clearly to help others, however he can.

This is a late post as I forgot their nameBut 30 month ago I came to visit dad and the Transmission went outThey dropped everything to swap out the transmission on my Jeep in the limited time I had for a reasonable price.And Guess what, I'm visiting again - seems my car doesn't like Reno - and have engine issues and headed there today

Honest, cheap, reliable. Told me what was wrong and fixed it, didn't do anything I didn't need or didn't ask for, even didn't do some things that need to be done soon because my wallet was a little light. Absolute stand up guy, 10/10, will be returning for future repairs.

This is one of the cleanest shops I have been in and the cars never stay long and the cars never come back which is good.... that tells me that it's all foxed
