I just recently had work done here.Lisa and Sergio were very communicative during the process and the price was fair. No one really likes when they don't have their car, so having friendly, timely and fair pricing I felt at ease. Definitely would recommend, great staff.

Charged me up front for services, proceeded to say they needed $2k more for services the next day and would not refund me. Also lied to my bank when I went through my bank to obtain the refund. Be very careful about using these guys. They will deceive you and try to squeeze every penny out of you that you can. Much better places in town to do business with

My friend told me it cost $25. to remove a tire from the rim and replace it with another you already own and balance it. I had them do all 4 (+my tires are over sized) and they did all the work of removing and returning the tires onto my truck. Only $170. Which I feel was totally fair.

Good people. They've kept my old, high mileage toyota truck running well for years and they are pretty straightforward about what repairs I can put off versus what is more pressing. I've compared their prices to other shops and they are competitive. They've driven me to work on a few occasions after dropping off my truck which is super nice.

The Auto Clinic is the best. The staff goes out of their way to provide wonderful service for our vehicles. They are upfront about costs and charge fair prices. I highly recommend The Auto Clinic for all your vehicle service.

The nice receptionist goes out of her way to help and not make profit. One of the few trustworthy repair be shipped in Reno. The whole crew has good work ethics. Recommend.Edi #2: Mistakes where made, and people quickly stepped up and did the right thing.Will be picking my car up tomorrow, will update review.Happy to do business with honest people.

This place is Reno s best kept secret seriously. I ve been being taking my cars (Subarus + 93 Nissan pick up) here for 10+ years. The Owner, Sergio, Lisa and team are fantastic. They re always honest, reliable and fair priced. Reminds me of your small town, knows what they re actually doing, mechanics shop. Auto Clinic did an excellent job getting my tahoe running again and way faster than I was expecting! Additionally, they could've said anything was wrong but instead, they said it took under an hour to find a bad ground to chassis and my truck went from hopelessly dead to purring like a kitten!! You guys are my go to shop and I WILL be sending people your way. You guys rock!!!

Part of me hates to share this because I don t want the whole world to know that this is hands down the best, honest shop I ve ever been to but I m trying not be selfish.Seriously though Sergio is the best. I trust anyone who tells me things like you don t need new brakes yet, come back in six months and I ll check them then or I can rotate your tires and that way you only have to buy two right now instead of four.

My last 2 visits were shaded by unethical behavior. I took my car in for an alignment about a year or so ago. I told them it was out of alignment. MST put the car on the rack, told me it was out of alignment (!), and then said to take it to the dealership for the alignment service, as they couldn't do it. Today (3/28/23) I took the car in for the free tire rotation I was promised when I purchased the tires, but was charged $25 for this supposedly free service. I've done business here for decades, but never again.Service: Wheel alignment

The crew here are AWESOME. Needed to get a smog on my new diesel dually with over sized wheels. The shop doing the smog would not pull the pitter wheels off. Came here to the Auto Clinic & Mill St. Tire they knocked it out in minutes even though the tech was on lunch he took care of me right now. Please come give this awesome shop some business. We need more shop like this!!! Thank you

Sergio always takes care of us, and usually within the week. Sometimes his schedule changes, but we get that. I don t feel talked down to or like they re trying to rip me off. Definitely recommend!

Always honest and specialists with Toyota. I have a 1986 4runner most shops including the dealership don't want to work on but they have the knowledge and expert mechanics to get it done right

Went in for an oil change he came in and tried to upsell me an extra $100 for a cabin air filter and an air filter because "they looked like a rats nest was in there" I said no I'd change those myself went to go change them out and they were in perfect condition. Scumbags , now I'm questioning if they even gave me a proper oil change .

Visiting family for Christmas when the "GREAT winter storm Squall of 2021" hit!Check engine light came on, and my Subaru Outback was making an odd sound.Also, my tires are in decent shape for SF bay area, but I was super leery of getting over Donner Pass with them and the INSANE amount of that cold slippery stuff the locals call "Snow"... So I got tires.While there I had them fix my lighter outlets, so I would have some music when I would be driving 25mph all the way to Auburn!My car troubles could have really been a headache, but some family members recommend the auto clinic so highly, I felt comfortable relying on them. Sergio did NOT disappoint!They did it all in a day!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Lisa at Mill Street Tire was awesome! She took the time to locate tires for my Mercedes that had a blowout on the freeway. She even offered me a vehicle so I didn't have to wait while they completed the necessary repairs. Far above and beyond on service expected, and customer service. I would definitely recommend this shop.

These guys were great! We walked in to ask some basic questions about new tires and get some prices on a set (7 total) for our RV. The girl at the counter was knowledgeable, she was able to make several recommendations with the pros and cons of each type of tires. She seemed to care about our needs and timing constraints we needed the work done same day because we're full-timers. After visiting several other stores around town, we decided to work with these guys because they are a local company, they were able to work with us on a variety of a different levels, and they were the only ones who were able to actually talk to us about several different brands of tires instead of just recommending. When I called back to make an appointment, I was pleased to find that were able to take us in the same day and have our rig returned to us in a little under 2 hours. They were able to match the price a local big box competitor and I really feel like they went above and beyond. They were able to reuse our dually valve extenders and even though they did have to work on our rig outside of the garage, I honestly was okay with that because I could watch the progress. I would definitely recommend them to anyone passing through town in need to tires especially if you have a truck or a small RV.

Sergio has always been very helpful over the phone, even when we took our car to another shop! He patiently answered my questions and offered options if we wanted to bring our car to the Auto Clinic after the other place was done. Very straight-forward and honest - which I've found is increasingly rare in the auto repair/maintenance profession. Prices are usually better here and comparable to the dealerships in town - without all the runaround. Taking our business here in the future!

Used to work there and they still tried to gouge me for tire installation. I won't even buy tires from shops now. Tire rack sells them at wholesale prices. You just have to go to sierra auto care on plumb and lakeside to get them installed cheaper.

Coming back from burning man I encountered some mega wheel trouble which resulted in waiting 15hrs on the side of the road for a tow truck. Most other places weren't able to take me for 2-3 days, but the Auto Clinic had me in and out in under 24 hrs! Sergio and his crew have fantastic customer service skills and speedy service. They helped me get back on the road on my way home.

The battery in our Lexus needed to be replaced and the dealership wanted an outrageous price and to have the vehicle all day. So we started weighing our alternatives and bought our own battery and found the Auto Clinic to install it. It was done in 15 min and at a third of the dealership price. Very happy to have found this place.

I will never buy tires from this place in my life, cheap tire low quality. I worked as a mechanic for over 5 years and was also in tire sales as a kid.People are friendly so no complaints on the employees.But they convinced me to buy their off brand tire Hercules and they told me its comparable to Michelin or Goodyear. Hercules is the worst tire I ever purchased in my life. Tred life might be high but only after a year the tire was cracked and hard as a rock. I can't even use them in the rain even in dry roads they have a hard time sticking.Don't buy Hercules money is better spent on a Goodyear economy tire.Service: Tires

If you own a Subaru or Japanese import, then this is the best shop you can go to in the Reno/Sparks area. Mark, Sergio, and their staff are honest and hard working. I have complete trust in their abilities and I know they will always treat me fairly.

Had some oil issues after driving cross country to Burning Man! These guys were fast, helpful, and reasonably priced. Would definitely go back if I lived in the area, or if I need service the next time I am out!

If you need tires, alignments or repair work this is the only place to go. Lisa is the most friendly and most knowledgeable expert in the industry and she will always make sure you are taken care of and leave with a smile on your face. 10/10 business.

This place has Professionals working there the manager has excellent graded experience.If you have a problem with tires that no one else can crack bring it to the Manager there. Also the shop is very clean and friendly.

I hace been taking my cars to the Auto Clinic for a number of years. They have taken care of my Stealth, a Honda, and this time my tracker. Sergio and Mark are are both great along with their other mechcanics. They are very attentive to details and their quotes are always right on the money. I always recommend whem when someone needs car repair.
