I took my Silverado in for a alignment and oil change they did it quick got me in and out fast definitely recommend great service and great workers

They really care about happy customers. Took my Lexus in for an alignment check and after a thorough inspection they quickly identified and repaired the issue. Will get all my suspension relatedr concerns fixed here and recommend everyone do the same.

I am very pleased with the service here. Francisco worked with me over several sessions to adjust alignment on a lifted 4runner. He s knowledgeable and also quite willing to tweak the numbers if the customer knows what they want. I have specific numbers I look for given highway handling characteristics and francisco got me there.

More than one mechanic on my job alone made the work on all four wheel suspension areas go much quicker and the coordinated efforts insured a quality end result.

This place is horrible ! Got an alignment and my car still veered to the right! Then my new tire started bolding again on inside!! I take it back and they had tons of excuses and put it back on alignment lift and said it looked good and it was just my tire! So I took it to RNR tires and sure enough my alignment was messed up!! I drove away from RNR happy and my car was driving straight!!! Never go to this place !!!

Great local shop with great pricing & honest employees. I came in an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment & they still were able to fit me in. I was advised to change out my shocks, original from factory, on a 9 year old Scion before I try to change the camber bolts as the camber wasn't perfect however still in spec, which makes sense because I don't really see Toyota camber bolts going bad that early & my shocks have been squeaking for about two years. I was in & out in about 50 minutes & will definitely be bringing in my other vehicle for an alignment in a few months.

If i could give this place no stars I would, experience was horrible. I brought my truck in for an oil change. They didn t know what oil to use(immediately concerning), were revving the truck as if they were kids, and left the truck absolutely filthy with grease marks all over the hood and driver door with oil droplets on the front bumper. Don t waste your time or money here.Update: Came to get an oil change at another shop, was told oil filter was not replaced last time oil was changed. Oil filter was extremely tight as well. Joke of a shop.Service: Oil change

This is the first time any type of vehicle shop honored their appointment! Made an appointment for 8 am to inspect and assess my front end and rear shocks! I was done by 11 - the only hold up was getting parts from a third party! My vehicle pulls a trailer and we had to leave Tuesday - so getting in and out on Monday was a blessing! Thanks TG for good honest work and pricing!!!!

This place is great because they are honest. I went in to get my wheels aligned and they told me to get new shocks before getting the alignment. This is great because they could have just aligned my wheels and charged me, but they were honest. I'll be back as soon as I get the shocks. I called Monday Christmas week expecting to make an appointment after the holidays, but the nice and professional receptionist got me in same day. I needed my two front struts on my 2017 Yukon Denali replaced. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing alignment or suspension work on their vehicles. The girl up front was so helpful and technicians new what they were doing and found multiples issues that needed to be fixed. Such great prices and I recommend anyone to go here and have their vehicles worked on

I will always refer TG Alignment & Suspension now. Edgar was very kind to me and I believe it was Tony who assisted me through the whole process that took no more than 30 minutes! I have worked on cars for years but have never been treated so sweetly as a walk in with no appointment on a Saturday. Those who live in Reno Nevada should give ALL of their related repairs needed to this wonderful company as I would highly recommend them. The mechanic Pancho was awesome as to solving my front suspension problems he Explained to me what was the cause and fixed it right away. Crooks. Tried to tell me my shocks had no oil. So I just walked out and got my work done elsewhere. Issues were resolved.

I live an hour from any alignment shops so I called two separate times to make sure they could work on my van. When I showed up for my appointment I was turned away because they thought the (empty) van was too heavy for their equipment. Also, now that I ve seen their shop, I don t think that the photos you see here are actually their place.

Christmas eve is tomorrow, if i didnt get the alignment done i wouldnt have christmas with family simple as that, man stayed after hrs to make sure i scould get on the road safely, that alone speaks for its self....Thank you TG!!
