This is our go to smog spot. They have the best price and the nicest staff. They take care of all our vehicles and I have never been charged if a car fails the smog when I am looking to buy or sell one. Very fair. Best part is they are right behind Big O tires behind Walmart in Damonte Ranch so it is always convenient.

SmogCheckNV is about the only awesome element you'll come across when it comes to dealing with the DMV. They're fast, efficient, friendly and a one stop shop to get your car smog checked and registered in Reno. Why search for a kiosk, attempt to figure out the online instructions at MyDMV or try to get an appointment to go in person when SmogCheckNV will do it all and they'll do it quickly & courteously. It took them less then 10 minutes to smog check and register my car and then I was on my way with an actual smile upon my face. I highly recommend this place if you wish to avoid the stress and irritation that usually comes along with DMV dealings.

Been going here for years now, helpful and typically friendly staff. Priced fair and they offer the renewal if that's up your alley. Always quick, I appreciate the fact that they don't want to stand there and talk cars if there is work to be done. I just wish they weren't closed on Sundays.

The people here are always friendly, knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. I don't go anywhere else for smog checks.

This at first was great, until you pay them to get your sticker for the registration. It s been three weeks and you don t receive anything. Checked with them again to see if they have the right address on file and still I haven t received my sticker in the mail. They scratched my truck few weeks ago. I usually don't post reviews but these guys are extremely rude and impolite especially to women... If you are a woman, steer clear of this place because those guys are creeps.... particularly the short old man with white beard. Not sure why he kept staring at me inappropriately when I was with my 7 years old son.They tried also to charge me extra $$ just to register it here. You can easily register online with 0 fee.Services: Smog certification, Registration renewal

Qudos to the tall bearded guy!! He made my day!! He saved me from going to the DMV. I was expired since December and was able to renew my registration. Very knowledgeable, great customer service and very nice. I already had gone to this one since I moved to south reno but now have cemented future visits!!

This place is money. Service is fast friendly accurate and thorough. These guys will take care of you. I never have to wait and if I do it's never for very long.

Hey you guys are great! The absolute best on the weekends!! Plenty of plugs. Quiet. Close to resources. Thanks again. And the worse I did was leave you a chair out back. No damages. Mad Respect you saved me and mine more than once.

We have been coming here since the day they opened and unfortunately on our last trip to renew our vehicle the service we received was quite rude. The 2 tech's were looking at our dash board with a flashlight for sometime. My husband walked up to one of them and said what are you guys doing and he said were looking for something. Then he asked the second guy what they were doing and he wouldn't say a thing and just walked right past him. After our vehicle didn't pass smog because a check engine light was not lighting up they said they couldn't find one so knowingly failed our car and charged us the $21.95. I get having to pay for a car that didn't pass but when you're looking at our car and we ask a question it's only the right thing to do, is answer us.Services: Smog certification, Emissions testing

I think these places are a scam but this one is quick and the $21.95 fee isn't terrible. Took less than 5 minutes and I was out. Dmv was instantly notified so I could renew my registration.

We have been going here for the last 5 years. Its a little hard to spot as it is behind a auto repair facility and Walmart. They are fast and efficient and you can even pay for your registration right there.

Now they keep calling...filed a harrassment complaint with Reno police. They were told not to call.Never been treated so rude. Big fat guy on mar 19th 2019 tells me to step out while he runs my card. Hardly says a word except to ask for card and tells me to step out of office while he runs mycard...who does that. Don't feel my card was safe alone with him. Will be watching. I called the other store on Virginia to ask for district manager or corp office...he refused. Been going there for years always got the nicer older guy and he never asked me to step out.Won't be returning and filing complaint with city and BBB.

This is my go to smog place. They always have a coupon online and if you say you saw it they will give you the discount, no need to print . They are fast affordable and friendly .

So fast, also the cheapest. They have coupons on their website. I paid $22 included my smog and tag. I won't go anywhere else .

Sign says open at 9. The very nice man was able to open a bit early for me. Not able to process DMV renewals until DMV opens back up. Thanks!

Such quick service....in and out in under 10 minutes for the last 3 years that I've gone here. Plus they have an online coupon that you don't even have to print... Just mention it and you get your smog for under $20

The attendant Robert was VERY polite, and helpful. My registration had expired, I had a check engine light on. I fixed the problem and used my last few bucks for gas to out a few miles on the computer for the smog. Well over halfway through my battery died. I didnt have enough money for more gas. So with just about 50 miles in the trip, I had went to Q smog. The rude guy there told me he wouldnt even TRY. He said no point. I drove directly to SmogCheckNV. Robert listened to my story and told me "lets do it! If the computers arnt ready no charge! Nothing to loose!" That was at 1pm today. Im writing this at 2:15 pm with a good smog check and registered vehicle.Thanks SmogCheckNV! And thanks Robert!!
