I am a definite repeat customer who recommends everyone and all their friends to go if you don't have the money to fork out on a full set of tires this is definitely your place they work with you you get it paid off in 6 months good to go same is cash. Sonia is my favorite person to talk to. They are also very fast quality work and other amazing perks

All of the people were friendly, helpful and considerate. My experience was enjoyable and they were able to get me financed for a new set of tires and get me on my way. Sonia, Mark and Anthony were especially great, but all the employees were quick and diligent in their work. 5 dear service for sure

My husband received a set of tires and rims from RNR. The entire staff was exceptional throughout the entire sales process, and the follow-up after is top-notch. Mark, the owner, really sets himself apart from others in the way that he cares for both his customers as well as his staff. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a new fresh set of tires/rims or looking for maintenance on your vehicle. Superb customer service. Thank you so much!

Love these guys. They do above and beyond work here. Got brakes and tires brand new on a great lease. Absolutely phenomenal to work with. Great pricing on all selections of tires. Also got a great brake job. I have a friend who has also gone through RNR and they absolutely love what they did with their tires. I highly recommend RNR Tires for anything your vehicle needs with alignment, suspension, brakes, and tires. So if anyone needs tires today before the season changes stop in now and they will get you taken care of.Thank you very much RNR.

I went to get new tires today RnR tires helped me out . Anthony and the manager was really good and helped me figure out the best tires for my car. The owner also came in and we talked . Long review, short version is BEWARE. I am absolutely seething writing this because I am baffled of the ignorance, and negligence of this company. I had to get my breaks done, this was in September of 2022. The warranty in the paperwork specifies a timeline of 1 year or 10,000 miles (whichever comes first I assume) now within a few months I had to go back in because my front rotors were warped. The manager "went to battle for me" with the manufacturer to make sure it got fixed but told me my warranty was now essentially voided. Surprise, I've been having issues with my breaks since 2 months after they were supposedly fixed. Now because I was unable to pay the balace before the 6 month interest free period I got slammed with all the interest at once the day following the 6 month period. I'd been making payments for what feels like an eternity so I called them back on December 26th and asked for the balance on my account and was told by one of the Male employees that I only owed ninty-something dollars. Several weeks later I added up that they had taken $138.98 which is obviously over the ninty-something that was mentioned to me. So I called in on February 5th and had an exhausting conversation with the account manager Sonia. In this conversation she first tried to tell me that no one should have access to account balances except her and she had no idea how someone had landed on the number given to me. Next she said in addition to the hundreds of dollars of instantly applied interest for going past 6 months that there's also daily interest that accrues which is NOT in the contract or part of the agreement. When I questioned this Sonia back-tracked and said that wasn't the case, still very confused about this and the whole situation convinced me that I had almost definitely been taken advantage of. The conversation concluded when Sonia said she would close out my account despite the fact that I supposedly still had a balance owed and I thought that was the end. Unfortunately not, there was 1 week where they did not charge me, then they did charge me last week on February 11th. I called again on February 15th upset at this authorized charge that she could not explain and said she'd be taking it up with corporate and refunded me for the improper charge. Again, I thought this was the end but they charged me AGAIN today. I do not appreciate dishonesty and unfortunately that's what I have to label RNR as at this point. I'm not sure there is a way to recitfy this but this is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.*UPDATE* I've been charged yet AGAIN. Was told last Tuesday from Sonia that I would be recieving a call from her on Thursday to discusss, yet it's the following Tuesday and now she's unavailable. Clearly this company has ZERO regard for their customers. FED UP.

THE TIRE DR. IS IN. These folks are the BEST!! Tire repair, replacement, wheels. The do it All- for a fair price, and with the utmost care and consideration. Special commendations for Brandon. He solved the mystery of the slow leak, and put me back on the road in no time Flat!! Did I mention the free popcorn. I m going to stop by in the future just to say Hi. Excellent team of hardworking friendly professionals here. Unlike The Rolling Stones, You will get satisfaction!!!

Super friendly and helpful staff! Great selection of tires and wheels/rims. One of the only tire shops that carried the size of tire and brand that I wanted for my 2018 Jeep Renegade! I love the way these Toyo 235/70R16's look on my vehicle! Just make sure you make an appointment, they get REALLY busy and you don't want to get stuck waiting for a really long time...still totally worth the time spent waiting on my walk in visit for my vehicle to get finished. I highly recommend these guys!

Most affordable prices for payment plans if you're in an emergency and need new brakes or tires. Sonia is the best literally. Always does her best to take care of her customers. I'll forever choose this place over any other and i definitely recommend others too as well

They did a great job getting me in. Got off late and they took care of me. Closing the doors as they finished up. Super nice and got a payment plan with a great price. Worth the time and money. Yall need something go check them out. I bought the rims already from someone else and just needed tires. They got some nice rims as well.

Absolutely Amazing Customer Service. MARK was a very big help. They gave us a great deal to get everything we needed. They are very fast and friendly with their services. I HIGHLY recommend them, im very pleased and can't wait to come back.

I started getting my new tires from R & R about 3 years ago and I ve never had an issue with this company. On the contrary, they have also been so friendly and helpful. When I had a nail that ended in my side wall, there was no issue getting a new one (of course you would need the insurance package). Whenever I needed air they would fill free of charge and they also do free tire rotations (for past and current customers. Sonia is amazing!!

Go to Les Schwab instead of here. Spent $2,500+ on tires at RNR, was assured that I had paid for nitro in my tires and a protection plan. Such things made the price super worth it. As the weather changes started to happen, my tire pressure changed, I'm told by RNR this would not happen with nitro in my tires.....RNR NEVER USED NITRO ON MY TIRES......Took the loss and moved on with life accepting they did the "female treatment " with me. Today I found a nail in my tire, called RNR for a patch it and they want to charge $20+ to fix it.....some how the warranty I paid for disappeared into thin air...... oh and I MIGHT be fit in on Wednesday. I accepted this is NOT a good company and went to Les Schwab. Tire fixed in less then a hour for FREE, treated like a respected and WANTED customer!!! So next time save yourself time, money, and being treated with RESPECT and HONESTY and go to Les Schwab.

Was in from out of town, had a cracked wheel and blown tire. These guys were quick and helpful. Did me an absolute solid to get me back on the road and head home 21 hours to Texas. Came up to see my mom in the hospital.Let me tell you, I've never had company bless me like these guys did. I can't recommend them enough.

About a month ago, my old tires turned faulty really fast and RnR were there to help me get brand new tires, with a payment I could afford every week. That situation was very stressful but RnR helped, and made the situation a very pleasant experience. Today, I took my car back to get new rims to go with the new tires. Once again, RnR staff impressed me with the ease of the process and with how fast they were able to get my car done. Now my car looks so badass. Thank you to the staff, for making the whole experience pleasant and easy. I would highly recommend RnR to any person living in the Reno/Sparks area.

I purchased 2 new tires a year ago and they are bald. I purchased 2 tires a year prior to that from Tires Plus and they still have over 50% tread left... When I called to see what could be done they were no help and told me I would have to buy new tires from them. They also did not do alignment after installing the tires, which is supposed to be free, and are telling me that's the issue... Not happy and will not be giving these people my business again.

Went there today to get some tires that I needed badly have got rejected by other tires companies this place by far the best experience I have had I wanna personally thank Anthony Guerrero for his exceptional customer service very professional and worked hard to get me my tires he made it so easy and flawlessly to get me on the road again if anyone needs tires go here they will take care of you

I have passed by RNR a thousand times over but never knew that this company had these amazing people inside of it. When I read all the reviews they had I knew this was the place I wanted to get my new tires and wheels. I reached out via text before hours in hopes that I could get a last minute appointment. I didn't expect a reply before they opened but sure enough Mark the owner texted me back almost right away and got to work on helping me get what I wanted and needed. He answered every question thoroughly. Later that day Anthony reached out to me to give a quote for everything and was very informative and polite. When I came in today for my appointment I worked with Julio and he already knew everything that I had talked to Mark about I didn't have to repeat myself thankfully. They were able to get me into 4 New tires and 4 new wheels in 90 mins. I will forever recommend RNR to anyone looking for amazing service and deals. I'm in love with the way my car looks now and I couldn't be more thankful to everyone that helped me at RNR.

There professional here I bought some tires 3 years ago and they still fixed my flat with no charge they have a beautiful waiting room and a lovely lobby with rims and tires to choose from I enjoy it here and I think anyone who's interested in purchasing something for there vehicle this will be the place to go.

A year ago, I purchased new tires and rims for my 2020 GMC 2500 Denali. The staff was great, but I have to highlight Mark. After a year I had a tire issue to no fault of RNR Tires. Mark handled it immediately and took care of the issue and got me in ASAP. The team at RNR tires are good people and I would highly recommend them for any tire issues. Thanks Mark.
