Ron and his crew have great customer service and very helpful when you re not sure what s going on with your vehicle!I got my tires replaced through them last year and have came in a few times for other work and question, the customer service is just excellent!Definitely recommend this place.

We had plans on using a different tire shop in reno but it didn't work out, on a fluke we found this place and man are we glad we did. Not only were they cheaper the service is second to none. We were in and out in under thirty minutes. The gentlemen behind the counter were warm and accommodating. They even gave a little plushie to my 5 year old! We won't go anywhere else from here on out! You shouldn't either!!! Thanks again!

Avoid this shop if you value your time. They use bait and switch tactics and have terrible/sexist customer service. I (male) called to schedule getting new replacement tires (that we already had) mounted and balanced on our OEM wheels and, after verifying vehicle make, model, and year, the guy on the phone confirmed that they could do it, so I scheduled an appointment. My wife made the 1hr drive from Incline Village later that week and when she arrived with our car, the guys at Reno Tire Pros tried to use incorrect information (contradicting vehicle manufacturer guidance) and fear-mongering to try to pressure her into purchasing different tires before declining to install the new matching tires that we already had. I called three other highly rated, reputable, local and national tire shops in the area they were willing to do the install, so we went with one of them instead. I understand that profit margins may not be large enough for Reno Tire Pros on certain installs, but when this is the case they should just turn them down from the beginning instead of luring folks into the shop and then trying to upsell.

The TLDR, prices are hiked, they tried charging me 4hrs for a job that by the book is 2.6hrs, the CS is decent, sometimes they come off as not interested but overall not the worst but not the best.This morning though I had an appointment with them at 8, they called me at around 8:10ish, I answer and explain to them that I forgot to call but that I'll be going elsewhere for my repairs moving forward and who I'm almost certain was Rick goes and says "well that would've been nice..."And I cut him off to say "yes it would've but I forgot, have a nice day".I own up to my mistake, I apologized from the start and still the dude wants to get wordy, look next time just say no problem and have a good day like I did instead of trying to start something over the phone while I'm dropping logs in my toilet.PS: never coming back here found a much more cost effective and client focused mechanic that was recommended by a long time RENO resident, once again Rick, have a nice day.

Reno Tire Pros is by far one of the greatest local and or commercial tire shops in the country. If you need any: Oil changes, flat repairs, brakes, shocks/struts, or alignments done on your vehicles. Reno Tire Pros is the place to go.

I called for new tires, they had what I needed, and they gave me a reasonable quote for tires/possible alignment, plus they had availability same day or next day which included flexibility if my prior engagement ran long. I came the next day, and as soon as my 4yo dtr and I walked in, she was given a sweet plush horse. The waiting room was tidy and accommodating with appropriate tv and clean bathrooms. The counter/phone service was kind and respectful, and I was happy with everything, especially my new tires which needed new stem kits as well due to corroded caps that would not come off. I will be a repeat customer here. Thank you RTP!

I was sick of feeling like the dealership was ripping me off so I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation here. Was done within one hour with friendly service. Will go back.

the two men working behind the counter on the morning of 1/11/24 should not have jobs as they are incompetent and clearly get a power trip from kicking the homeless out of their lobby. i came here with my father as his company does work with tire pros often, i walked in to use the restroom and without saying a word to me the two men ran from behind the counter in front of me and yelled GET OUT GET OUT . they assumed i was someone coming in off the street, i let them know that i was just trying to use the restroom and that that is no way to speak to customers and they both ignored me, only when i sent my dad in did they have anything to say. they asked no questions before they charged at me and screamed in my face. even if i were a homeless person trying to use their restrooms, that is no way to be spoken to in a professional environment, it was disrespectful and inhumane. let me also highlight that both of them were too proud to apologize for screaming at a young girl.

Greg's referred Reno Tire Pros to repair my vehicle when I needed a repair while traveling. Ron, was very helpful on this Monday morning! He fit my vehicle in and had me back on the road in two hours. Very professional, reasonably priced, and fixed the issues for me to keep traveling!

First of all..when I called at 0715..my call was answered..made appointment for 0800.. very friendly and informative at my intake..made great suggestions which I appreciated.My car was on time..serviced great but most of all the guys are professional personal and friendly!! I will definitely come back as needed

Customer Service is Great! Ron and Ricky run the show over here. Best part apart this place is their complacency to work with you and your budget. They don t look for any rhyme and reason to charge you extra, and take the consideration to take alternatives to keep the cost low. Felt really great walking out of this place and it s 8:30AM!Really recommend.

Everybody is kind and professional. I feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here and I know my vehicle will be well taken care of. Competitive pricing with small-business personal touches. Great waiting area with comfortable seating and coffee available. Overall I m very happy with my experience here and will return for future vehicle maintenance.

Went to Reno Tire Pros for some brake pads and weird noises coming from my tires. Ron and Rick in the front were great and easy to work with! They were able to order parts and get them in a couple hours to get me back on the road. I believe they are locally owned and most of the workers have been there for 20 years, that says a lot!

Wonderful! I needed someone to quickly figure out why my vehicle's suspension was making noises, and then to fix it, as I was just traveling thru Reno and didn't want to get stuck here for days. I arrived at 7:40a, and they had it diagnosed by 8:05a. They gave me a very reasonable written quote to fix it. When I asked if I should just go ahead and have them replace one other part while they were working on it, they honestly said "no need." I needed new brakes as well, so I asked them to quote that. I then asked them to take care of both, and they had me out of there at 11:45a! And most importantly, the noises are gone and the vehicle is driving great. Wish they were in my home town; I'd certainly use them going forward.

Needed some studded winter tires mounted on a separate set of rims for my F-150. They were the only tire shop in Reno that could get the tires I needed into their shop by the time I would be in town. They did a great job, quick, and gave me a fantastic deal on the tires. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Shop was clean and well taken care of. And if they don't have what you need they can order it. Definitely will be going back to them in the future.

After a rough weekend of gambling on March Madness, walked out to the car and had a flat tire. We drove to one place that couldn t help us for hours and they recommended these guys. Ron helped us immediately and recommended a great place for breakfast. We ate and walked back and they had the tire fixed and charged only $25. Thank you!

Had a bad experience with this business. They said they checked for a leak in my spare tire but didn't. I ended up at a tire store across town 2hours later with a flat tire. I knew when I left that they were not being honest with me about it because my tire was completely dry no soap and water used to check for leaks. They didn't put my center cap on. They didn't give guality service to me on that day. I won't return.

Ron has been more than fair priced each and every visit we make to him!The first visit we made was for many items that had been giving us grief, one of which was a very ground down brake pad. He could sense that I didn't trust him at first and thought he was taking my husband for a meal ticket. He came and showed our parts that rusted and ground down to death, and showed a new brake pad to prove how bad things were getting. I seriously appreciated that he took the time to show us this and explain in laymans terms what the car needed and why.He has taken discounts on our bills due to issues that we had previously with our car (a brake sensor that has been messed up for years) and unforeseen issues like rusted parts that broke during other fixes.We will be sad to leave the area because this is the first auto shop we feel really comfortable at! We just got stupid lucky stopping there on the way for errands, and we did not regret any visits made to him!!Thank you for all your help getting our car up to snuff, Ron! You are a gem!

Our tire got a flat on the way into town. Reno Tire Pros got us right in the moment we pulled in. Our tire was unrepairable, and they didn't have our size in stock (their warehouse closed before we got there). Not only did the manager call another tire shop down the street to find us a tire, he also had his team put on one of their used tires to get us to down the street, all for only the cost of disposing our flat tire. Wonderful, hardworking people here in this shop.
