5-Stars without a doubt! Staff is courteous, work is done quickly and I couldn't be happier. When I was waiting (only about 40 mins) for my oil change and tune-up on my diesel truck, the staff treated everyone who came in with a smile, promptly and efficiently. For my service, they showed me my worn parts before replacing and I just had a great experience. Pro 1 has a new customer for life. Thank you Pro 1.

I have been to Pro1 Automotive at least six times for repairs and diesel smogs. The staff is excellent, the service is competent and fast! The prices are better than others and I will always use them. Not ONE negative experience. Thanks Paul!

Dustin at Pro 1 automotive was AMAZING!! He took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel like he truly wanted to help me, not just wanted my money. The front desk staff kept me informed and were very kind. What would have taken probably a week for the dealership to fix Dustin and his crew had done in one afternoon!! We have found our shop for all of our car needs!

This place saved me! Truck had an emission issue while on an RV trip. Paul got it done in one day. The mechanics are top notch. I couldn't have been any happier with the entire experience.

Amazing customer service at Pro 1. From booking to pickup they treated me like a valued customer. This is a shop you can trust! My rear breaks were in bad shape and they fixed them right up. During the whole process they explained everything to me and did a great job. I truly felt like they cared about me and got me the best deal. This shop is here to fix your truck at a very fair price. I will definitely be coming back! Everyone working there was very polite and professional.

The team at Pro1 has pulled us out of a bad spot again! Our truck has fully broken down twice, both times towing our trailer. The previous owner added a lot of towing bells and whistles, and unfortunately they caused more harm than good. Pro1 diagnosed that as the issue and removed some portions, eliminating the problem. Most recently we lost a belt. We lost power steering and brakes coming into town in the evening. Our first thought was to get it to Pro1. We somehow managed to get it to their shop (miraculously!). We were fortunate for the timing and that they are right of the freeway. They had it fixed the next day!

We were stranded when our Ram diesel truck broke down on our way from Utah to California to help with a family medical emergency and my 50 year high school reunion. AAA towed us to Pro-1 Automotive. We are retired and have our own health issues. They knew how far away from home and desperate our situation was. They went beyond exceptional service by including kindness and understanding. Somehow they found a way to fit us into their schedule. They had the problem diagnosed and repaired within a few hours. Also the cost was much less than I expected. They are my hero s! Pro One automotive is the worst mechanic shop in town, I had four brand new tires put on my truck, they said they would sell the tires they were taking off my truck. Not only did they not sell them, they got rid of them and never gave me a penny

We had a very disappointing experience with this business. My son is in college at UNR and was having issues with a car he had just purchased. Pro1 completed the pre-purchase inspection on the vehicle. Between Pro1 being familiar with the vehicle and their excellent reviews, we decided to have our son take it back for diagnostic.My son was charged the diagnostic fee, but no diagnosis was ever made. He was gaffed off over and over about the intermittent check engine light and the symptoms he felt the car was experiencing. He was told to come back when the car was actively being symptomatic. Then when he did, he was told they were busy and to make an appointment. My son did this for 3 weeks.We finally took the car elsewhere. Shop #2 was able to tell us within hours that everything related back to a transmission issue. Just to be thorough we then brought the vehicle to Subaru who confirmed that everything was related to the failing transmission.Not sure what is more disappointing. One, that they gave this car a clean bill of health or two, they refused to provide a diagnosis when something went wrong. The service manager went as far as to tell me that the noises and symptoms were in my son s head. When I expressed my concern that my son was being treated like this because he was younger, I was told I was incorrect and that he would even help a woman . Every conversation has been patronizing and with total lack of respect.I asked Pro1 to refund my son s money due to the lack of providing the service he was charged for. They refused and the poor treatment just continued. I sent an email that was never replied to.I would like to give this shop the benefit of the doubt that this situation just went bad. However, I feel like people should also be cautioned.

From scheduling the initial appointment to picking my car back up, I never once doubted that I was in good hands. They were very clear about base costs as well as how much the fixes would cost given my insurance. In addition to that, they raised concerns and recommended that I contact where I purchased my car and have been in communication with that place on my behalf to help that process go smoothly.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Made an appointment and waited for two vehicles- was in and out quickly and treated like a king. Paul is Great there. He has done so much for my vehicles at a Fair price and Pro One Stands Behind and Guarantees their work. I have had Several Repairs and work done there on All my trucks and SUVs for a few years now and have Always been More than Satisfied with their work. They are not the cheapest in town, but remember, You get what you pay for and Pro One is Well Worth the price for Service and Professionalism!! 5 Stars to Pro One!!!

Brought my 2003 Chevy Duramax diesel one-ton in to diagnose a "check engine" fault with EGR system. They found a simple solenoid fix and good to go.I also had all my driveline fluids changed (front & rear differential plus transmission).Reasonably priced and I appreciate that the service team kept me informed all the way.I will continue to take my truck there for service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Friendly, Courteous and Professional service. Paul, Rachel and Ricky were great. A very professional, organized business.AAA rated and very fair pricing.I brought my GMC in for an oil change and inspection before making a long trip, They pointed out a few things that will have to be addressed in the future. Rachel suggested that I get it smogged while I was there which of course I did. Not sure where to start...horrible service,took one hr. To take out my alarm system,they had it for two days after I had an appointment. Then my seat setting didn't work..they tried to charge me for their mistakes. When left stuff messed up. Parking brake lever was all twisted..I fixed it. They were friendly and courteous. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I brought in my diesel for a smog check without an appointment and they got me right in. I'll be returning for repairs if needed and for future smog checks.

Rachel offered a fantastic customer experience over the phone when booking my appointment. Upon arrival, she was quite attentive, even with the details of the visit.When I inquired about further services for my SUV, she was able to book me in for the same week.I have used the same diesel shop for the last 4 years, until they relocated a bit too far for them to be remotely convenient any longer. This is my new go to, it should be yours as well.Service: Oil change

They take care of all our company rigs and at an affordable price. Never had one issue with them whether it's an oil change, tire replacements, adding running boards, or replacing damage parts on our vehicles.

I always do my diesel smog test at Pro 1, they're always prompt and at a very fair price. Plus, it's really cool to watch them spin the truck up to freeway RPM's on the Dyno!I recently discovered coolant system leaks on my truck that I could not repair at home due to HOA restrictions. They did an excellent job and again at a very fair price.Highly recommend, Thanks Paul, Rachel, and shop crew!Service: Emissions testing
