Very kind, honest, professional, and diligent people! I sold my old car to premium auto sales and had a wonderful experience, easy and fast. Now I take my old truck to them and had a great experience. There office is super comfortable for waiting there with comfy couches and a huge tv. My truck was really unsafe to drive and they fixed it for me for a very reasonable price. They were also very honest about what work I need to get done and what I really don t need to prioritize. Since I know nothing about cars it s great to have people who are honest with you and not just trying to sell you to do more. Highly recommend!!

Excellent auto repair for a good price. Fast turnaround with amazing customer service. The owner (Johnny) even gave me shuttle service to the gym and worked with my tight schedule. I finally found a shop I can trust and I will be taking all my vehicles there in the future. Extremely pleased with the results!

My coworker suggested this auto repair shop to fix my heater for my car. I had a wonderful experience and they worked with me on the cost of the repair. I will be coming back for any other repairs that my car needs.

Have been here 2 times before and really great service. This time my dad stop in to pick a quote and guy working the desk was being very rude. Saying that my dad was rushing him because we opened at 830 and it s now only 930. Then I call and ask if I can take the car to get smogged then I would bring it right back, so I can take paperwork to dmv to register it in my and Johns attitude was totally unprofessional and very rude. Hope this review gets to the owner and he can rectify this guy is a disservice to your company.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I called Premium Auto Care in the morning because my check engine light went on in my truck when I was on the way to work...making an appointment was very easy and John was great to me. They diagnosed the issue on my truck quickly and fixed it efficiently..i also had them change my oil while my truck was there. What I liked best about this shop is they didn't try to rip me off and tell me I need new brakes or rotors or windshield wipers. easy, efficient, fair and fast service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Services: Electrical, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I had my Chevy Sonic towed to this location for some work.I was able to easily communicate back and forth with the owner and management. I found them very accommodating and practical in their suggestions. In the end they were able to get me back on the road in no time.Overall great service, communication, and very reliable to their word.5/5 im sure ill see more of them in the future.

John and his team are truly AMAZING!! They are honest, reliable, and all around a great shop! I can t speak highly enough of Johnny and his shop. Everybody that I was in contact with were a huge help and were very knowledgeable. I had a quote to get a new radiator at a different shop, and Johnny did it for half of the price and got it done in one day. Premium Auto Care is the GOAT in Reno, won't take my truck anywhere else. The owner is a straight shooter, mechanics are very hard working and great at what they do. Very satisfied with the work they have done.

Moving from out of state and finding a new mechanic was difficult to do with so many options out there, but I was lucky enough to make a phone call to Johnny at Premium Auto Care. The most respectful and professional person I spoke to after making multiple calls throughout the entire day. Took my car in that day without hesitation. I wish he was my first phone call to save me all that time - would recommend this shop to all friends and family in the Reno/Sparks area. I am so happy I found Premium Car Care! Within two days I was able to get an oil change on two vehicles and replace the transfer case on my truck. John was very knowledgeable and informative as well as reasonable on the cost. Not only did Premium Auto Care beat an estimate I came in with from another auto shop by over $1000.00, they went above and beyond with the work that was completed, all being handled by the most upfront and respectful auto shop I've ever personally used. They even gave my wife and I a ride back home after dropping our truck off for the first time.I immediately submitted my truck back in for the second time to have more work done and was promptly taken care of with the same professionalism as the first time. I've already decided to take my wife's car to them also, based on my great experience.Bottom line is, if you want to be treated right by a shop that just plain appreciates your business and bends over backwards for you, while at the same time offering you crazy great repair rates, then I urge you to go check them out.

Recently moved to Reno from out of state and my brakes needed to be replaced. Being unfamiliar with the area and as a woman, I was worried some of the shops I called were trying to overprice me. A friend recommended John and I d definitely recommend him to others. I was able to take my car in immediately after calling and the wait for my car to be finished wasn t long at all. John and his staff were helpful, professional, and gave me a more than fair deal compared to price quotes I received from other shops. TRUSTWORTHY!I am beyond impressed with the integrity of this business. During an emergent situation the owner of this business made my family and I a priority. They not only diagnosed, ordered a part, and fixed the vehicle within 48hrs. But they also were honest about the economical impact it would have. Another place tried to charge us $600 more. I am so grateful for everyone here! John and his team are awesome. I started having issues with my car and they were able to get me in right away. They checked everything out and ultimately realized the issue was a recall with my car. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I appreciate how well John explained everything to me. The dealership said they couldn t fix my recall until august and John did not stop calling them until they agreed to get me in a week later! Everyone here took great care of me and my car and I would recommend them to anyone!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Mine and my Mom s car battery was completely dead last week, and due to the current circumstances, my Mother and I have mostly been home bound in order to stay safe. John was kind enough to bring the battery to us and install it in a very efficient and timely manner. This is the first garage in Reno/Sparks that I have trusted. You get a quick response, fair pricing and John went beyond any service I've ever had by following up with me after an engine replacement. I will continue to have my cars serviced here.

Most amazing shop I have ever been to they did wonderful and where honest thought it was a head gasket issue and turned out to be something way different and where honest about it John u did wonderful

I have have taken my car in 4 separate times between both mine and my husbands vehicles and we will continue to come back. They always get the job done quickly and call me to update me on whatever issues they found. I m thankful I found a place that I can trust.
