Don't go here I went here several times and they are closed every time I'm getting tired of going here just to see if they are open like get it together you guys if you guys want business then open but I hope this place closes soon

Drove all the way out to the location (an hour from home) to see a sign that says Planet Auto Closed because of some city construction that temporarily closed their driveway for public access. Why would you allow the city to close your business or put up with it?! Absolutely ridiculous. Update your business listing on Google!

Don't go to pick n pull anymore. PLANET AUTO is sooo much better. No admission fee and they fully refund you if the part doesn't work. Thank you PLANET AUTO

I was given a delivery window between 8 am and 1 pm to pick up my car. When nobody called out showed up by 1 I called and complained. The service rep I spoke to seemed completely stumped by my complaint do I asked for a supervisor. He said and I quote " I don't know what to tell you". Extremely frustrated, I waited. The driver finally showed up at 230. I missed an appointment waiting for them. No apology, no accountability. I recommend avoiding this business.
