Water in my Winnebago Solis started to leak after spending a night in Tahoe area with outside temperatures of below -10F.I spent two days trying to fix it myself but failed. I saw the leak but my plumbing skills were not enough to fix it.I found Alex on Google maps, called him at 8:15 in the morning. He arrived in 15 minutes and in 2.5 hours the problem was fixed. His skills are extraordinary, he managed to find the part needed instantly and fix everything very fast. He saved my long awaited vacation!Great thanks to Alex!

We were getting desperate for a necessary repair to our rv and Alex was working on another project in the park and we spoke to him about our problem and he came by after finishing the other job and looked our problem and went right to work making the repair. For clarification the same problem has been "repaired " twice before. The difference now it was done properly and I am looking forward to never having to do this repair again. He was quick and efficient.

We had woke up on moving day ready to roll out and hit the road only to find out our hydraulic trailer jacks wouldn t operate. After an hour of messing with it I finally caved in and gave this company a call, without even charging me or pressuring me to have him come look at the trailer and call me he instead stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes to try and diagnose the problem over the phone. After we were able to find a potential problem over the phone and I realizing I wasn t cut out to make the repair myself I had asked him if he was able to fix it. He did and in under 30 minutes then proceeded to find the wire (that was never pressed from the manufacturer) and helped repair it and get my trailer jacks back to operational. Would totally recommend using them as he seems fairly knowledgeable and can get it done efficiently.Services: Electrical, Battery

Our fresh water tank had come loose and dropped about 5 . We had called another rv tech, but after not getting straight answers to when he would show up, we called Peak Mobile. He (Alex) gave us almost to the half hour time frame that he would be there. We were at a rv site and going into the evening. He was very professional, explaining before he started and along the way. We would not be able to drive home if he hadn t fixed our tank. He was a delight to work with. I would totally recommend him!!!! 5 stars for sure

Super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Alex knows what he is doing and did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue with my hot water heater and did everything possible to get it fixed for me fast! He also installed a new electric tongue jack while he checked for my hot water heater to cycle. I will be using this company again for any future needs!

Bought my first travel trailer and it definitely had issues. Finally got ahold of this guy (been calling multiple numbers for 2 weeks) the only thing he was able to diagnose was that I needed a new water heater. Great, let s get it done. For a $400 water heater the total he charged me was 1288.00. I gave him $1300. Did I want change? No. Just wanted to have a shower. Did he offer me an on demand water heater? Like, I could have continuous hot water? Nope. Did I know enough to even ask if that was an option? No. Could he figure out why my thermostat wasn t working? NO. Did he phone customer support for an hour? Yep. And did he have a solution? NO. Oh. Also electric issues that seemed to be beyond him. That he wouldn t even look at. You d think if you paid someone to unplug your black tank , TWICE, maybe you wouldn t have any issues anymore? NOPE. (Only using RV specified toilet paper) Dear Lord people, I am crossing fingers for you. I hope you have a friend. The biggest thing for me is trying to get ahold of these people and they don t answer or call you back. I could understand if you re rolling up to my RV in a Mercedes. Maybe a Benz. But when you rockin a 90 s mini van come on guy.Service: Tires
