First time called them and asked couple of questions about what exactly to order. Very unwilling and annoyed person was spitting out some half fasted answers. I guess 200$ business is not worth of their time. Called them second time to order a part which is 130$ everywhere else but when I was told it s 250$ at their place, I only asked what s the difference still willing to buy it. The person on the phone immediately got mad and told me to buy it somewhere else then Congratulations, you ve just lost a client for good!

I hit a tree and smashed my roof fridge vent. I phoned this company and was told they only had a complete set for approx. $50. When I arrived they found a generic vent which fitted the cover I already had so instead of $50 it only cost $25. Thanks for checking out back

We were on our way to an adventure when we discussed one of our ceiling vents was shattered. We stopped in to get a replacement, and Dave went out to our trailer and helped determine exactly which one we needed. The number of different parts they keep in stock at this place was amazing! I highly recommend Paramount RV Parts. I wish we lived in the area and could go there when we have questions and/or need little stuff to make trailer life better!

Had a blown tire and some damage to our travel trailer near Reno with my wife and four kids plus our dog as we were traveling cross country. Called another RV place in town and they told me they could not get me in until July .. what? Called Peggy at Paramount and she got me in right away ... 3:30 pm .. worked on trailer and back on the road the next day at noon. Great work by Steve and first class. Very busy place with tons of business but they treated me great and got us in and out quickly and great work. Keep it up!

I had to return parts that they knew were not going to work for me. I also had to drive from Fernley to here to do so. The young man who returned my money was the rudest person I have ever met. He acted like the money was coming out of his own pocket. He was flat out mad that the fittings he sold me would not work. When I tried to get the right part he was rude again saying we do not have what you need you need to go somewhere else so I will and I will tell everyone at the large RV establishment I live at to never come here. I told him to have a nice day and I was sorry the parts did not work out for me. The man rolled his eyes at me and said I hope you do to. People and their eyeball rolling and there rude tones need to work in private not with the public. What happened to manners. My children who are girls were with me and they too did not understand why this his man was so rude.

This was my third call for parts when I was treated like a idiot and cut off before I could answer questions. Just to clarify I HAVE DONE a lot of business there over the last 6 years. I own a 32 ft toy hauler and a cab over camper I completely restored thru them. after the rudeness , sighs and general attitude DONE. THREE STRIKES BY PARTS STAFF ILL GO ELSEWHERE. enjoy and good luck

Walked into Parts Department Nov. 6, 2017 and brought in my RV water heater element to see what they thought. Dave was at the desk and said it was just fine and that I did not need to replace it. Every time I go to the Parts Department or see a service rep I get HONEST, DIRECT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS and FRIENDLY ANSWERS and HELP. You have EARNED ALL OF MY BUSINESS. About two parts for gas regulator on propane All prices on shelves are barcoded was in a hurry got to check out it was unreal I couldn't believe how much I paid for each one of the parts when they sell for Amazon for $10 a piece we'll never go back I can't afford it

Every time I have called to get a part. The customer service is horrendous. They a belittling and condescending when you are asking for parts and not familiar with what exact thing you need. Honestly I d rather take a trip to California then deal with paramount and or any rv place in Reno. Anyone up for starting a rv business with great customer service and people skills to put them out of business. That is how bad it is every time I call.

After a tire blow out severed our electrical connection from the main battery of our motorhome to the auxiliary battery, we no power for refrigerator, water pump and lights. Paramount staff was able to make emergency repairs to our electrical system and save our cross country road trip. Thank you Tim, Steve, Peggy, Norm and Rick L. You are awesome!!

Called to see if they had a part I needed and whomever I spoke with was somewhat irritated that I wanted to know the price as well as whether or not they had a 25' RV extension cord in stock, prior to driving into town to purchase. Cheaper elsewhere and a much friendlier response to my questions.

I just purchased a heated water hose from them. When I returned home I checked the price on Amazon, which was $100 less for the same product. I understand that local small businesses need to typically charge more to stay in business, but this kind of markup is unreasonable.

Smart mouth sales person with a bad attitude all because I chose not to purchase a $25 plastic screen door latch. Over priced and very piie customer service. Will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Paramount has helped me with 3 different insurance claims, 2 claims on my 5th wheel and 1 claim on my truck. Each time it took a little longer then expected but the work and service was outstanding and especially on my truck. My insurance company was telling me if I them fix my vehicle they would not cover some of the bill and i would have to pay the difference. But with Paramounts help I only paid my deductible. Insurance companies are so miss-leading on repairs. Thanks Paramount and especially Tim Waldron for helping us with our claim.

This might be the worse customer service I have ever witnessed. 4 emails 5 phone calls discussing our RV Issue. Each time they said they would let us know if they had the part. Never a word or call. How can this company stay in business.

Matt is the best! He is always very helpful and patient with me. Even when it involves decrypting my poor explanation of what I need. Great place to go for rv parts and service!!!

Very bad customer service. I requested a estimate for some work on my RV and it took them over a month for them to email me back and all they said was that they could not give me a quote and to take my business elsewhere... Lisa and Steve are the worse!!!I would never recommend anyone there..I have never been treated so bad and the worst communication with them!

Took trailer in for estimate, call three weeks later still no estimate told I will have tomorrow. It's been over a month no estimate don't waste your time going here.
