It was the best car purchase experience I ve ever had. They were super friendly and helpful. The car was clean and detailed. It was my first car purchase in Reno and they made the process really easy for me. 10/10 I would recommend it to anyone looking for a trustable Car Dealership.

Laytona and her husband were very helpful made me feel comfortable explained everything honest people if you ask me. looking for a vehicle this is the place to go look no further been living in Reno my whole life they been in business for seven years and since then they been selling good quality vehicles got a BMW and they maintenance it before it was sold to me had the maintenance records received by them also Laytona husband was nice enough to put gas on the car before he sold it to me that day really appreciated.

Really appreciated how latonya helped me get the car i wanted and for the price that I could afford, even with my drivers license still being processed she helped me get the car asap, and my guy Manuel making sure he could fix the things that needed to be replaced before giving the car to me. I appreciate the great customer service! Would recommend to anyone wanting an affordable used car thank you guys for everything!

I just bought a bmw 335i from them & I had the best experience. I came in wanting the car & a couple days later I walked out with it. The service they provided was amazing and overall they are really great people. I highly recommend stopping by.

Bought a BMW from them. Nice car in good condition. They don t rush you or try to get you in car the expensive. Well definitely recommend to friends that needs a car. Will go back if I want accessories to the car or upgrade. Nice family business.

We bought our son a BMW about a month ago. From the first time we walked into OG Auto, everything was easy. Laytonya and Manny was very friendly, and informational. Such a easy buying experience. I would defiantly recommend.

This is the place you wanna shop for deals on a used car! I was amaze with the choice of BMW's they had, and the amazing part is that they detail & fix what ever needs to be fixed on all their vehicles before they put it up for sale. The owner's were down to earth and friendly. Good people who works with you to make your experience a worth while experience. You can't go wrong!

If someone asked me where to get a car fixed or most IMPORTANT where to get a car? I have to point towards this place cause they have and do great things. I m on my second car from this place and I chose to come here again because the genuine experience in the buy of the first car. The care they give while you have the car even months after purchase, total customer satisfaction and understanding like what you want and how can they can make your need happen for you which you which don t come cross often in business. Especially in a Timely manners. Thank you sincerely

My daughter recently bought her first vehicle from them and they were truly great to deal with!! They replaced the the rear struts and shocks before we took it. They were very pleasant to work with!! If you re looking to buy a used vehicle I would highly suggest going to see them!! It s great to see people like this in business!!

I recently purchase a 2011 BMW with OG auto dealers, they are honest and friendly persons, they help me with the loan, I called them about the car and with less than a day, they approved me. The car is in excellent running condition, no tricks or lies very Honest and responsible persons. I highly recommend OG auto dealers

Come here and you wont be disappointed! Latonya was able to help me get a car that I needed and she did it fast and with ease which is really good in business. Manny is amazing with his work making sure the car was safe before being sold. Good environment and everything worked so great would definitely recommend them to anybody who s looking for a good reliable vehicle as they do awesome job!

Bought a car 4 months ago and thought I was getting a good deal but my car has been in the shop more days than it's been on the road and I'm now up to $4,000 in repair costs on top of cab fares, Lyft rides and car rental costs. The owners take no responsibility and contractually they don't have to. Lesson learned: If a deal seems too good to be true it probably is.

Latonya helped me and my wife find a car last week and we couldn t have been more happy with our experience! They let us testDrive car the car, had answers to everything about the car. Had a car fax report as well. Latonya worked with our price in monthly payments , money down and even more answers to our questions we had as car purchasers. Latonya communicated with us every step of the way with banks and application process. We didn t have the greatest credit, so to have a place that not only I could get a reliable car from and could help me even with poor Credit was Amazing! I m so in love with my car and can t wait to purchase another car from OG auto dealers. Thank you for my car!

I was in here about a month ago been meaning to do a review i purchased a car everyone at OG Auto helped me a lot! I was in a bind, but they helped me swiftly. They worked with me to get the best deal. The car I got has worked great and has amazing gas miles. They are also apt to help and call back when need be. When my van stopped working they even came and picked up to take me to the dealership. These guys are personal and operate in a family atmosphere.

Me and my wife just recently went in to OG Auto Dealer looking for a nice reliable family car and I'm happy we found one here not only did we find a car that we actually wanted but they did everything they could to rush the process for us as we were in need of a new car right away they were very patience and non rushing while my two year old child was running around they didn't mind the employees were all very nice and welcoming. They actually help you, the first bank was taking to long and we asked them to try again AND they did and made it happen. Thank you so much OG Autos lol sounds like a commercial but it's true

I have bought a car from them a while ago it was good for the price it still runs but has a lot of issues from day one of me buying it. That is not the problem I have with in the course of a year they have completely changed they are now starting to be like any other dealer selling over priced high mileage cars. God forbid you try to negotiate a price with them even though your a returning customer they will get offended and defensive. I do my research on cars before I get them as a women I am a big car fanatic I know literally everything about the car I'm coming to look at before I step foot on the lot. They tried to argue with me the worth of vehicle that I knew was not the true value. They gotta really standoffish .

Just purchased our second car from OG and couldn t be any happier. Latonya and the whole staff are so incredibly friendly, from beginning to end! I highly recommend OG to EVERYONE!! Thank you again you guys are awesome amazing honest people!!!

Worst dealership to do business with. I bought my 07 Mazda from them. They told me no one had applied and once I got approved they said there was another guy who had first options. They probably would ve made more off him (profit wise). I ended up with the car, 2-3 days after purchasing the vehicle I went to Sacramento and had to have it towed back. A compressor broke and the car would not turn over anymore. I was stranded in Cali overnight. I called the dealer they agreed to have it fixed. Turns out they weren t even going to take it to a CERTIFIED mechanic, but do it themselves without any type of mechanic license. I fought to have it taken to a mechanic. Which they did after a week. My car sat at the mechanic s for another week before ANYTHING was looked at. then another week because they had to order the part, only for the part to be wrong. After being without my car for nearly 3 weeks after just buying it, I offered to go pick up the part from a local store. They said it was paid for, I went and had to actually pay 130$ for it because they didn t. I have yet to be reimbursed for said part.My mom has also bought a car from them, and her car lost complete power going to Cali and needed a 300$ tune up due to sparks plugs being so rusted. They clearly do not inspect these cars they get from auction but only clean them to make them look nice. Ever since the Co-Owner left OG has been no good.

Worst delaership ever. They sold me a car and 3 days later the service engine light came on saying the camshaft needed to be replaced. I talked to laquanda and she basically told me good luck the car has broken down numerous times I've put almost 3000 in parts into a car that was suppose to be in great condition according to them .. I've had transmission harness replaced battery (they put a miatas battery in a mazda 3)motor mountAccuator solenoids ect... They haven't called me back to try to.fix the matter but best believe if a payment is late they'll call.Worst ever!!!!!

We cant thank og auto dealers enough. Words cant describe the work and care they put in to their great service and thats an understatement. Thank you for helping us with the impossible situation with our car and working on it helping us through a nightmare of a situation. Driving my ford home for the first time feeling safe and relieved. No words ... we are grateful!

After reading so many positive reviews I felt like this was the place for us... Nope. They took a hefty down payment from me and then kept asking me every week for another thousand and another thousand (almost 1/3 of the vehicles price) they gave me a loaner plate for over 3 weeks and asked me to bring the car down often so the finance company could see it was still there while I was supposed to drive whatever vehicle they gave me until the finance person left, once they finally gave me a proper paper temporary license plate it was immediately stolen from my vehicle (VERY unusual for the neighborhood and kinda strange considering the odd circumstances of the deal) causing a delay of several more days until they could get me another (yes, police report was immediately filed for stolen plates), the brakes were bad and had to be replaced days after the vehicle was purchased, which they tried to make me pay for, finally, the owner called and told me that she wanted the car back and would only accept payment in full, not a payment... WHAT? I literally JUST finally was able to register the car in my name Friday, 3 days ago. She has refused to return my money paid as the down payment. I was not delinquent in the payments as she wouldn't accept one single payment. This place is a total scam. I should have walked out when the employees were bad mouthing other customers but I foolishly believed that to be an isolated incident. They stole my down payment and wrongly took possession of the vehicle. Go anywhere else.

Bought a car from them in 2016. I was approved for a beautiful 2007 honda civic S. I. 10 days off the lot the motor blows. I take it back to get help and they told me that that basically it was my problem. Along with car payments and insurance, and having to buy a motor with maintainance I just couldn't do it. Car gets repoed and they smiled all the way to the bank. I even had to change the oil myself when I got the car because they were too lazy to do it themselves. Ain't no OGs in sight there. Should call themselves HURRY UP AND BUY AUTO.
