I highly recommend North Valley Auto to anyone. I have found them to be honest, which in my experience is like finding a unicorn. Not only are they honest, but the quality of their work is exceptional, and pricing is fair. They also make drop-off and pick-up easy. These guys will have my business FOREVER. (A unicorn I'm telling you, a big blue unicorn that sparkles.)

I took my vehicle here to get the front struts replaced after getting into a minor accident. Upon inspection, the shop called me and told me the front struts were fine and asked if I wanted to go through with the repair. This is the second time I have been to this shop and they have always been extremely fair and honest in their work. Would recommend to anyone.

I really wanted to leave a 1 star- 5 star review because of just how popular they are!!!No dice, just can't do it. The mechanic shop I've ever gone too.They know their shiz! Economical and quick. Been there 3 times now, but the 1st 2 times were so quick and simple they didn't charge me! So when I needed real work done I didn't question going anywhere else even though it's a bit of a drive for me.Thank's y'all, a million.

My car broke down and I had no idea what to do or what the issue was. I was able to get it to a local oil change location and they told me my radiator may have blown. I called North Valley Automotive and they said they were busy but to bring it in and I would be out on the list! That was on a Friday and on Monday I received a call with the issue and by Tuesday, I had my vehicle back! Thrilled is an understatement! Every time I called and every called that was made to me was so pleasant and I can t believe how quickly my car was repaired! Excellent auto shop. Brentand his mechanics are knowledgeable and pleasant people to deal with. They're always busy, people trust this shop to repair and service their vehicles. It's an informal yet professional environment. Any mechanic would find this place enjoyable to work at.

I'm super sceptical about automotive shops in general, but there's a reason this place has such high reviews! Friendly people, competent employees, excellent automotive care and fair priced. I've taken both my Tacoma and Odyssey here and I can tell Brent really cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to take care of them. Not sure how I made it this long without reviewing, but Brent and the team at North Valley Automotive are absolutely the best, hands down. I ve taken my car to them every time an issue arises, and they re always willing to take a look, explain an issue, suggest a fix, and I m always certain I m getting a fair price. They ve taken a complementary look at my vehicle because my lack of knowledge sometimes makes me paranoid somethings wrong and they ve always put me at ease. I recently had a radiator blow on me and there was no doubt in my mind I would take my car to them. Very straight forward, no BS, no extortionary fee to just take a look. They went several extra miles for me on my last repair and replaced some lights I hadn t gotten to and topped off my fluid an act I greatly appreciate. My dad also appreciates the care they ve taken of me and my car when he isn t in town to help himself. I don t know how to express how much I appreciate the level of service North Valley Automotive provides.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely love the gentlemen here. They are always fair honest, and quick to address my needs. When my Subaru threw an engine rod they were able to find a replacement for much less than I had expected and he's it shipped, installed and ready to go in record time. This isn't the first time I've been blown away with delight by Brent and the guys. I asked the north valleys community for a mechanic/ automotive recommendation and I heard such great things about them that I went in. I had an amazing experience with Brent who looked at my car issue and immediately gave me options that helped. I am so happy I went here. Great people , great service. Haven't had a bad experience yet! They have taken care of our cars with different issues and they've been honest and fair. A little more morning friendly personality would go a long way with greeting, remember, you're still working with people, even if you prefer cars . Thank you for keeping my cars going guys. Dropped off my son's truck with no appointment and they already had a booked schedule. Realizing that my son was already stressed they found time to diagnose and fix the issue that I couldn't figure out. I don't know if it was really cheap in price but I haven't paid a mechanic to fix a vehicle in quite some time and diagnosing a vehicle problem can sometimes take time especially if you don't have the right tools for the job. Regardless my son is back on the road.

I have to say I am very happy with the work done on my vehicles. For over a year I had another shop looking at my vehicle. The check engine light would not go off did loads of work changed all the sensors and still no luck. A neighbor suggested N Valley Automotive and I called. To my surprise I told Brent the issue and the work I have done with no success and he said it may be a short. So happy to hear him say that. I told the previous mechanic I thought it was a short or the wiring and was told not possible. Well it was and Brent knew what to do. I am so happy so happy. They have come to help when my car stopped while shopping and thats above and beyond. I tell everyone go to North Valley. When possible they get you in and out. So all I can say it's going on 2 years and I am so grateful I found this shop. I think you will to.

I normally never leave reviews for businesses, but these guys are great. They were able to source a used part (at my request) and saved me at least $500 if I would have went to the dealership instead. Quick turnaround too. North Valley Auto just earned my repeat business.

North Valley Automotive is absolutely amazing. My Nissan Xterra was serviced and repaired with the highest quality and professionalism. I highly recommend this repair shop above all. Prices are fair, the staff is friendly, and they also followed all CDC guidelines and I completely trusted them through the whole process.
