Took my F-350, down with a on going electrical issue. None of the other shop's could find problems. Two days later, got my diesel back, running great! I also like their warranty NAD provides. I highly recommend anyone to this Shop. All personel, are courtesy, and listen to your concerns about your vehicle. Thanks, so much, I sincerely appreciate staff for returning my truck back in perfect running condition! Wallace Wasson

Nevada Auto Diagnostics was amazing in helping me with my car! They helped me to replace my rotors and front brakes same day with an appointment. They offered a fair price, and had me out as fast as possible. Not only that, but they were very accommodating and kind. They made sure to fully go over every single aspect of what they were doing with my car and why it needed to be done to help me make a decision. They were incredibly knowledgeable about everything they were doing and what had caused my issue in the first place. I would highly recommend them to anyone any trouble addressed! Thank you!!!

The staff at Nevada Auto Diagnostics are terrific. They ve done 3 smogs on my Adventure Van, it s always been quick, while I wait, service and at a very reasonable rate. They have also handled some emissions codes that have come up, the replacement of parts was quick and reasonable! The Van is now running better than when it was new.

I was very surprised by the same day service and how quickly they were able to take care of my smog check and registration for my very large truck and camper. The people were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Very nice people.

I bring my Audi Diesel here every year to get smogged and for a minimal amount they register my car for me! This saves me the hassle and I so appreciate it. These guys are always so nice and helpful. I highly recommend checking them out.

When I first came to the area, Nevada Auto Diagnostics was the only place I could find to service my Class A motor home. They did such good work, with care for my rig, that I brought it back for additional service. I like their do it right for the long term, not just short term approach. I highly recommend them.

They did a smog inspection on my Diesel AWD suv. They were friendly and quick. I didn't give 5 stars because I didn't have any mechanical work done by them.

We had a unusual day. Strap broke, resulting in some damage. Nothing serious but noticeable. Bernie, shop manager, was sincere, concerned and made it clear that it was covered. The only concern I have is the repairs are done in the shop of MY choice. I'm sure that Bernie will work with me on that. Overall, the day was good, and I will still go to their shop. The main thing is, was that no-one was injured. A good day.

These guys are absolutely amazing. Helped me out so much with my transmission replacement and a ton of other issues my car had. Helped me out with a payment plan so and even opened the shop on the weekend so I could make my final payment and pick up my vehicle. Recommended for anyone who needs work done.

A great shop! Combination of good old fashioned knowledge combined with up to date technology. Their online estimate/invoice is very convenient. On this job, something wasn't quite right, I took the car back and they fixed it right away. Also, I'm thrilled they do Smog Certs on diesels...the other two places I've taken the truck to are problematic. NAD is much easier to work with. Just a look at their shop floor and you get a sense of the quality of work!

In for a diesel smog. The guys are always quick and thorough. In and out fast. Less than a week and my tags are in my hand. Will most certainly return for any other work needed.

This shop is an interesting mix of old school knowledge and work, and high tech communication that actually provides good customer service! Fair and honest. They've worked on our old 03 Hyundai and our 2017 Colorado with diesel! I was so happy to discover they do smog certs for diesels,!

So thankful to Nevada Diagnostics!Not only did they get me in right away (Early am)... They suggested I not drive the vehicle to their shop as it may result in severe engine damage. They then took the time to coordinate a tow truck. Once at their shop, found the issue, sourced the part needed locally, picked up the part and had my vehicle back on the road by lunch.Can't say enough good things about the staff. All very helpful, courteous and explained in detail the problem and signs to look for in the future.Thank you Nevada Diagnostics!

This is where I take my Audi for all my maintenence and my annual Smog test. They always do a great job. Very professional and even with an appointment for my smog I am usually always out in under 30 minutes. Great company to do business with.

I want to thank the guys and Bernie. I wasn't able to get the service I wanted but that's not their fault. They tried their best to find time to work on my truck. I still trust them because Bernie told me how it is. He's a straight forward guy and that's what I like. He still was able to help diagnose what was wrong with my truck and that right there is probably a bigger help than anyone could ask for. They weren't able to fully fix my truck only because I was using my wife's car for work. With a shift change she needed it back. I can completely understand why they didn't get to it because I told them it wasn't a concern at the moment. I still no matter what will bring my vehicles to him if I ever need help. Thank you guys

Appalling Service and Theft at This Mechanic StoreI am compelled to share my horrific experience with this mechanic store, which has been nothing short of a nightmare. I entrusted my RV to them, hoping for timely and professional repairs. However, my RV was left untouched for a staggering three months, despite repeated promises of swift service.To make matters worse, it appears that not only was the service incredibly negligent, but there was also a shocking incident of theft. A vital drive shaft mysteriously vanished from my RV while it was in their care. The audacity of such an act is beyond comprehension, leaving me utterly dismayed and deeply violated.The lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by this mechanic store is appalling. I strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice. Such behavior is not only inexcusable but also illegal. I urge fellow consumers to be vigilant and report any similar incidents to the authorities, ensuring that these unscrupulous practices are brought to light and dealt with appropriately.In summary, my experience with this mechanic store has been a distressing ordeal, marked by incompetence, unfulfilled promises, and theft. AVOID THIS UNREPUTABLE ESTABLISHMENT!We phoned the business and spoke with an individual named Bernie, who proved to be less than trustworthy. They promised a swift resolution for our RV, which was towed from Reno's downtown area to their shop without a proper transportation license, and they demanded a $300 payment. It's been 2.5 months since then, and there has been no communication.In an attempt to understand the situation, we drove all the way from LA, enduring a 10-hour journey, only to discover that our RV was in the exact same condition as when it was towed. Upon entering the store and inquiring about our RV, an elderly gentleman (around 70-80 years old) at the counter began shouting at us. To our astonishment, he even brandished a gun, accusing of trespassing and demanding that we leave his shop. We insisted on retrieving our keys and refused to depart without them. Ultimately, he reluctantly handed over the keys, tossing them onto the street.Upon returning to our RV, we realized that the drive shaft had been stolen from underneath it, and they outright refused to return it. Additionally, they claimed to have called parking enforcement to have our RV moved from the street. We've been actively seeking reputable mechanics to address this issue. These individuals are far from professional and seem to handle tools with the demeanor of uncivilized beings. Our police report has been filed, and we are pursuing legal action against them. We strongly advise against patronizing this establishment if you value your RV or vehicle. We wouldn't even consider doing business with these individuals again.

Great service and knowledge of the staff. I recently had my RV fail due to a fuel system issue I could not fix leaving Burning Man. They know their diesel systems. They were able to fit me in and get my truck back to running within the week, despite all the other vehicles they were also working on. They have a nice text/email repair and invoice system that lets you know exactly what needs done. This shop came highly recommended by a few people I know as well as the tow truck driver. This crew is great!

This is the only shop that works on our vehicles now. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. It is nice to know that there are still businesses that have the "customers come first" attitude. They even pickup and or deliver your vehicles. I am in Winnemucca, about a 200 mile one way trip. One of our vehicles has been to multiple local shops, and was still having the same issues. They came and picked it up, got to the the real issues and fixed it. It runs like a new truck again. They even brought it back to Winnemucca for us. Could not be happier with the result. The quality of work makes the distance worthwhile. I would strongly recommend this shop to anyone in looking for vehicle services.

Nevada Auto Diagnostics is the only place in town that can smog our AWD Diesel Jeep Grand Cherokee. While they are always busy, they are still easy to get an appointment for, their service is friendly, and they are reasonably priced. If they had a better waiting room, they'd be perfect.

You try all the mechanic garages in reno first if you want but I say don t waste your time or money go to the best first go to Nevada auto diagnostics tell Bernie Martin Blalack sent you and let them take care of you, get your vehicle repaired right first time every time it needs repaired, serviced or smogged rest assured they ll take care of you and have no problem going that extra mile to ensure your completely satisfied before you leave their shop.
