Mini of Reno always goes above and beyond, we are repeat customers and would recommend Mini and Marcus to anyone looking for a great vehicle. Marcus kept us in mind and reached out with a great opportunity a month or so after we expressed interest in an another vehicle that didn t work out for us. Great service!!

Its been a GREAT place to take my 2012 mini countryman for service. Both Loyd and Andy in service are great to work with along with Raul in parts have all treated me and my car like family and being new to the Reno area they have been so helpful in many ways. I don't want any problems with my car but if and when it happens I know for a fact we're both in good hands.

What an amazing experience!Where to begin? My wife and I took a Reno/Tahoe trip to celebrate our anniversary. Along the way, our car broke down. We towed it to the Reno MINI dealership not knowing what to expect, dreading the news that we might get. The news was bad- $1,600 and 3-5 days to get the parts! We didn't want to put this much money into an older car and we had to be back in SF to work the next day. Now, we have zero leverage, and in any other case, have to deal with car dealer sharks who smell blood. Then, in comes Marcus...sharp dressed, really friendly, with an incredible attitude and real interest in making us happy, satisfied people; not customers, people. Marcus made us his mission!To my disbelief, I handed the reins over to a car salesman, whom I normally distrust immensely. We watched as Marcus made calls, haggled with finance people, and ran all over the dealership in 95 degree heat making things happen. He fought so hard to make this work for us! In the end, Marcus got us fair value for our trade-in, a good interest rate, new tires and a very fair price for the car. The car was a trade in from a lease so we had to wait a day to pick it up. Marcus came in on his day off and offered to pick us up at our hotel so he could present the car to us! When the car pulled around it had been fully detailed, had a new front windshield (it had a tiny crack) and front tinted windows! We drove off in the PERFECT Mini! We still can't believe it. We've been driving our new car (our 4th Mini) for a week and want to squeal every time we get in it! We can't wait for Marcus to visit SF and take him for a spin!A huge thank you to Marcus, Dario, who's also amazing and drove us back to our hotel, and the whole MINI of Reno staff. Easily the best car buying experience that we've ever had!Bravo!!!

I actually don t loath having to come here like other dealerships. (All young women can relate). They always take care of my little Mini. Lloyd Daniels is the bees knees and every time I need my car serviced I look forward to seeing him! He s professional and kind. Always welcomes you with a smiling face and he won t pressure you into getting any additional services. Ty Lloyd for being the best and he s given some of the best customer service I ve ever had.

I was towed in after hours on a Monday night with my 2006 Cooper S that died as I was entering Nixon, NV. I called about 9 Tuesday morning and spoke with Service Advisor Lloyd Daniels and explained what happened and explain I was heading home to WA State when the engine just died. Lloyd said he would do what he could to get me a reason for why my car died as soon as possible. Well, about 1:30 Lloyd informed me my Supercharger had seized. I told Lloyd the rebuilt Supercharger from DETROIT TUNED was just installed 1,763 miles ago and was under warranty. I had Lloyd start the removal process and I had another rebuilt supercharger delivered Wednesday by 10am. Thursday morning the Supercharger replacement was complete and i was on my way back to WA State. Lloyd keep me well informed throughout the repair process, I am so thankful to the hands on attention he provided me. I was stranded and Lloyd made sure he did whatever was within his control to get me back on the road. Lloyd even called me days after I left Reno to make sure my return trip home was without addition issues. Lloyd Daniels took care of me, knowing I was not going to be a repeat customer, that was not his focus, his focus was taking care of this customer....the one stranded out of town....the customer that needed a friend at his Mini dealer. This customer, found just that friend at Bill Pearce Motors, Mini of Reno, Mr. Lloyd Daniels.

Outstanding experience! The staff were friendly and efficient. My appointment was on-time, and took less than an hour for standard oild change. There were also complimentary drinks / snacks if you were waiting.

Incredible customer service! Lloyd went above and beyond. He was quick to answer any questions I had. All in all I was extremely satisfied and look forward to scheduling my routine maintenance at Mini of Reno.

Dont trust them. Bought a 3 year unlimited oil change but not been able to use it. I bought it in 2022. Well, I don't drive my car that often, but I have the oil changed at least once a year. we'll still have not been able to use it because my car says it doesn't need it. So I paid 200 for a service I can't use. Also, warranty work is sketchy. Never will go back. I do not trust them to do me right. Be careful. Thank you a very mad ex customer.

Holly and I were very happy with our experience buying two new Minis from Zeb Parker at Mini of Reno. I would highly recommend that everyone interested in owning a great car see Zeb for a test drive; you will be glad that you did. Thank you Zeb.

Their service department has consisntly been a dissappointment. They often either dont completely fix things or even make problems worse then try to get more money out of you to fix the new issue. They once pushed debris deep into my AC when replacing my micro filter causing my car to shake violently when the AC was on. I pointed it out right when I picked up the car they told me they wouldnt do anything unless I paid for them to disasemble the front of my car so they could get inside and clean it so I cleaned it myself without disasembling my car was not nearly as difficult as.they claimed it would be. My most recent visit I told them not to replace the micro filter cuz I planned on doing that myself to make sure they didnt screw up my AC again. They replaced it anyway and charged me for it even though I explicitly asked them not to. Thats just one of many bad experiences there. I m never getting service there again I recommend everyone else find another mechanic too.

Appointment made on line, required service was preformed within time frame that Kevin Denning had promised . Took time to explain work done and when to return for other maintenance work in the future, which l appreciated . Car was washed as well thank you!!

You will receive the worst customer experience here, if any.whole story:My wife's Mini' Battery died on her a few times. She contacted Mini to schedule an appointment but she also wanted to figure out whether the $2000.00+ warranty she has purchased will cover the batter on her certified Mini., so asks the Mini associate and she transfers her call to another line , the guy picks up the phone and as soon as my wife says I have a question about the battery, he cut her off and put her on the hold trying to transfer her back to the 1st lady and this loop goes on without any appointment.we walked in to set an appointment, one of the salesmen left a note for the service to contact us! surprise!!1 we never received a call. so, she called back and the same scenario.I called Mini and tried to help her and finally set an appointment. they changed the price quote 3 times.I asked them to order a factory battery and we will wait, and one guy was supposed to call me to confirm never happened.My wife went to pick her car up, and the guy misled her and lied about pricing. She trusted him and asked him to order the other battery if the factory one has a long lead time. he said he will call us as soon as here places the order, and gain no one called us, and they didn't order the battery.She had to jump start her car almost every day till the batter fully died on her.PS: they didn't even check the tire pressure of the car while in the dealership and ignored our request to do so.

Fantastic service! There clarity on the inner workings of your car and what needs repair is phenomenal! They even send you a video of the technician pointing out what needs repair so you can see and understand what they recommend!

My mini would not start and was taken to Mini of Reno. The battery needed to be replaced and should have been replaced under warranty but the employee said I voided the warranty by leaving the running lights on. I explained to him that I was sitting in a parking lot with the car and lights off. He said well your running lights were on and drained the battery so the warranty is voided and the report from the car shows you did this twice since owing the car. I ask him to show me how to turn on the running lights. He did and I said no, I have never turned the lights to that position. He said he will have his person look deeper into it. I have not heard back from him. I ask another mechanic that works on high end cars about it and was told that as far as he knows my car would not give a report about lights being left on or off.

Called them asking about a part I needed for my car, Guy said he would get back to me by end of day. 3 days later I called again and they referred me to the service desk, I left a message with my name and number never got back to me. I don't know what's going on down there but out of three contacts I never got a call back.

I did not buy my Mini from this Dealer. However the car is new to me. The vehicle had an extended warranty. This dealer got all the cosmetic and mechanical plus service issues covered at no cost to me as the warranty said they would. The invoice was extensive. The advisor Llyod went above and beyond. He worked with the warranty company and it was seamless. The dealership facilities are outstanding. My service writer Llyod is excellent at his position. His help and willingness to please a new mini owner was well beyond my expectations. The techs were knowledgeable and friendly parts person Mark was also very accommodating. I am excited to return and have them complete the work. This is an awesome place to do business. The employees I spoke to had all been there over 10 years, and that s rare in the car business. Kudos Bill Pearce Mini. I can t wait to come back. You all are awesome!

great service, always makes sure that everything they are going to do is explained upfront with costs, expect dealership prices but if you sign up for emails there's some good deals like the 3 years unlimited oil changes for $199. Just a cool place to hang out if you have a short wait for Mini aficionados.

I took my car there to have it repaired. I was told that they wanted to do a full engine swap instead of replacing what actually needed fixed. Their customer service is terrible. I ve left multiple voicemails to reach out to the service department and there was never any response or call back. I m very dissatisfied with this dealership and every person employed here.

very good experience. Zeb, my salesman was helpful but not pushy. here and the managers i spoke with listened and really tried to work with me. they steered me toward the car i actually wanted, not just the most expensive i could afford. i appreciated how well they listened and gelled it about the cars. the showroom is really clean and nice.

We purchased a used Mini from Mini of Reno in 2015 and had a great experience. Eric was very professional and spent time educating us on the different models and options. He was never pushy, which was nice and made the experience very pleasant.On the service side, we have been very pleased. We have taken the car in a few times for regular maintenance and always had a great experience. If you need to wait for your car they have a nice waiting area upstairs. The one time that we did have some confusion during the experience the Service Director, Jeff Leathers, personally reached out to ask about the experience and helped clear up the confusion.This place truly does care about building long term relationships with their customers and we look forward to continuing to bring the car here and will likely buy here again in the future.

Friendly and helpful service visit. The service advisor made sure all the software was up to date in my MINI. They also checked vehicle records and found that the previous owner paid for an extended maintenance package that I was able to make use of. To top it off I got a complimentary car wash.

Although I did not make my purchase at this location, I feel I owe Zeb a good review. I am really greateful for him to take his time and not being over the top pushy. I only wished they had better selections or else I would made my purchase with him for sure! He will definitely get my priority on our next car.
