I must say my overall experience here was absolutely the best experience I ve ever had in my life. It all started with just getting my fianc�s vehicle diagnosed and due to what the diagnosis was we ended up leasing a new vehicle. I first met with a sales manager (Brent) and he helped guide us to Alyssa who was just such a pleasure to speak to and deal with unlike other car dealerships sales reps she made us feel very comfortable with her positive attitude and energy the Volkswagen dealership of Reno was just all around super positive with great energy. I swear I couldn t have asked for a better experience, we concluded our sale with another sales rep (Guy) who was super knowledgeable and just a pleasant person to have around, this guy (no point intended) is the best sales rep I ve ever met in my life!! Thank you guys so much at Volkswagen Reno for everything I definitely rate this place 5 stars!!! I can t for get about Adrian, she s a driver for Volkswagen which I forgot to mention that if your car is being diagnosed they offer you a ride home and they will pick you up when your car is ready!!! Adrian was such a delight to be around she s very energetic and positive, I felt like I knew her for years that s how comfortable it was to be around her thank you Adrian for being you you re amazing! To be honest I was not a Volkswagen person but because of my experience with the people at Volkswagen, every car I purchase in the future will be from Volkswagen of Reno.

All of my car issues were addressed when I took car in for door handle recall. The service rep was excellent.It took 12 days to get the car back which I know is a parts delivery issue.The car was so dirty I had to turn on wipers. My only complaint was that your car should have at least been hosed off.

The experience started in a positive manner when I placed a call to the service department to schedule an appointment for my 2015 Jetta to do a diagnosis in the check engine light.I arrived on the day of the appointment and felt welcome upon my arrival. Amy was my service advisor. She was very professional in the preparation of the service required. I decided to have the 60,000 mile service performed while the vehicle was there.Communication was top notch. I received the details of the diagnosis and I approved the repair over the phone. The car was ready by early afternoon. I was greeted by Hannah and she was also a professional as well.I had a great experience with the service department at Lithia Volkswagen in Reno.

The service associate was great and helpful. But the service is lacking on the vehicle, no car wash, no cleaning of the windows, no quick vacuum of the inside. Not even sure if they checked tire pressure. Just disappointing. Only benefit is I have the maintenance package, if I had to pay I would have went to some place that does go out of the way for the price.

I have been very happy with the service department. They are so nice and explain the problem. Also, my car is a 2004 and Lithia's willingness to work on my old car, and find parts for it, has gone above and beyond. Thank you Craig!!!!

Hannah is awesome! Have worked with her since buying my Beetle from my neighbor. LIthia had all the records already & it was a seamless transition to me. Great customer service from all your employees.

Craig at Lithia Volkswagen was extremely helpful. He took a lot of time explaining what servcie and repair our car needed. His time with us involved a number of phone calls he was always helpful and professional. I highly reccomend Lithia Volkswagen.

Terrible service. Craig was extremely rude and inconsiderate to the needs of my family and our Volkswagen. We were stranded in Reno, NV after our brand new Volkswagen broke down in Reno while we were passing through on our way back from Phoenix, AZ for Christmas vacation. Craig could see how difficult of a situation we were in with our 3 small children, having little money, and no way home and rudely informed us Volkswagen won t touch this car. You have 24 hours to get it off the property , too which we were forced to dump another couple hundred that we didn t have into having it towed to a different shop. Luckily the next shop fixed our car within a day and got us back on the road. Definitely will never come back here. The service and treatment I received was so awful it makes me want to sell my Volkswagen just because I m ashamed of how awful this company is. Disgusting.

Craig in the service department was very accommodating in getting my car in with short notice while traveling and developing a potentially serious mechanical safety issue. He was professional and knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to help me out in a pinch.

Easy to make appointment for annual maintenance on Passat with Amy. Check in and review of the work to be done was quick & thorough. Appreciated the shuttle ride home and back. All work was done as specified at a fair price. Would recommend Lithia VW service.

Excellent service and nice staff. The problem with my 12 year old VW was accurately diagnosed and repaired. The oil change was very clean with no spills and all fluids topped off. I appreciate the courtesy vehicle to shuttle me back and forth to the dealership. Thank You Lithia VW.

Needing a second key for a 2017 Golf, I was found Lithia. The parts department was able to fulfill the need and explained in detail what was required in order to be programed to my vehicle. Service department performed the service exactly as described by parts department.Thank you Lithia for performing service as it should be, no hassle, no surprises.

I'm happy they fixed this leaking DEF pump under warranty. However I was told they would be cleaning the mess from the fluid leaking while driving home to Tahoe from Palm Springs. They forgot to. Now l've got to put it on a rack for the 3rd time and clean it. While it's in the air l also have to center and realine the exhaust tips on the muffler assembly.I'm happy it's not leaking any more, just not looking forward to cleaning it in this cold.

Staff was rude and not upfront about charges. Then said they would email me a breakdown, but never did. Whole process seemed disrespectful and shady, so I took my car somewhere else, and I will never be back. I have never had such a poor experience with a dealership.

Nice experience all around. Easily made my appointment online. The oil change/tire rotation/inspection took less than an hour. The service people were very friendly. Waiting area was clean and calm, so I was fine waiting. There was no wheel lock key in our new Tiguan. Nail in our tire. Couldn t remove the tire without it. Unable to get one since it is specific for the lug nuts on our car. Unable to drive to Reno. No dealer closer than Twin Falls (Elko residents).John, in the service department, diligently worked to solve our problem.He was kind and very helpful in every phone conversation and found a replacement lock key that would fit our lugs. He mailed it over night.Today our Tiguan tire is getting fixed.Thank you, John and VW of Reno.

Alyssa was THE BEST. I absolutely loved having her sell me my car. She honestly made the experience for me and really sold me on the car. I would 100% buy a car from her again and would recommend people looking for a car to visit her. The process was really smooth and fairly quick which was also a plus.

There was a client drop off and pick up in case u don t have a separate car or person at home to do that for u. Car felt so much better to drive after the service . Craig was very patient in telling us of what s needed to be done to the car .
