Tony is our personal concierge. He really took care of us. We had a loaner car, and spent the day out. Excellent service, my car needed an oil change and multiple recalls. We are very happy with the service at this dealership. Professional, clean, the best. They even washed my car. Cool!! As always, thank you!!

I purchased a 2024 Grand Cherokee over the internet and it was an exceptional purchasing experience. I live out of state and had a trip to Reno planned so timing was a factor for me and I needed certain equipment installed. The sales persons (Juan senior and Juan junior) worked with me to insure the vehicle and paperwork were ready when I arrived. The process was over a month s time and they kept me informed as to the progress and quickly responded to any inquiries I made. The day I flew in to Reno, I went to the dealership and drove away with my new vehicle in short order. Could not ask for a better vehicle purchasing experience.

Wasn t feeling well when I came in for a Quick Service. Upon hearing this, the service writer committed to doing his best to get me in & out as quickly as possible.A commitment that he thankfully fulfilled, having sent me in my way with the work being completed, in just shy of an hour!Although his name escapes me, his level of professionalism , his ability to provide me EXCEPTIONAL service, continues to impress me.

Did routine maintenance on my 23 Grand Cherokee altitude. They took care of me quickly, and started on my car quickly. I was out in an hour. As always, straightforward and professional They want your trust, and your business.

Really great service. Was there for a recall update to computer. They took me on time and finished in like 30 minutes or so. Very pleased with the 2 different service people that handled this

Awesome service. I was advised to call service. Do not schedule online.my online appt was 11 weeks out! I had oil change and tire rotation. Other issues may be different. I was told typical wait when u call is about 1-2 weeks. Saturdays appts out longer. Took less than an hour for both services

I was happy that Lithia could fix my nearly new Renegade with a transmission replacement in only a couple of weeks. They ended up buying the car so I didn't need to risk driving it back home! They were fine to deal with - although I have been weaned off Jeep forever...

The best part about my service the other day was my service advisor Charles Sebastian he explained everything to me perfectly showed he actually cared and was in contact with me the whole time .. I've had other experiences with other advisors and some have been not so good but it's people like him that keep customers and have them coming back will be asking for him every chance I get !!! Thanks!!

I took my jeep for an oil change and tire rotation service. Staff is very helpful, friendly and relatively quick to get the job done.Dealer is super clean and has a cool waiting area with drinks

I just happened to be in the area and I decided to go in and get an appointment for an oil change. Jared asked me if I had time right then. I said yes and was out in 40 minutes. That saved me another round trip from Dayton. Thanks Jared and service techs.
