We had a lot of maintenance that needed to be done on our Mercedes; oil change, brakes and transmission filter replacement. All done in one day. The guys are great!They even provided me with a ride after dropping it off. EXCELLENT service!Highly recommend!!!

Was charged $200 to get a quote for repairing an older c4 transmission. They quoted me 3000 dollars and never even turned a bolt to find out what needed to be done. Used to be a great transmission shop, but that will be the last time I use or recommend them to anyone.

I went in expecting to need a large repair. They inspected my car and told me that I didn't, they took care of some smaller things that they did find. I really appreciate the ethical approach to high quality work. They could have easily done the repair that I thought I needed, charged me for it, and I would have happily paid it. Instead, they were honest and as a result made a lot less money on this transaction, but they made a customer for life. Friendly, professional staff, great communication; I can't recommend Levrett Automotive highly enough!

Worked me in to schedule quickly (called Friday got helped Monday). Found the knock (loose strut) and squared it away. They also noticed my coolant was low and topped it up. I needed a ride to a from work and they got me handled for that too.Straightforward dealings, I recommend bringing your vehicles to them

My van was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I received a promotional discount card in the mail from Levrett and decided to try them out, after my local shop canceled my appointment due to labor shortage. I called Levrett and they were able to give me an appointment the same day. The staff were exceptionally friendly. The mechanic took care of my needs plus a thorough inspection of my vehicle. Everyone made me feel comfortable and kept me informed of what they were doing. I will be taking my van back to them next month for my 60k service.

Highly recommended shop for any type of work. I had to have my transmission diagnosed and send out to be rebuilt and they handled it very well and professional. Brian and Brandon went above and beyond to make sure my 96 Ford Ranger was very well taken care of. Everything is perfect and I am a very satisfied customer.

I would give 0 if I could. I took my truck in, new to me 2018 f350. It's my personal and work truck that I paid $60,000 cash for. I take excellent care of it. And at their direction, I left it in their parking lot, and I left nothing in it. Did not get broken into, but the entire length of it got keyed. They have cameras, and you can see it happen. And the owner simply said he's not responsible. So don't ever take your car here. You'll be out $10,000 once the damage gets done, and the owner won't make it right. Beyond belief that they won't even offer to help pay for it. Goes to show you the ethics of people now-a-days.

Pricing was fair and competitive.And although I did not have them fix the issue, they have my support as a customer for all my future needs for when I need work done on my vehicles. Horrible service. Took truck there many times and never fixed my 4X4. Then wanted to not honor my service and make me pay more. Stay away they will hold onto your car for weeks and run you bill up just to bring it back in a year.

Alex and Brian were were great they even helped me finance my brake system repair. They made sure I had a ride home while my vehicle was being serviced and picked me up after the service repairs were made. STAY CLEAR they will try to take advantage of you. They charged me $300 for a transmission inspection and tried to charge me $9,500 for a rebuild transmission swapTook the old fluid out which was apparently in awful condition and instead of putting new fluid in, they put the old back in.Ended up taking it to another shop who fixed the problem by clearing the code, putting in new fluid and filter, and van has been driving perfectly fine since. Don t go here unless you have endless amount of money you can throw at these guys. Pretty much all of their 5 star reviews are fake and written by Bots it s pretty easy to spot. Bummed they got me for 300 dollars but at least they didn t get me for 10 grand.Service: Transmission

Fixed a faulty fuel pump on RV. Called other shops and they took me in next day.Very happy with work and out same week. Added trans fluid change and they replaced some faulty hoses to tank also.Recommend them highly.

Skip and his crew went out of there way to make me a highly satisfied customer. You find out a lot about service when things don't go 100% to plan. My RV had more challenges to the air conditioning system than anticipated. Skip would not let me leave the shop until the system was working well. Customer service in this day and age is rare. PLACE IS A SCAM. I took my car in for an oil change and to get my tires rotated. I have a crank issue which I asked them to diagnose. They said $180 for diagnosis and to fix the problem but it might cost a little bit more. I thought this was a fair deal. After they took the car they inspected everything, which I did not need, and tried to upsell me on over $1000 worth of work. $430 alone for spark plug replacements. When I asked what the crank issue was, they said well it COULD be the spark plugs and they would "start with that". So $430 to MAYBE fix the problem? I get the cost of the plugs themselves but $300 in labor to literally unscrew six spark plugs and replace them? It takes 20 minutes if that. Overall paid $350 for an oil change. Go somewhere else.

Levrett saved my bacon when my rv decided to have super obscure transmission adjacent troubles! Very communicative, kept me posted with a great deal of detail at every major update which I appreciated, doubly so given the situation. Incredibly skilled technicians on site, and humored my avalanche of questions on how they got to their conclusions. I'd strongly reccomend them if you've got some kind of struggles with your vehicle.
