Great customer service. Didn t know I was accidentally overcharged, they reach out to me promptly and issued a refund. Had a question about my service a couple weeks later and they had me come in and took a look at it and explained why it looked the way it did. Great group of people definitely going back. Thank you

I recently went to this Les Schwab for a basic alignment. I called originally to make an appointment. I never received any confirmation for the appointment., and I wish I knew his name, but he never actually made it...So I make another appointment. I go in, and 45 min. in they call me up to the front to let me know my rack and pinion is broken and they can't help me and I need to go to a dealership.I know my rack and pinion isn't broken. I then make an appointment two days later at Big O Tires for an alignment, and they get it done no problem. They did let me know my left tie rod end was leaking, but that's an easy fix, and certainly not a broken rack and pinion which is a big and expensive fix...Needless to say, be careful. I have had issues at Les Schwab before, didn't go back for years, gave it a shot again, and I'll never go back.

I waited 4 hours for the lady at counter to great me with a rude what do want when I approached to see if my car was done.The guys working in the back on the cars glared rudly at me the hole time I was get 4 new tires.This is one of the most judgemental stores I have ever been to and I have visited around 12 different stores in the US and this location treats there customers like trash based on what they wear.

I have taken both of my cars here multiple times with lackluster service and ridiculously high prices for those services. Once, they charged me for a tire pressure sensor monitor replacement. My car did not have this feature. Next, I requested an alignment there. The workers told me they could not align my car due to their inexperience and lack of knowledge of that particular vehicle. Finally, I took my car in for a brakejob. The workers completed the brakejob, totaling a cost of almost 1000 dollars, and did not even bother to put all 5 lugnuts back on the car. Pathetic service, pathetic prices, go to another Les Schwab!

I have always had good luck with this location - until today.I damaged a sidewall about a month ago on my Volvo. I spoke with Eric and learned that that particular tire model had been discontinued meaning I would need a set of 4 new tires. They were essentially new tiresEric then was able to locate one in inventory and ordered it for me- good news.I let him know that it was not a rush as I had swapped to my winter wheels but was appreciative that he was able to locate the tire. He ordered it and called a couple of days later to let me know it was done.I let him know that I was traveling and wouldn t be able to pick it up for a bit, but he said that was not a problem.I went in today to settle up and grab the wheel. The guy at the front desk could not find my paperwork and disappeared for 10 minutes. He came back out and said he had good news, they found my unmounted wheel (apparently they had planned to throw it away). He let me know that they had to unmount the tire and sent it back.I asked him why they didn t call me as Eric and I had discussed this. He said that Eric claimed I had changed my mind.I then talked to a Sam who appears to be a manager.He gave me a different story. He said Eric said that he called me and I said I didn t need them until summer so they decided to unmount the tire and send it back.When I referenced the company slogan of doing the right thing since 1952, I got a shoulder shrug and no problem ownership. Sam just told me it was a communication problem and that it was everyone s problem.I left. I have a call into corporate as this is not how Les Schwab would have treated a customer.Now, unfortunately I may need to buy 4 new tires due to Eric misrepresenting our agreement and nobody in the garage making a call prior to unmounting and returning my tire.

Absolutely so wonderful They fixed my tire with no charge! There was apparently a bolt in it and a screw and they fixed her right up!!Thanks guys!Happy new year!!!!

I spent 5 hours in the store waiting for an estimate on brake replacement and new tires. I asked three times during that time how long the wait would be and each time the actual wait was much longer than what they said. When I finally did get the estimate the brakes were going to cost me 100 dollars more than the dealer estimate and the cheap tires 250 dollars more than the DEALER's price. All that waiting and inflated price and they couldn't even have the parts in for the replacement for another 5 days... Terrible

Wow!!!We just relocated into Reno from Florida and found a roofing nail in the center of the tire of my Porsche macan.I looked around on Google maps and was excited to find out that there was a Les Schwab nearby so I brought the car down and was prepared to drop it off to have the tire patched.Rick told me no worries it would probably only be 45 minutes to an hour to have it patched so I waited and browsed the internet.Only 30 minutes later Nick, a most excellent service technician announced that the car was ready. I said great and asked him how much I owed them and they told me it was free!I couldn't believe it, all this great service and no charge!?I'm going to need snow tires this winter and you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be back here to buy them and become a lifetime customer !!!!!Thank you to Nick, Rick and the team at Les Schwab for most excellent service

I can't recommend this place enough. I have never had anything less than an exceptional, outstanding service here at Les Schwab! Everything from routine services to emergency tire needs, they've been prompt & worked with me to get my car fixed up & ready for the road. I am very grateful for the fair pricing & professional recommendations I get every time I come. They really go out of their way to get your needs met in a timely manner. Excellent service. They changed a damaged tire on my Telsa model 3 on a Saturday afternoon when the nearby Tesla service couldn't get it done until Monday. They had the exact replacement in stock, and verified that over the phone. They got the job done about an hour after I arrived. HIghly recommended!

I came in because my tire had a leak and they fixed it for free and didn't take long at all! I didn't call ahead of time so I thought it was going to be crazy but I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I had no idea that fixing a leak would be free so I was very happy to find that out. So for anyone who didn't know, les Schwab fixes leaks for free!! Thank you so much Les Schwab!

I was very unhappy with my last experience at this particular location. First they told me my tire that had a slow leak could not be repaired because it was too worn. Then when I asked for a quote for replacement tires, they could not replace the stock tires that I had on my vehicle. They offered me tires that were well over $100 more than what my stock tires cost. Additionally they told me that my vehicle needed an alignment.I decided to get a second opinion. I went to a different tire chain. They were able to get my stock tires, they price matched the tires for me because I found them cheaper online. And when they looked at my tires they were happy to explain to me that my tires were repairable. Furthermore they told me that it was not a good use of my money at that time to have an alignment. There was no alignment wear on the tires.I feel like Les Schwab cared more about making some money off of me, then treating me like a valued customer. I am sad about this, because I have been going to this company for years. And I have always found them to be very customer friendly.

Customer service is A+. And they fixed my flat right away. The shop I bought the tires from didn't have time to fix my tire and I went there 3 times. Thank you Les Schwab for taking such good care of me. You could teach Discount Tires a thing or two.

I brought in my car due to a flat. From beginning to end, my interaction with Brandon was very courteous and professional. I didn t anticipate dropping off my car for a few hours and he offered to take my daughter and I home while the car was being worked on. He called me to let me know I needed new tires and he noticed that I had a military license plate so he offered military discount as well as doing the alignment at no cost. The overall experience was wonderful and I can t thank Brandon enough for making the process seamless! The kindness he extended to me is so rare anymore that I m just in awe. Thanks again Brandon! Highly recommend Les Schwab!

The Les Schwab team at this location is phenomenal. They were courteous, skilled, responsive, and professional. I arrived 30 minutes (with no appointment) prior to their closing on a Tuesday to mount 2 new tires, so I could get home. Thanks especially to Sky and the crew, they worked on my truck and got me on the road that evening. Thanks guys!

They replaced four tires on my 2006 Subaru Outback while beating competing offers by a couple hundred and offering a wider variety of options. Repair took from 0230 PM till 0620 PM same day scheduling and drop off and they called me to offer to stay past closing for me to come and pick up my vehicle.I greatly appreciated the gesture and out of curtesy to their staff picked up my vehicle in excellent condition the next day.I see some complaints about pricing. I can't say if they're the cheapest in the area, but they did have cheaper options.Repairing a potential near 2 ton rolling death trap is not something I personally recommend to the cheapest bid. But to each their own.And to Les Schwab S. Virginia, 5 stars.

First let me say I have always purchased tires from Les Schwab because of the service. But after my experience at the S. Virginia street store in Reno NV I am going to choose to do business with someone else. It was my second attempt at getting a tire repaired at this store and after two hours of waiting I was told that it was going to take another hour. I have had tried a couple days before and was told it would take all day. I remember when Les Schwab would run out to meet you at your car when you parked. Today the tire guy was red lining someone s manual transmission because he didn t know how to drive it needless to say I just decided to go somewhere else to have my tire repaired. After seeing that I didn t have the confidence of leaving my ca with them anyway. Les Schwab has lost a loyal customer.

This afternoon my wife's car was slow cranking over. I got it started and drove it over to Les Schwab to get it checked out. Even though they had enough customers to finish out the day, they took the car in, diagnosed the problem (for free) as a bad battery and replaced it with a standard replacement fee and we had the car back in a couple of hours. I don't think I could have done the job for less and it would have certainly taken me longer.

Amazing service from Joe. He went above and beyond to help me get my tires changed out without having to come back another day.Much better service than I'm used to from the large tire chains, definitely recommend these guys.

Excellent customer service! I was told by another tire chain that I'd have to leave my car overnight for a simple flat repair & I'd been a loyal customer for 5 or 6 years. I called Lea Schwab in my neighborhood and they said they'd get Me right in. They were friendly, professional & efficient & didn't charge Me for the repair. They overcharged me with a tire by $50. I went back to the store and asked for a partial refund. The clerk told me she was happy to help me with that. Then suddenly the manager got up from his chair, came over angrily and ordered me to accept a trade for a much cheaper tire instead to get the refund. I have never before been treated like this. I just wanted a fair price for my purchase. There was no reason for the manager to get combative about it. I will never go back to this location again.

I was told that our brakes were needing replacement from the Subaru dealership after we had the front brakes replaced. So we went back to Les Schwab were the back brakes were replaced and still under warranty and found out that the brakes were fine and the fronts were the ones causing the pulsating when braking due to not being lubricated when they were installed. I gained a lot of trust in Les Schwab today and will recommend them now
