This place is incredible. So much more than just a tire shop. They truly saved my day today. I got a awful gash in my tire and could not drive the vehicle. Les Schwab came right over and put my spare on! I then drove to their shop where they were expecting me and asked for my keys and immediately replaced the tire. They were kind and fast and seriously my saviors! Thank you Thank you!!!

Made an appointment with a very nice gentleman at the front on Monday, on Tuesday. Due to unforeseen daily obstacles, showed up a little while after it and was trying to be seen, the lady at the front told me it would take an hour and a half to get me in for a 45 minute inspection in which they don t even use tools, they just shake the front suspension and give an opinion on what s the issue (in my case clunking) no chassis ears or road test or anything else. I understand missing my appointment, but waiting 1 hour and a half, for them to shake my front end is a bit ridiculous considering how many open bays they had and only having 3 cars in the shop at the time. Wish she would have came off a little bit more pleasant and worked with me, but I will not be returning to this shop, and will make sure nobody I know does as well.

Our journey from Colorado to California hit a roadblock when we got a flat tire in Carlton, NV. It seemed impossible to find four tires in a non-standard size, but luckily we connected with Les Schwab. The kind ladies in Elko had one tire in stock and understood the urgency of our situation. They directed us to their Reno store along our route, where the amazing team went above and beyond to locate the remaining three tires we needed to continue our journey safely.We backtracked to Elko where the staff was ready to replace our urgent doughnut tire. However, they discovered a large hole in it and were able to safely patch it, eliminating the need for immediate replacement. Throughout the process, the staff kept in constant communication with me to ensure I would get the tires I needed to reach my destination, even going beyond their resources. I'm incredibly grateful for the kind staff at both locations.A huge thank you to the ladies at the Reno location for their efforts in sourcing the additional three tires, rushing the process, and keeping me informed about the timeline before closing. If you're looking for a company with amazing employees who go the extra mile to provide great customer service and ensure your safety, look no further than Les Schwab!

A few days ago at this location, I was advised by Eyan to take my car to the nearest Ford Dealership for my rear brakes. According to him, my electronic emergency braking system may need to be replaced and that's why he gave me back my car and keys. A couple days later (today), I took my car to the Sparks location without an appointment and they replaced my rear brakes on the same day. They had no issues with my electronic braking system, even explaining how easy the steps necessary to do what needed to be done were. My problem was being turned away service and recommended additional, unnecessary service. I made an appointment at least 3 days in advance for Friday at 3pm and made me feel like this guy just wanted to get to the weekend. I won't be coming back to this location again, but I still like Les Schwab.

Thanks Les Schwab! Not like these wheels weren t brand new or anything ((:Went in to get a bad tire THEY sold me replaced under warranty only for them to scratch my wheel all over, loose one of my locking bolts and the key, and not even install my hubcentric ring I told them 3x about. How awesome

I wish I could give them more than 5 starts!!!!!! Yesterday I got home from work and noticed a nail in my tire. So I went online to find the best way to fix it, and Tires Les Schwab popped up. I read a review regarding a nail in their tire and the author gave an amazing review. So I called Les Schwab up. Keep in mind this is at 5:20 p.m. they close at 6. I explained my situation and they said that they could get me in to fix it immediately so I went to the shop immediately apparently the nail was in a portion of the tire that was unfixable however tires Les Schwab did the greatest courtesy of giving me a new free replacement tire! That was also due to me being under warranty for my new tires. But the service was amazing and they got me out before 5:50 p.m. because I had to get somebody else to work by 9 pm. Their service was impeccable I am going to keep going back and use them again and again and I suggest you do too!

It seems like I m always writing five star reviews of Les Schwab Tire Centers. I guess that is because I have consistently received stellar service. Lyle, Carlos and the Les Schwab crew came through again this week when I had a blow out on Mount Rose at 4 pm. I called as my spare was being placed and they told me they d be open until 6 and that they had the tire I needed in stock. It was sleeting on Mount Rose so I couldn t speed down the hill, I didn t arrive until 5:45. They had my tire ready to go and they changed out the spare. I know that they stayed late and I m so appreciative!

Everyone here is awesome!! Helped solve a problem that thousands of dollars and several mechanics couldn't. They do alignments on larger vehicles including my 22 foot long short bus, thank you again les Schwab!!

Wow.... This crew really came through for me. I live in Susanville area, but coming from from skiing, I got a flat tire that was damaged beyond repair. I called the shop at 5pm and Daniel said if I get there before 6, they could try and help me. I pulled up at 5:50PM and they took me in. 2 employees waited to clock out just in case, but they were able to leave. Then Daniel, Dominic, and Westly stayed behind to get me back on the road and back home. They were very calming and reassuring when my anxiety over it all got the better of me. I had to pick up my dog from daycare by 7pm and was very nervous about getting to her. They had new tires on my Subaru and I was out the door within 1 hour and I was able to get my dog from daycare before the 7pm cut off time.. I can't express enough how amazing this crew was. 10/10 would recommend this Les Schwab! Thank you all so very much!

Awesome service!! Upon my arrival without an appointment, Dylan immediately greeted me and asked about my concerns. Immediately inspected my tires and pointed out the issue of the tires.I am so grateful for the great service! I ll definitely come back to get my tires at les Schwab, even they re a bit more expensive but I love the great service!

I took my RV to Les Schwab because another shop had made a note that my rear tire stem was broken. Dominic looked at the stem and realized the stem wasn't broken. It just had a nick in it from like a rock or something. Dominic put a gator cap on the stem. Made sure that it was working and holding air then proceeded to put Gator caps on other tire stems that were missing caps. He made sure that all my tires were perfectly full and returned my RV to me at no charge!!!!!!!!! Dominic provided incredible customer service and I would definitely recommend Les Schwab!!!!

Have been buying my tires through Les Schwab since I was 17. I moved to Reno from CA, and still experienced the same outstanding customer service at this location. They fixed my flat, got me in and out quick and were very genuine. I will be purchasing all of my tires for both my vehicles here and only here. Real customer service is rare nowadays, and that is what I appreciate about this company so much. Thank you again and wish you all the best.

I stopped here in July on a road trip from Colorado to California because my car was vibrating like crazy on the freeway. I asked them to balance my tires and they told me it would take about an hour so I went to get some lunch. They called me and said it was done before I had finished eating. The car drove perfectly smooth after that. In addition, they checked my brakes and suspension and left notes on the condition of everything on the receipt even though I hadn't asked for it. In short, it was a job done proficiently, thoroughly, and quickly: exactly what I've come to expect from Les Schwab. Well done!

I came into this location to buy tires for my 2008 ford f350.they sold me the wrong tire and to compensate for the correct tire pressure they filled the tire with 20 lbs. more than recommended so the dash warning light would not go on, VERY DISHONEST . i went to the les schwab on s virginia and they gave me full credit for the wrong tires and installed the correct ones. STAY AWAY from the store on kietzke go to s virginia in reno. Jesse the manager at virginia was involved.

When I m to get a trailer tire repaired, get a new valve stem (old one damaged and can t put air through it) and get a lag bolt out of the tire. Even parked the trailer where they could get to it easily. They called and told me that it was ready to go a couple hours later, my guy picked it up and brought it to the shop. The next day the tire still has the lag bolt in it and valve is still damaged?!? Now it s sitting on a job site with a flat tire. They lied about doing the work

Came in for an alignment that was gonna cost at least a 100 bucks, they called me back and said that the weird tire wear was due to uneven tire pressure. Picked up car and it was free! They could have totally screwed me but chose the honest route! I will forever appreciate that and will always recommend them!

Clean and comfortable store. The staff are just the right amount of nice, friendly and professional without being too pushy on the sales. I walked in on a pretty busy evening and managed to get out with a free tire repair (on tires they knew we're not from Les Schwab) in just under an hour. Refreshment stations include coffee, tea, water and popcorn.

Came here to get a couple tires replaced when I had a flat. They didn't have the right size unfortunately, so instead found the leak and fixed it. All for free to win my future business.Class act Les Schwab - thank you!!

Les Schwab fixed my slow leak tire for free, which I was not expecting. The staff person said they just want to earn my business in the future. While I waited, I priced tires. I most always wait for a sale but from what I saw I would say they are reasonably priced.So between the staff, prices, very clean shop, and thank you for fixing my tire for free, yes you have my repeat business.

I called this morning because I had a flat tire over the weekend. Rob told me to bring my car in around 9 am and that it would take about an hour....Well in 40 minutes I was on my way. They had fixed my tire at no charge. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.
