Super-impressed - Every person I spoke with from JSL Auto Glass was very professional, helpful and friendly! It s apparent that JSL s owners pride themselves on the competence and professionalism of their employees. In my experience. It's very rare that a company doing a service like JSL DOES, where I feel compelled to immediately thank them with a 5 star review. This company is just GREAT! . 100% PERFECTION! In less than 24 hrs after contacting them. I hadMy 2018 Hyundai rear passenger window replacement done at home, for a fair $310. Less than my deductible. Super friendly "Tia* set up my appointment and the next morning, less than a day later. Technician Tino showed up and replaced my window with care and professionalism. Exactly on time and to perfection. He even cleaned up all the broken glass! Thank you Tino! Also, Thank you JSL! WELL DONE!

The technicians were very professional, on time and courageous. They did an excellent job of replacing the destroyed windshield of my pickup truck and cleaning up the shattered glass covering the dashboard,seats and floor. The work was done quote rapidly and completely to my satisfaction.

This company was recommended by my insurance company. They did an absolutely great job! They were a pleasure to work with from the office staff taking information, setting up the appointment, and the installer Angel. He left the car sparkling clean. The best part is that they are mobil installers so they came to my work!! I didn't have to go to a shop and sit and wait. They are AWESOME!Service: Auto side window replacement

Installer was on time, and they did a good job. The problem was their office HQ could not provide me with an invoice showing details of why they charged over my deductible by $267. They hand wrote on the invoice that shows a balance of $500 (my deductible) adding $267 due to use of OEM Glass. They said their system is not able to print an accurate Invoice!!! Not disputing the total just disputing the fact if its legal for them to do it why cant they give me an real invoice showing this detail!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Very impressive they met us at the gsr casino in Reno . They were done in 20 minutes replacing a windshield on a lifted truck very happy with the results will be using these guys again !Ps: I was scheduled out a week our flight was cancelled so I called again and tried to get it earlier they booked me for the next day .

Wow these guys were amazing, i called in the morning and quoted me a price which i found to be an awsome and very affordable for my Audi. They have a mobile service which was so helpful.These 2 guys showed up and wasted no time they got to work on my brand new windshield, they were quick and efficient , i was confident they knew what they were doing. They were in and out in less than an hour. I truly recommend JSL Auto Glass they turned a horrible experience to a great ENDING. THX Guys.

When getting the car ready for the install they used a rubber mallet to hammer off the fasteners on the windshield wipers instead of using a windshield wiper puller tool like every other windshield installer. Then they ordered the wrong windshield and said they got the wrong part number from the dealership. The technician noticed that it was wrong after he had already taken out the cracked windshield leaving the car unsaleable until a new one is installed. He said that he would be back in 30 minutes with the right one but when he came back, he came with a lesser value windshield without consulting me. I noticed that it was wrong windshield and told them I would not accept that piece of glass because I paid for a higher quality glass. The following day when the right windshield is supposed to be installed they called the morning of the install to inform me that they had order the wrong windshield once again.

this place is the bomb. the phone support is informational, practical and efficient. the technicians arrive on time, are cheerful and professional to a tee. the price is amazing. this company gives us all a reason to support and patronize small businesses. the back bone of our economy.

State Farm connected me to JSL Auto Glass after my car was broken into. JSL handled me and what happened so well that it made the break-in affect me less. They were fast and professional. The man they sent to me in San Diego was AWESOME and everything turned out ok. Thank you so much for taking care of me quickly and with care
