Quick smog, no wait. They honored a coupon from another location and for $10 extra renewed my registration for me on the spot. Also no troubles dealing with my electric hybrid like at other places I've gone in Reno. They knew exactly what to do . Great experience!

Excellent service, the guys were nice and respectful. I didn't wait very long. They honored my coupon and advice me on what to expect as a new state registration vehicle. I loved coming to this location. Recommended coming in early morning.

Normally I change my own oil, but I haven't had time recently and I have a trip this weekend, so I decided to go to the nearest jiffy lube. I was treated well, got very fast service, and had no hassles. Thanks jiffy lube!

These guys did a great job! Explained everything very well. When it was time for me to pay, I realized I had just left my wallet at Costco, Spencer assisted me by calling them and locating my wallet and trusted me to go And get it. I returned, he had kept the doors open for me at closing time so that I could pay. He turned a very stressful situation Into a pleasant one.

Warning do not let them touch your vehicle, had my truck in for a oil change and told them I wanted to best, never got a receipt after and then I had to take my truck to a mechanic,had to get a tow, after 1500.00 engine light was off for a couple weeks, then came back on same codes, they tried a different fix but back in the shop 2 hours later, I told my mechanic that I got a oil change from jiffy, they told me next steps would be having my truck on a machine as if I had 200k plus on the engine which I only had 98k,so after the 3000.00 I put out I told my mechanic to just change the oil because I was sure that they messed it up, like bad oil or wrong oil for my truck and guess what, my truck has no more problems after my mechanic did a new oil change... so my next step is getting this law suit rolling!

The worst customer I have ever received at a jiffy lube and I will never go back! When I checked in I asked for an oil change, tire rotation & for them to check my brakes.Joseph V. helped me with the check out process and it was the work experience ever. He said it was going to be 212.27 for the oil change and I decided to do new filters. I then asked if that was for the oil change, rotation and brakes. He said no, they were unable to do the rotation because I have a nail in my tire and they couldn t help me with that. (understandably) He then said no one checked the brakes, I said that was the whole reason I was there, he was being cocky w/ his responds and said he would be back he was going to check them. Came back and said the back are 3 and front are 5. I have no clue what that means, he then said if I wanted new brakes and I said yes and quoted me around 1,300. His attitude was disgusting, I felt like because I m a girl he treated me like I was stupid and so I just left.** I then went somewhere else to get my tires rotated since Joseph said there was a nails in my front tires. Guess what, the other place told me I had no nail. Made me waste time, and money.I went back to ask for an itemized receipt at jiffy lube. Joseph helped me again and he remember me. I confronted him about the nail and he said 3 other people saw it, I asked him if he could show me where he saw the nail and he walked out w/ me and guess what, he also found no nail. He said I must have gone somewhere else to fix and he just walked away.Ulysses stayed behind and asked me if I was okay, listened to what I had to say and I felt appreciated and valued as a customer.

Spencer was very helpful, he showed me fluids that were in my car for me to actually get eyes on and really helped me trust what was going on when the employees were working on my car as I waited. Was really thorough and fast. Would highly recommend!

The crew at this location always go above and beyond our expectations! They are so welcoming and genuinely caring. I came in for a ride-share inspection for two of my vehicles and they helped me out so efficiently.They informed me about a couple of things that needed attention and let me know how long I can go before I needed to take care of it. I didn t feel pressed and instead it felt like a genuine observation that they wanted to let me know about for my safety. They gave me details when I asked and let me decide when I was comfortable. Specifically I want to thank Spencer, Yogi, Kyle and Jose for their support. Thank you!

Came here for oil change and tire rotation while passing through on a cross country road trip. Service was excellent, quick, and efficient (especially so considering only 2 people working that day). They go over everything with you including vehicle manufacturer recommendations. Overall would recommend if you are in need of regular maintenance.

This by far was the best experience I've had with Jiffy lube. All have been good but this one in particular and this crew in my opinion are your star players. They were very thorough and helpful. The crew was very professional but personable too. Explained everything really well, offered other services and actually addressed a couple concerns I had. But they were also friendly and had great sense of humors. Odd to say but I really enjoyed the time I was there getting my vehicle serviced. Really hoping that crew stays at that location and I will definitely continue to be a return customer.Services: Tires, Oil change

I live in Kings Beach I went there for an oil change and two days later there was no oil left in my car . After I popped up the hood I realized they didn t even put air filter back properly in my car!!!!!!!

Use this one over keystone location! The techs at keystone quoted me $500 over what the techs here quoted for back brakes to be replaced. Very professional and friendly. After my experience at keystone I was ready to give up jiffy lube after being a long time customer but the guys here saved me as a customer for sure. They went above and beyond. Will be back to see them. Thank you Joe and Kyle!

The final price was not disclosed to me beforehand. I have used prepaid oil change 2 pack, and the representative informed me that they would simply deduct that amount from final price .
