These guys are awesome. Always do a great job. super professional and are quick and knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is that they are honest. brought my car in to have the breaks worked on. Only to find out my breaks are still good, they even went over the inspection with me and showed me my breaks and rotors were still in good condition. I will definitely be continuing to do business with them and look forward to it.

Update: In response to the owner's reply below - do not trust them, they are complete scam artists. Despite having documentation they refused to pay for the damage incurred by their poor work, stating that "they did the work correctly." If you had done the work correctly my caliper bolts would not have sheared off.Do not trust these people with your vehicle under any circumstances. I paid over $1,000 to have all of my brakes replaced before a long drive back home because of a family member's passing. Turns out that they didn't install the brakes correctly, because the caliper bolts came loose, damaging my car and making it undrivable. This happened on a windy mountain road and easily could have resulted in a fatal crash. Fortunately I made it into a gravel pullout, but was stuck without cell reception. This required an entire day of hitchhiking back to town to call a tow truck, wait for the tow truck, get towed to the nearest auto shop (over 1 hour away), etc. I found a competent mechanic who evaluated the damage to my caliper and brake line. I lost two days of work in addition to over $500 to repair the damage caused by Jiffy Lube waiting for parts to come in to repair my truck. I am currently trying to recover the money from Jiffy Lube that I had to spend on the additional repairs and they are giving me the run-around. These people are absolutely negligent and have no business taking anyone's money for this quality of work - if I pulled this type of thing at my own job, there's no question I would be fired. I'm going to small claims court to recover my costs if they continue to put this off. I don't go out of my way to write negative reviews unless a place is truly, remarkably bad. This easily could have ended in a serious crash because of their incompetency.

Tony, Isiah, and their supervisor were incredibly quick, very thorough. Really friendly staff. Cara got me settled up with such a wonderful smile. Whole experience was really positive. Really clean waiting room and done before I could finish the coffee.

I ve been going to this location the last five years. Cara and her crew are consistently attentive to all issues from fluids to filters. The price has gone up, like anywhere else, but I still trust this team with my vehicle over anywhere else.

The new GM here was absolutely amazing. He had excellent customer service skills and really went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle. He was so patient and kind to me even though my warranty company was so difficult to deal with. He spent hours working with them to make sure me and my car were taken care of properly, all while managing a store and interacting with employees and customers with a welcoming smile. I live in Carson City, and I would drive specifically to this Jiffy Lube just for their GM and his team. Not only was he wonderful, but everyone who was there was helpful and friendly. I haven t had the best luck with my previous Jiffy Lube experiences, but I m thankful I came here to have my car looked at, and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much for all your help!

It was an okay experience. They were friendly and professional. Despite making appointments for what I wanted, they didn't ask my name and didn't seem to know what I wanted or why I was there. Their website set up a three hour window for brake fluid and front/rear brake pad service. Website stated "No Waiting," so I planned to be picked up by someone else. Ended up waiting an hour in the lobby and not leaving until my car was done.They determined my pads didn't need servicing and didn't oversell me which was great. I felt like if they knew what I wanted I wouldn't have stayed as long. They took the wheels off to check pads, then put them back on. Told them I wanted the brake fluid done so they had to do it again. Could have all been done in one go if they had looked at their scheduled appointments.

Everyone was curtious and knowledgeable of services. I had an oil change, power steering fluid change and brake fluid change.They also discovered a huge squirrel by my oil filter and disposed of that. I'm pretty sure I made their day!

I've been here a couple of times to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. They do a really great job and are really fast! I've never had a problem with their service and they are super quick and friendly. Recently, I had changed my own oil but was not able to get my oil filter off. I took my car to them and they were able to get it off no problem! They even gave me some useful tips in the future. For the cars where I can't change the oil at home or for services I can't do myself, I will always be going to this Jiffy Lube.

Updated Review:Despite initial frustrations with the timing and pricing discrepancies, I must commend Jayden and his fellow mechanic who greeted me for their exceptional job handling my vehicle. They were efficient, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of.However, I still believe it would greatly benefit Jiffy Lube to update their hours, as the discrepancy between the advertised opening time and actual staff availability was inconvenient.Overall, while the experience had its ups and downs, the excellent service provided by Jayden and his team redeemed the situation.

Jaydan and Ceasar were and are complete professionals. Ceasars is fun and and friendly! They did my (f) brakes and rotors. I will go back and tell others to take their business to Cesar/Jaydan @ Jiffy Lube on thr corner of Keystone/W 7th! Thanks again fellas!

The team was great. They were busy but still managed to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Always go above and beyond with the washing of the windows and doing a complete inspection. Good to know if your air filter is almost ready for a change and how much life your brakes have left.

It seems like I paid a lot of money when I was planning on only getting an oil change but I just got the truck so I didn't know how long it had been since the other services had been done. At least I can feel confident now. The staff were very nice and it didn't take very long for everything to be done.

Don t go there they rip you off. They will try to hook you up with things you don t even need.there is a white boy with beard, he joined couple months ago, extremely rude and unprofessional guest service.. he tried to sell a battery 40% higher price. (these people just wants to make money off of you by scamming you)

Great service and very friendly. We use this Jiffy Lune for most of our fleet oil changes. We have 50 vehicles and they always get us in and out quickly.

Jiffy on 7th and Keystone had always been my go to for oil changes and then some. Never any fluff and they always recommend what s best for my Wrangler. I appreciate you guys!

Just went yesterday (Feb 2024) and these guys are awesome. Must have been 3 cars ahead of me and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Good work, fast service .

I went today for a smog check and Caesar took excellent care of me. He started right in so I asked him about the price. He said $30. I asked if he could cut me a deal and he said he had an extra coupon he could use. The total price was $19.And he did it through his lunch, too.What a great guy!

When I got in the car after the services were performed there were warnings to service my traction control. When I pointed that out to the technicians they denied it could possibly have been their fault. When I took it to another mechanic they discovered a sensor wire had been disconnected during the inspection of the air filter. I am currently disputing the difference of what Jiffy Lube charged and what the other mechanic charged. I should have disputed the whole thing for the extra time, trouble and emotional distress it caused me. I will not go back to Jiffy Lube.

Not one employee cares about anything you have to say but up charging u for whatever possible. I waited over 50 minutes just asking if I could borrow jumper gambles cu my battery died acrosss the st at raleys. Several employees said yea let us just get through these customers and we ll see what we can do I did r ask for help I offered to tip and give my license to borrow cables for 10 mins. They need to cutt their hair couldn t even tell what gender he was. Also these reviews are 100% fake. Worst business in all of Reno, it s getting reposted by 7 family and friends w same experience eve m.

Fast, friendly service pretty much always. The fact that they offer to vacuum your car and clean your windows is magnificent and keeps me coming back!
