I called around to a lot of shops in the area and none were able to work with my situation. I stopped by JCM, told them my situation and they got me back on the road instantly. Really appreciate them they don t understand how much they helped me

Good prices and fast service. They do lifesafe interlocks if you need your's reset for lockouts. Crowded parking lot.

Caeser misdiagnosed the problem with my car for $80. Charged me $300 to change my starter and my starter didn't need changing. Caeser had my car for a week without working on it. When I came in he said it was the transmission. But i went for a second opinion to a different mechanic and it wasnt the transmission. It was a loose wire. Very unprofessional. Make sure you get receipts for new parts and work done. Make him show proof. Caeser shook my hand and said he would fix my car and he didnt.

Tire was low and all the tire shops close before 5. I went to Google maps to see what places were open and the only shop that closed at 6 was this one. They were useful and hope to get my tires here once I need to replace all 4.

The worst experience in my life. I wanted to change rack and pinion, and they charged me 1400$ for it. They changed it but they broke the steering angle sensor and 4x4 sensor on my vehicle. They didn't want to fix it, and I have to pay 900$ and fix it on my own because they broke it. I wouldn t recommend this place at all. If you want to keep your car in good shape, stay away from this guys. They just broke my car and charged me for it.

We just purchased two "new" tires from this shop. They had us pull up to the garage and we went inside and sat around waiting for someone to talk to us. They started installing the "new" tires without informing us or showing them to us first, but this place had really good reviews of trustworthiness and professionalism so we decided to trust that they were in fact installing new tires. WRONG decision. We checked the tires after they were installed and to our dismay one was manufactured in 2015 and 2016. These tires are 4 and 5 years old. For those who are unaware, tires actually have a shelf life. Even if they have 0 miles on them, tires can go bad just like food can. When we brought up our concern to the woman at the desk, she told us she had absolutely never heard of this and that we were wrong. So either this shop does not know enough about tires to know they sold us old and potentially already expired tires, or they pulled one over on us and intentionally sold us old but unused tires as "new" tires. Regardless, lesson learned the hard way: ALWAYS insist on checking the manufacturer's number on the tires before paying and before installation--even if a shop has amazing reviews. We got screwed. Don't make our mistake.One added star because they did go out of their way to pick them up for us today and get it done fast, but we left feeling misled and tricked regarding our purchase.

Found these guys by accident, I was actually looking for a tire shop that use to be there. These guys are down as f$*#! Lewis may brag about his skills but he has every right. First off there price for labor is around the cheapest I've found. When I was struggling and had to have my car as I drive professionally they hooked me up and worked with me on helping me get my car fixed. I was ready to dump the money into having my engine replaced but these guys are very honest and do everything to keep your cost more than fair. Instead of multi thousand to fix my car cost me just a few hundred. Not only that, it was done same day and went the distance polished my headlights back to new and clean my disgusting engine up. Looks like and drives like a brand new car. When I was told I couldn't get my alignment done because of other issues from EVERY OTHER PLACE and I was blowing tires left and right. Lewis once again told me and I quote " I got this im the best" . Sure as sh$%, the man did it in an hour alignment all green certified paper work and 6 month warranty on alignment. When no one else would touch my car cuz it's a Volvo these guys came through everytime! Hands down some of the best dudes I've met in a while and always nice yet professional. Thanks to everyone down at JCM who keeps me on the road.

I wouldn t recommend this place at all . I went to get shocks and struts done . Called me 30 minutes befor closing and told me to come pick up my car when I picked up my car whole bunch of different lights on they broke a sensor on my car didn t even apologize didn t even offer a refund but I will be taking further action

JCM has the best customer service, they always try to help in the best way, they give good prices on both new and used tires, and the prices are reasonable!!!
