Not impressed with this business or the owner. The response time is very long and quite frustrating. Once I was able to get ahold and actually schedule an appointment, there was not communication or response on additional information such as where to drop my car off and what time, so I was unable to make my appointment. Further inquiries of rescheduling my appointment were met with no response.Got work done with this business and am reluctant to recommend this place. Response time is quite long and frustrating, no matter how many times you text or call. Got work done and am already having peeling of the bra within a few months. Taking to another business to fix Toms work. If I have to write review you know i am not happy. What a joke I expect 18 year olds with this customer service.Service: Body & Trim

We had an Paint Protection Film done with Invisible Bra of Reno. Tom did an amazing job that far surpassed any other applier ever! The lines were literally invisible, and above all he was extremely knowledgeable and nice. I was able to drop off the vehicle within 24 hours and the PPF was done within a day and a half, and he kept me updated every step of the way. Is a mobile unit. Did not wash the truck before install. The super duty on the hood was cut around now that I have to replace the clear bra. There are cut marks and pitting on the lettering. Only the face of the headlights were done, so now there is fading on the top of the head light. The bumper was cut short all the way around and now I have pitting on the edges. Now that the clear bra is going to be replaced by a professional the whole front half of the truck needs to be repainted. All this in a gloss black truck.
