This company is AWESOME! True to their name. They are very busy (I'm not surprised) but they graciously took my car in.They replaced the transmission fluid, starter & brakes, communicated well with me through the process and had my car back to me by the end of the day at a reasonable price!Thank you, Tim, Brian, Jose and the rest of the team for all you did for me. Made appointment to look at some basics for our new car (1969 Dodge Dart). Dropped it off with a much longer list than originally communicated. Brian took care of everything on the list including tune-up, changed fluids, added electric fan controller, adjusted carb to pass smog. When we came to pick it up, Tim & Brian spent the time and went through everything with us and referred us for some work they don t do. Excellent work & customer service. We ll definitely be returning & referring.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

I just had my clutch replaced at Integrity Automotive. The Owner Tim was so nice and was upfront with me on price and time needed for the repair. My truck was ready in the time Tim said it would be done, and for the price he quoted me. I appreciated the information that other repairs will be needed at a later date and was not pressured at all to do them right now. I will be back! The customer service and interaction was the best I've experienced at an auto repair shop!! Thank you for your honest prices and great service!!!

No one else has more knowledge and experience than the technicians at integrity auto. Great work and great people. Honest and fair prices as well. I don't trust any other shop to work on my automobiles. Just had my el camino worked on and I couldn't be more pleased!

These guys are the best ever. Tim is the nicest fellow to talk to. They did a marvelous job on fixing our dodge neon s clutch. It s shifting superbly. Thank you all very very much. Excellent work.

These guys are always top-notch. The pricing is fair and the service is first class. They have even cleaned up after another mechanic did a brake job but left a big mess that I was unaware of while I brought it in for a different job. To use these guys you have to plan ahead because they are extremely selective on which mechanics they use but if they can take your project on in the time that you need this is the best place in town by far.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

The best and kindest service in town!! The owner, Tim, is an honest and hard working man. He won t give you the run around like a lot of other mechanics. Truly the essence of what Reno small business is all about even as Reno grows. Can t recommend him and his crew at Integrity Automotive enough!

Was referred to Integrity Automotive for their Professional Friendly Honesty and Excellent Service they provide in the Automotive Repair business! On vacay trip had an overheating problem 30 miles from Reno! What are we going to do! Lol Husband called his employer and what an awesome referral was given on Integrity Automotive. Talked to Tim Dickey and what a wonderful surprise! Took car in am next day we called! Such a great experience with total stranger! Integrity Automotive totally really cares about their new and old customers! Such a great experience with such a professional excellent friendly Service Team who loves their job and enjoys what they do!!! Thank You Integrity Automotive for making our vacay stress free!!! We will definitely recommend your Company to friends in need of excellent auto service in your area!! Hands down best mechanics I have ever been to.Just got a 72 Chevelle in June.First classic car.Using as daily driver like moronBut without them do not think it would of been so great !First visit.They evaluated the car since I am a ok with cars. But not a certified mechanic.Walked thru and helped me solve a problem for $0. Then spent 45 mins helping me evaluate my new car. Was beyond impressed with my first impression of the staff and owner.Second visit to third visitsChanged the brakes. Cylinders. And bearings by myself. Did a bunch of other stuff too. Had them double check my work. Did just that and spotted some issues and solved them for reasonable price.Fourth visit to many more383 Stroker Engine swap.Starter was cracked and the block was also cracked where it attached.After all the above pulled the trigger on just putting in a new engine.This was beyond involved and theyGlorious!Each step of this.They have worked with me on all the kept the price reasonable and made my dream of having a chevelle as a daily driver possible !Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Oil change

Tim and Chris worked on my 1971 Datsun pickup. It had been in storage for over 10 years and was non-operational when it was taken to the shop. It is now running better than it has in years. Work done included brake master cylinder replacement, clutch system bleeding, carburetor rebuild and tuning, fuel system issues, gas tank boil out and repair and some engine fine tuning. I can't say enough about the work done. They earn their name, Integrity, with every job they perform. A lot of other shops have worked on this truck over the past 50 years and some have done some exceptionally sub-standard work. Not so with Integrity. They have my truck running like a champ. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants superior mechanical work done by incredibly nice people who are honest and competent and their work is guaranteed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Tim and the crew at Integrity are great. I had bottomed my Infiniti out on a gravel road and it was making all kinds of weird noises, I assumed the worst, that I had damaged the front end, but they took a look and figured out that there were some broken clips that were causing the plastic to rattle. Small charge and I was on my way. Some of the noises returned a few weeks later, so Tim had be bring it back in, and the guys were able to locate a few offending gravel rocks that had become lodged in a number of difficult to access locations. They had the car back to me later that day, and much to my surprise, no charge!This is a quality shop run by honest people and they truly strive to live up to their name. I am an out of state car buyer who needed a pre inspection on a classic car. I am so lucky to have had Tim and Chris perform the inspection. They were very very thorough. They went over and above to document and photograph all aspects of the inspection. Very easy to work with and probably saved me thousands of dollars . I recommend them highly.Jay Gingrich

I left a great mechanic back in California. My brother. I knew my 72 El Camino would need service someday here in Nevada. Luckily I found Tim at Integrity Automotive. I was thinking I might need to sell my Classic Chevy. Now that I found a honest and capable mechanic I can keep my SS.

I took my 1940 chop top Ford in for airbag work and a few other things and Chris delivered, he went above and beyond my expectations in quality, affordability and professionalism. Integrity Automotive takes great pride in their work and it shows, I trust them and I will absolutely refer as many people as I can. 5 Star.

Like most people, I'm a little gun-shy when it comes to trusting mechanics. I feel like I now have someone that I can trust with my vehicles. The owner, Tim, does a great job of communicating what the issues are and his charges are very fair. The repair quality seems to be very good as well. I live quite a distance away from his shop, but I'm willing to travel to him because I feel comfortable with his work, experience and quality.

Tim and Chris are my go to guys for all my car needs. I had a service price quoted on my daughter s suburu from the dealer and then went to Integrity Automotive for comparison. Tim quoted me a price that was 1/3 of the dealership. These guys are honest and helpful and stand behind their work. I would recommend this shop to anybody who wants fair pricing, trustworthy and fast turn around. .

Just stopped by to talk to the owners Chris and Tim. Good guys. I have had work done there in the past. More than satisfied. I have a British car and even though they mostly do American cars, they have a good concept of the British ones as well.

I have editing my review because things drastically changed over at Integrity. Tim is rarely there now and has turned over the management of the shop & work to others there. Those other guys don't seem to care to work on your vehicle unless you want to dump a ton of money into it - and their attitude shows it. We won't go there any more due to their attitude.Below is my original review (when Tim was overseeing the shop) from roughly 2 years ago - its sad that we no longer feel that way about this place.I cannot praise Tim (the Owner) over at Integrity Automotive enough. It's difficult (if not near-impossible) finding a mechanic that has fair pricing, decent turn-times and backs all of their work (with a good attitude). This is a mechanic to tell your friends and family about - I already have.We've taken him a 65 Mustang, 32 Hupmobile and 93 Suburban - on every occasion the bill was right on target (or even less), the work done exceptionally fast (replaced a tranny in less than 48 hours) and the work is COMPLETELY backed. If you have questions the mechanic that work on your ride is readily available to talk to you, which is unheard of at some places (try talking to your Dealership mechanic - it's simply not allowed).

Tim and Chris make sure I have NO car related issues... EVER. They keep my old Mercedes very happy... They service my Motorhome. They have kept two classic cars cruisin' for Hot August Nights. The work is always done timely and right the first time . INTEGRITY is more than the name of the business.... It is the mission.

I have been using Integrity Automotive for all of my Camry's regular maintanence and anything that needs to be done really. I could not be more pleased with the amount of care and consideration that Tim puts into his work. He's upfront with pricing and is very affordable. Tim takes the time to explain what he does to your vehicle and makes sure the car is clean upon pick up. Having the care and professionalizm is very comforting because I know without a doubt he will fix it right or it doesn't leave.I can personally attest to his abilities and refer him to everyone! Thank you Tim!!! Keep up the GREAT work!!

My family has just suffered a huge loss in the death of my husband, my kids' dad. When it rains it pours and I started to have car trouble, I took the vehicle to Integrity Automotive. Tim and Chris are so kind; they fixed my car quickly and did a great job. They gave me a GREAT deal, which I could not beat. They have made a customer for life in the Liles' family! Thank you, Tim and Chris, you've shown the kindness of man. I will be telling everyone who will listen, that you are the best place in town!

Tim and Chris have serviced all of our vehicles- from a 2005 Ford pickup to our 2014 Subaru XV, our daughter s KIA Sportage and my BMW. No matter which car, the level of detail and precision is exceptional. When the transmission failed on our Ford, Chris and Tim restored the car to perfect performance. When the Subaru sprung an oil leak, they detected the faulty part and had the car back to us quickly. Most recently, when considering a used car purchase, Tim offered a free, pre-purchase eval. This Father-son team is incredible and it s so nice to have honest mechanics looking out for the safety of our cars and family!
