I pulled up at 5:10pm needing the smog to be done, gentlemen comes outside tells me they are closing and can't do my car. I see the lady and ask her can you please take care of me and she's like my boss said no. Then he comes out and says to me, you like to go home early I said its 5:15 and takes you 5 mins to smog. Super rude I usually come to this place for my service, which you just lost my business.

My 8 year old were told we couldn't go in the office, so we stood outside in the rain while the guy did his thing. I said, "You want us to stand out in the rain?". He said, "It's the morning, isn't it?". It's not the best customer service, to say the least.

You literally drive up, smog your vehicle, pay money, and leave. I've never spent more than 10 minutes there and the techs are helpful and friendly. You can even register your vehicle through their system. I'm not sure what more you can ask for in terms of convenience and service really.

The smog for my jeep was only $30 and the entire process took 5 minutes. They entered the wrong zip code on my smog slip but assure me it will be no issue with the DMV.

Major attitude issue with the attendant - mine was the only vehicle there and he appeared completely annoyed that he had to walk out of this office to do his job. Will never go back. There are too many other Instant Smog places that actually appreciate your business.Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

Business hours show they are open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. I arrived at 5:25 pm. The guy said they're were closed. But the door says 5:30. The guy said nope, closed. Granted showing up at a business 5 minutes before they close is not awesome of me, but I got there as quickly as I could after work. And it literally takes 3 minutes for them to run a smog. It's not like I showed up at a restaurant 5 minutes before they closed. Further, the guy also said that he opens at 8:30 a.m., but his door and Google shows 7:30. So which is it?!? It actually doesn't really matter, I won't be going there again.

I came in today, I was greeted by justin who was very friendly and professional. there were a few cars ahead of me but I was still out within 10 minutes, they also took care of the registration for me.

The gentleman that assisted me was extremely helpful and fast. Usually I am able to pay for my registration there and there was a problem with my registration and he had all the info on what to do next.

The kid that waited on me was smoking when I pulled up and soon as I got back in my car he was smoking again. He didn t inform me if my vehicle even passed. He acted like I was bothering him and didn t even say two words to me. Very unprofessional I ll never go there again for a smog and There are too many people looking for work I just want people to know what kind of treatment they ll get by going to instant smog in Lemmon Valley.Services: Smog certification, Emissions testing, Registration renewal

Extremely overpriced. $ 30.00 for and smog test and they couldn't even hook up to the DMV to complete my registration. They said that the DMV did not recognize our insurance. Came home went on line and immediately renewed my registration. My insurance information was there and acknowledged immediately.THIS PLACE IS A GIANT RIP OFF!!!!!!

A bit on pricey side, but service was great, and the whole check and registration took about 15 minutes. I'll definitely be skipping the DMV and going here next year.

Arrived 7:52 am to an obviously irritated attendant. He told me to come back @ 8 am & I said I would prefer to wait the 8 min till they open. He went inside for a couple of minutes then stormed out & said Get out , I didn t know what he went so he said it again. This time I took it to mean exit my truck so he could do the smog. Very rude, first and last time at Instant Smog.

These guys are great, even though I failed the first time! Once I got it to pass they even helped with the registration and all that. New tags just came in the mail. Love it.

Very convenient and efficient. Smog done quickly. For a reasonable extra charge, they will take care of your registration, as well--a big plus!

This is my first vist to this company at 320 Lemon Dr. reno.I will never go back. It's 30 dollars for getting asmog test. The person who did it seemed intensely angry, his manner was curt, short, rude...scary. There are somany other places to get smogged and this would be the last place anyone should go.

Easiest smog and dmv trip ever.... 30 for smog 10 for dmv fees then the cost of your registration.... can't beat it.... gladly pay a few extra bucks to totally skip the dmv.... the guy was cool and explained things to me in a simple way.... if you don't like the dmv then this is the spot.... in and out less then 10 min...

I needed a smog for my truck and remembered seeing this place, so I decided to check it out. I was in and out super fast. The man working was polite and professional. I will be sure to take both my vehicles here from now on.

My check engine light is burned out. These guys didn't check for that, just plugged in the machine and charged 30 bucks for a failed test.

Have a grey market mail truck and the guy had major attitude about not finding the vin # on car easily. Was rude and very short. Will NEVER go there again.
