I ve been using this specific location for many years. The service is fantastic and quick and efficient. I also use them to expedite my annual registration process and always receive my new tags in five business days or less

I would avoid going here and go to Q's Quick Smog just up the road.They are more expensive than other places.The same day I got a smog check here I had a bunch of fraudulent charges on the credit card I used.It could be unrelated but seems too coincidental to be chance.

Not sure what changed here. Been smoging my vehicles here for years including my RV. Went today they had only one customer and the very rude attendant said they don t smog RV s. They have for years but not today. Said he could not have me taking up all of his empty bays.He then said if I pull in sideways he could do it then changed his mind.I can see why is not busy anymore. Poor customer service and lazy employees is what I experienced. Fast Smog was happy to take my money and smog my RV. Great fast service. They will get my business from now on. I will be sharing this with all my friends and family.

Last year when I came to Reno, Instant Smog set me up recommending local shops to visit and food to try. The service they provide is fast and efficient so that your car is still warm to get into by the time they are done.

Open Saturday s. Worked well with our schedule, easy, quick and local. Didn t mind paying the $30 instead of going into town.

I didn't know a smog pass couldn't pass with a check engine light on. It was on due to a spark plug wire getting chewed on by a rodent. I replace the wire and the truck is fine and the emissions coming out of it are fine. Well, they guy looked right at my engine light and even acknowledged it before starting the test. He then did the test and said it didn't pass because the light is on and said "that'll be $30". I complained that he knew the light was on and he said the DMV doesn't allow them to say anything which is COMPLETE AND UTTER HORSES**T. That is so spineless and dishonest to do to someone. So now all I have to do is unplug my battery to clear the code so I can pay $30 again. These guys knowingly/blatantly scammed me out of $30.

Charged all kinds of fees that I later found out are none existent. When I went back to confront about the fees manager was very rude. Definitely not recommend to anyone else

It took me longer to write this review than it took Instant Smog to process my 2016 4runner and submit it to the DMV.
