Best price in town that I found for install. No extra fee for disposal. Friendly staff, free cookies & coffee. They even cranked my spare tire back up underneath were it belonged.

I needed a tire but as a single mom I couldn t afford a brand new one. So I called and was able to get a tire cheap and they put it on for me. They were extremely professional and quick. I m grateful to them.

Best selection of used tires and pricing in Reno. Only took them 35 mins to replace, balance and mount the new to me tire. Was able to do it on my lunch. Returning customer.

I got some good used tires there they'll fit this situation that I need right now. They were quick and efficient and my car feels better as it dries and sits a little bit higher off the ground, thanks guys! 10/29/22- I bought brand new tires today. The other ones were okay but one of the back ones got messed up so I decided to get new ones. And I got them at Gutierrez tires.

I m very happy with their service. I got a flat tire and my was parked at my place and I called them that I really need to get a new tire but I can t drive and they offer me to pick up my car and took the shop they were very nice and helpful I highly recommend this tire shop for their good service to their clients! Thanks a lot!!!

Fast, high quality service at a fair price. I prefer to do business with local companies rather than big national brands and Gutierrez Tires is definitely better than some other local tire shops that employ sketchy business practices (e.g. Reno Tire Pros). Our only complaints were that the waiting area and internet speed could have been better, but that's not what we were paying for so I can't fault them too much :)

Never had any kind of a bad experience at Gutierrez! Excellent service, super friendly and absolutely none of the annoying upsells most big box tire shops force on you now.

I gave 5 stars. I live in fernley and I drive all the way to reno just for their service . The reason is because since the first time I stepped through their door I was greeted, acknowledged, helped with the up most respect and they were Hella quick, Excuse my language but they get down and that's all I care about. Salute.

Very friendly fast service and they are open 7 days a week. 8 had bad experience with Walmart and their tires and I came here and they took care the problem for me in no time.

Can't say enough good things about these guys called them in the morning to ask if they had a decent set of used tires for a vehicle that I'm selling they did n held them for me I brought them the wheels n tires they mounted n balanced everything for $250 out the door can't beat it they were very polite they did what they said they were going to do I would highly recommend these guys excellent shop very pleasant to deal with.

Not only were they the cheapest people I could find to mount and balance 4 new tires on my jeep. I was in an out of there very fast even as a walk in!! Thank you guys!!

A flat repair on a holiday! No other tire shops were open. Walked in and was told about an hour wait. Fairly busy on a holiday they were. They had my car tire repaired in about 40 minutes. Great customer service ! The flat repair wasn't expensive either.I would certainty go back and support local business vs the big guys.

I'm not sure if I was dealing with the owner or if he's a manager and I wish I would have taught his name because I made the mistake of saying what tires needed to be where on the van and after I left I discovered that I told him the wrong information I took it back totally expecting to pay to have that tire taken off and mounted on the correct Rim put on the correct spot and he did not charge me extra he told me it was okay and he 100% fixed my mistake. Prices are good they have a nice little waiting area that has drinks and cookies and a TV and really good air conditioning

Great local tire shop. Fast, friendly & fair prices I was in & out in about 30 minutes for a rotation & balance. They also have coffee & cookies for customers. Best to arrive as soon as they open because it can get busy.

Gutierrez Tires took care of my mom the way anyone would want for their own mother. They swapped her tires for half the price everywhere else quoted, and then when one needed patching they helped her again for a percentage of what others would have. The work is of a quality that matches the rating and they did it with a smile. Thank you for treating her properly guys.

honest, prompt, conscientious (made sure we didn't incur unnecessary future expense and heartache), helpful (willing to patiently explain things) and went above and beyond to set my daughter's vehicle up for safety and success. not all shops treat female customers with this much respect. we most definitely will be back.

Definitely coming back! They helped me on the phone and helped me again when I got there on getting tires that fit my budget. I left home with four brand new tires at a great deal. Don t understand how there are bad review s on them. Keep up the great job you guy s.
