Did you ever dream of having family in the car business?Dream no more... It is a reality with Solano auto sales. They are truly caring and compassionate and honest human beings and really treat treated me and many others like family!This is the place if you re looking for a used car and a great deal and wonderful people and incredible service!!!I had a wonderful used car buying experience from the Solano family! I bought a great car at a great price!Olman, Jerry and Pablo treated me very fairly and like part of their family. They were honest, caring and helpful every step of the way and beyond!I tried many other places and Solano Auto Sales was the best!

Very friendly, efficient and good inventory. Came buy from a SUV I saw on the Internet. It was in really good condition, made and offer and got a good deal! Paperwork process very fast! Will be back again for my next purchase!

BUYERS BE AWARE!!! I THOUGHT THESE WERE GOOD GUYS. TURNS OUT THE RIP PEOPLE OFF BY SELLING UNSAFE LEMONS. BOUGHT A CAR LESS THAN A WEEK LATER A BUNCH OF HIDDEN ISSUES UNDER THE HOOD. RIGGED PARTS, MISSING BOLTS IN ENGINE, COOLANT IN THE TRANSMISSION, RIGGED WELDING, MISSING CAPS, EXHAUST ISSUES AS WELL AS A MAJOR COOLANT LEAK WHICH I HAVE ON VIDEO AND MUCH MORE. WHEN I CONTACTED CARLOS, HE WAS OF NO HELP. I AM A SINGLE MOM AND FULLTIME STUDENT. ALL THAT I SAVED WENT INTO THIS VEHICLE ($5,000). TRYING TO WORK ON MY CREDIT I SHOULD HAVE WENT TO A REPUTABLE DEALER. WE WILL BE TAKING ALL MEASURES TO TRY AND RECOVER OUR MONEY. A BBB COMPLAINT HAS ALSO BEEN FILED. AND I AM CURRENTLY REACHING OUT FOR LEGAL HELP. BE AWARE AND STAY SAFE.IF YOU DO PURCHASE HERE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HAVE THE VEHICLE CHECKED AND DIAGNOSED BY A PROFESSIONAL SHOP!!

I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience, Pablo and Jerry always go above and beyond to make sure everything is ABSOLUTELY perfect. They both are so knowledgeable and treat you with kindness. Pablo answered every question I had and made sure I could understand everything okay. They treat you like you're a part of their family and it is so refreshing to be around. Nothing is forced, they are simply just that kind. The car I got from them is absolutely perfect and they made sure of that before I left with it. I can't even begin to express how happy I am with my new car. Thank you both for everything! You guys are truly the best around.

This dealership is incredible. I'm a single woman, car shopping on my own. I was on a tight deadline for finding something perfect for me and my kids. I went to numerous places before Solano's, who all said they would run the applications and it wouldn't affect my credit score. The staff here is 100% straightforward with all the information I wasn't aware of. I not only found and purchased the perfect car through them, but felt respected and appreciated. I could not recommend a dealership more than Solano's Auto. Please, if you're looking for a vehicle and aren't interested in getting the usual runaround from every other dealership, purchase you're next vehicle through this local business.

Buying a car with Pablo has been an incredible experience from start to finish. Friendly and up front, showed the car, test drove and hammered out a purchase within 2 hours! This has all the hallmarks of a responsible family owned business! He even offered me his personal number to contact him with anything regarding future needs for the car (mechanic/tires etc..). I would not hesitate recommending Pablo to those looking to purchase a used car in the Reno area. Appreciate every bit this experience from start to finish.

Bought a nissan titan from Pablo about 4 mos ago. he is honest trustworthy and holds to his word and more. This man knows how to treat the buyer with respect. I've bought a lot of cars/trucks in my life time and Pablo is this most honest salesman I've ever ran across. He went farther then a mile to make this deal good. If I ever buy another truck again Solano auto sales will be the place I go. Spent maybe an hour in the office when buy this truck. If I could give him more then 5 stars I would. Thank you Pablo for being honest. I do know you are 1 in a million and you should always sleep well knowing you make all your sales right.

The best car buying experience we've ever had. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They weren't pushing us to buy quickly and allowed us to take our time. The whole paper work process took less than an hour. Very satisfied with our buy. Would recommend hands down over and over again.

Very fast, easy experience!!!!!!! It was so simple. I went and test drove a ford explorer of theirs. Liked it. Went home and filled out the online credit application . Was approved immediately. I went back signed papers that literally took 2 minutes and drove away with my car. Remind you I have 3 boys. There was no hassle like at most dealerships. And no waiting.

Went to look at a car, they were nice but when it came to buying they refused to budge from the price. Re checked the next day and offered one more time, kept telling me they had to wait for their boss. All day I waited to hear back. Right before they closed they message me saying they have someone possibly coming to look at the car between 1-4 days and if that falls through they would take my deal. I told them no, rubs me the wrong way to have an interested buyer hang around waiting all day over a 500 hundred dollar difference. The car wasn't special and there are loads just like it a way better price.

The best customer service I've ever gotten at a dealership, from the initial contact through finalization of the sale. Nice selection, good vehicles, and the owners are on site. I won't go anywhere else in future, and would recommend to any of my family/friends looking for a vehicle.

So my wife and I have been looking for an FJ Cruiser for a few months now and came across one at this dealership. We live in California and Solano's is in Reno, NV so we gave them a call and spoke directly to Pablo, who along with his father is the owner. Pablo is an AMAZING person and his costumer service is unmatched. I don t think I ve ever been treated better or have had anyone go as far as he did to please us. He went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what I would ever even expect from someone in customer service/sales. As I mentioned before we live in California, and because of that, vehicles require a specific catalytic converter in order to pass smog. So, one of the things he did for us, that literally blew us away (in a good way), was take it all the way to Truckee, CA from Reno to see if it would pass smog. He was extremely patient and answered every single question we asked, he was very honest, kind and really made us feel like family. I would recommend ANYONE to him, and wouldn t hesitate to return. Thank you, again, for everything Pablo!

I have had for less than a year about 4 months and my check engine light has turned on twice. The first time the guys at the dealer tried to cover up the probelm. The car was pricy but they made is seem like an amazing car well they knew exactly what there were doing. Not trust worthy horrible quality in service and cars. Do not recommend at all I would want anyone to get screwed over how I did I hope this helps.

I had an emergency with my daily driver right before moving to Reno this year and I ended up buying from these folks after a few days struggling with all the dealers in this area. I bought a 2007 VW Rabbit that had a couple cosmetic and interior issues but was priced great given that. Mechanically sound and with service records showing they d gotten all of the dealer recommended services, it s still my daily driver and I ve taken it all over the western US.I ve recommended these guys to anyone I know looking for a good used car. They don t negotiate much on price but it s a tight market dealing with auctions and cleaning them up to be ready for sale. Pablo and his family are good folks and it s always a pleasure seeing them if I stop by to see what s on the lot.Pura vida!

They are awesome people. My son got his car stolen this week . We went a few places and stumbled across this company . They were awesome worked with my son and got him in a very nice car . I highly recommend them . Very passionate and a bunch of nice family people . My pleasure doing business with them . Again thank a bunch

They weren't able to help us because of our credit and upside down trade but they let us look at the cars we wanted without pressure or trouble. They were all very nice and friendly and let us know before pulling our credit and dinging us further that they couldn't help. I wish them all the best and would recommend them to anyone.

bunch of frauds who sell Lemons, don't buy from this company, as another person said after 4 months we had this car and we've had to replace the breaks /brand new transmission / now engine needs to be replaced / tires had wires sticking out not to mention they said they had the own mechanic say It was all good and signed off / then they pulled the you've drove 7,000 miles In 4 months? ha how do you drive 7,000 miles in Reno in 4 months...

So this guy is pretty cool It's been a long time since I thought about buying a car. Was just trying to scope it out. Most people judge me by my appearance and care not to give an honest man a chance. After explaining my situation to them and Where I Stood he actually was willing to give me a shot and I still might go back there it's just something you don't see everyday five stars to you

I didnt buy from them, but when I went there to look, the guy who helped was awesome. Very nice, informative and not pushy at all. Buying a car is a pain, but I could twll if I did get it there, it would have been a good experience.
