Paid for two cars yet on my third one things went really sideways communication is terrible lately. Literally had to go buy another car because of the lack of proper communication. Disappointed!

I went in there with my stepbrother to look at cars and they acted like he didn't have money to buy a car the guide to get him like. He was homeless and had no money and was score. So I mean I would never go back here ever again.

Michelles comment. Im the brother she speaks of and i just wanted to set the record straight. I have had an amazing experience with this company. I bought a 2007 mazda 3 and i still have it 3 years later and i love it. I had problems with one person there who no longer works there. But drago is amazing. Everytime my car has broke down he has taken it in to fix it. As well as try his hardest to get me a loaner while mine is in the shop. Lets me pay the bill as im able to. Hes super understanding about if the payment has to be late a couple days. He has always done right by me. And the only disruption we had was my car was in the shop 3 days. Told me he was getting me a loaner. Then when he got back he said he wasnt qble to do it. But instead gave the loaner to my sister in law because she has a child and i dont but got me a loaner the same day. Loaners arent required by law. Him helping with repairs isnt either and yet he does. I had problems with my tires losing air and he paid for a full new set for me. Hes an amazing person. 10/10 all around. Very kind and understanding. Hes always treated me great. Id reccomend to anyone.

Bought a 2001 Yukon runs great. When ever I have issues I call drago and he helps me out. I highly recommend to buy your car here cuz he helps people out and works payments on what you can afford

I highly recommend this place! The management at Freddy Go Getti is great same with the prices too. Originally I had a few issues with my car, but after management heard of my problem, they took the initiative to call me and offered to immediately fix the direct problem and also go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle.

While waiting for the shop to repair a broken CV axle (took 3 days to repair)on a car that shouldn't have been for sale in that condition to begin with. Loaner car they offered my friend had a bad alternator and left him in the side of the road more than once. And the rear inside was covered in dry vomit. All the vehicles I looked at were nasty dirty inside and out. Out if the 11 cars II looked through only 2 didn't have a dead battery. The salesman didn't leave his desk to meet customer needs at all.

Let me start out with the fact that when we showed up there was no one to greet us to talk about the cars they had in the lot.When we did find someone on our after walking the lot for 15/20 minutes, the gentleman inside wasn't very personable and acted like he didnt care. Which being a customer service representative that's a huge no no for me as a customer.We asked about a couple of cars and he just didnt seem to want to sell anything, the prices were outrageous for the cars we were asking for and when we were asking there was no given knowledge on the cars just a "it's this much, or this much" answer.So we just left.

Not a great experience.... my car broke down two days after I got it.... I ve had nothing but problems with it since I got it. My brother in law has had nothing but issues with his car as well. I went in to try and get into something else back in March and he really didn t seem to want to sell anything to anyone or help me out.... I don t recommend this place to anyone.

Great place, everybody cares and they make sure you get your car, they really helped me by facilitating in house finance they really go above and beyond , they treat you like family , Thank you and your staff Drago for everything .

I have worked with this company for a long time I'm happy working with the best employee s we laugh and have great cars and u can put 500-750 down and speed away so come on down friendly salesman will put u in the right car for u so come on down

Me and my wife stoped by looking for car. Walked around for 20+ min. Not one person came out to help us .no sale person at all. Bad customer service

Don't go here they rip you off and over charge going to the better business and reporting them and getting my few lawyers involved unsafe cars and refused to fix anything..
