Rick is knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, and responds very quickly. But more than that, he goes the extra mile and helps in ways that are above and beyond the call of duty! He repaired my trailer awning and saved me about $3000 by replacing only the damaged parts, instead of replacing the entire awning like everyone else recommended. This required a lot of extra work on his part, but he did it with a smile! It's hard to find customer service like this. I can't recommend Rick highly enough!

If I could give Rick 10 stars, I would. Rick is A+mazing! Over the Memorial Day weekend, I emailed him at 7am (on Sunday) with an electric/solar issue we were experiencing and preventing us to go on a trip scheduled for the following Tuesday. Within 30 minutes I had a response that he could help. He told me he could fit me in Monday afternoon (a holiday). I asked if he could just call or text when he was on his way. He immediately responded to my email AND texted me a confirmation.But wait, the service didn t stop there!By the time Rick arrived Monday afternoon, my ONE issue (on a 2023 Grand Design Momentum 25G) that I had just purchased 6 weeks ago turned into FOUR (maybe more) issues. With a positive, upbeat, and willingness to help attitude, Rick was able to fix all of our issues within an hour. We were able to hear a wealth of knowledge and tips/tricks along the way.One of our issues was a tail light from the factory with water inside (which needed to be replaced). Luckily we found the part locally the following morning and Rick stopped by after a busy days work to put it back on. He kept me updated all along on when he would be to our trailer.Rick was a miracle worker and was able to salvage our first trip in our new trailer. We will be on the road today thanks to Rick! I don t know what we would have done without him. His services were PRICELESS.If you have a problem, call/email/text Rick! (He is on our speed dial now.)Rick, thank you again. Rick saved us while traveling through Reno. Our generator stopped working in 100 degree heat, leaving us without roof AC. He was able to fit me in the next afternoon. The next day he got bit on the hand by a dog, went to hospital, but still kept his appointment with us. He fixed the generator and saved our trip.

I don t know how to put into words how grateful my family and I are to Rick! He saved our trip to Yellowstone when our RV broke down in Sparks, NV. Rick is the best. He helped fix my Rpod slide. Spent the time trying everything to get my slide to work before having to order parts. Worked within my timeline and got the job done. Very knowledgeable about the slide on my Rpod. Very friendly and really cared about the work he was doing. Highly recommend

I called Rick and he replaced my toilet and water leak fast!!! and for a good price. I didn't even have to be there for him just left the trailer unlocked for him to go into. did everything via phone calls/tex. highly recommend

Replaced macerate in our Rv flush toilet and repaired cargo door. Unbelievable customer care and service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Rick for all of your Rv repair needs
