My car was hit in a parking lot and I was devastated. Fix Auto Reno got me in in a timely manner. They worked well with my insurance. They were super professional and courteous. They finished my car up quickly. And, they even let me come in early on a Monday morning so I could get my car and get to work on time. Not to mention, they did an AMAZING job and my car looks brand new!! I wouldn't hesitate using them again. Thank you Fix Auto Reno!!!

Excellent work. My doors were damaged in an accident (not my fault). Looks brand new again. The only nice part left on my old vehicle Lol. Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with Fix Auto. Their communication and follow up was always right on point. Bree was very pleasant and called me often with updates. Matt was great to work with and explained everything to me in detail and why things were a certain way. Originally, I only used them because of my insurance company, but I would go back and use them on my own now.

The bumper on my truck was installed perfectly and now looks great. Customer service was great, they called me on time and then delivered the truck to my door. Couldn't have been better.

My car was finished when they said it would be finished. Whenever I called I got all the information I needed and everyone was very courteous. When I picked up my car at had been thoroughly cleaned and look like a new car. If I ever have any work to be done I will certainly take it to fix Auto Reno

The worst body shop in Reno. Do not take your car here! While our car was there they caused more damage to it due to a sign falling on our car, the owner she lied about it. We caught them trying to secretly repair the damage, the owner admitted that they are having issues getting good painters to do the work. They ruined a complete side of our car we had to take it to Subaru for a complete re do the place is not professional at all. Shop elsewhere I had to take my car to have thier repair fixed .. when an owner of a paint shop says they are having issues getting good painters lol come on! I m not going to name the paint shop that had to completely re do fix it autos jack job because I don t want this to sound like I m recruiting for a competitor . I m just posting this so you guys can be ware of this place!! U walk in and you can see by its workers that it s not a professional establishment. It s very sun valley!! If you know you know!!!! Go to a quality spot folks this isn t it!!!

I would like to give my opinion but being as I have only had email contact anything I would offer has no basis. The car belongs to a friend I tried to help by cosigning on her car loan. I put her on my insurance to get better coverage and lower her rates and this where we are today. As with so many things parts are apparently hard to get as the incident happened in March and it took 6 plus months to get it fixed.

Very professional experience. They laid out all the possibilities of issues that could arise to complete the repairs and kept me up to date. They even completed it sooner than estimated. Great job guys.

As a customer, I m just looking for honest updates, and the team here has lied to me about my vehicle every week. It's now four months, and I don't have my vehicle. I should have never chosen Fix Auto over Caliber Collision.Update: I added two more stars. I received my vehicle back after four-plus months. Not having my car this long wasn t the problem; it was only because I was being told false information making me believe my vehicle would be ready sooner than it was.After having my vehicle back for 24 hours, they did a good job. My vehicle is back like it never left.If I were to do it over, I would go to Caliber Collusion only because they give you honest text updates on parts arriving and where they are on the project, and the customer service is great.

Randy and her crew at Fix Auto do incredible work and better yet have awesome customer service. Randy(the owner) came to my work to do the estimate on some body work. Had it fixed up quickly, but more importantly great quality work. Things any business owner cannot control: your attitude and definitely not the supply chain in our current post Covid world. They didn t have to worry about my attitude because I give everyone my smile for free. The supply chain is what it is these days. Fix Auto had great communication which is not always a given these days. Highly recommend them to anyone needing body work on an automobile. We took a company truck in for collision repair. It sat for 3 months with no progress then we got an alert from our dashcam system about unsafe driving. Turns out an employee was using our truck for personal business while driving in a very unsafe manner and even kept the truck at a personal residence overnight. Just wow. We had to remove the truck without repair and go somewhere else.

I was very pleased with the service at Fix Auto Reno. Each of the staff are helpful and knew just what I needed to do.When I told Dave the name of my insurance company Dave was already contacting my agent and knew the name. After assessing my dents. He knew my information and ordered my parts. All the work was done just right and on time.I would use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Desk is a tiny bit dusty. Ive been to see Randy and her crew twice now. I always have a great experience. Sarah at the dest is very kind and knowledgeable. David has been my primary person at the shop and had been excellent both times. Car damage is never fun but at least I can count on Fix Auto to take care of my truck. Our car was in an accident and undriveable. They worked with our insurance to estimate the loss. I was able to have it taken in the same day and stored on their lot until the claim was completed. Very helpful to us since we had never dealt with a loss before. Highly recommend their service.

Brie was awful and rude. Randy, the manager, tried to give an estimate to repair a 1.5 scratch on the bumper for $1.1k. Stay away from these crooks.

I would not recommend utilizing this auto body shop. I was driving across the country from a work assignment when I unfortunately hit a mule deer. The damage to my vehicle was severe and it needed to be towed. My insurance provider (SF) chose this shop since I am not from the area. Over the last 4 months that my vehicle has been at Fix Auto the communication has been poor at best. I initiated 95% of all communications about my vehicle. I was very patient and understanding during the long ordeal because I know that there are supply and staffing shortages. However, taking 5 minutes to text, email, call with any updates was never initiated by the shop. Fast forward to this week when I received my vehicle, which I shipped directly to another auto shop near where I live so my car could be inspected. My air conditioning was not recharged, my battery was dead, and my brand new $350 Yeti cooler was missing. I alerted Fix Auto about this immediately. They told me to call back today for final word about looking for my cooler (nearly a week later). When I called back I was told they were not available to speak about it but maybe I should check with the towing company. I personally rode with the towing company to the auto shop so that is not even a possibility. It feels like they are trying to avert any responsibility. There are only two possibilities 1. My vehicle was left unlocked on your lot and someone broke into my car or 2. One of the staff took it. I left my locked car on the lot on Monday January 3rd after packing as many of my belongings into my suitcases as possible. The cooler was the only thing of significant value and I obviously could not fly home with it. If my car was broken into then that means they had access to my personal information on the registration/insurance info such as my full name and address. I'm sure they wouldn't want to admit if it was a staff member who stole it. Either way my personal belongings were stolen from my vehicle while at their auto body shop. So if you value communication and safety for your vehicle I would not use Fix Auto.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

I took my vehicle to FIX as a preferred body/repair shop after my accident. Very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly team. They got the vehicle in the day of the accident (I called a half dozen shops, some with an 8 week wait) The estimate was done in a few days. And they were able to store the vehicle (deemed totaled) until the at-fault party removed it. There aren t many shops in the area that can provide ALL these services under one roof. They are, now, my go to auto and body repair shop.
