Best sales, best service, best customer service. There's Dolan Lexus, and then there's everyone else. Why settle for anyone else?I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

Best vehicle service experience I ever had. Long time Lexus owner. Recently broke down in route from the Bay Area to Boise and had my RX450h towed to Dolan Lexus Service Department. I dropped the key in the night drop with a note, rented a car at the Reno Airport and continued my trip. Picked up my car a week later on the way back home. Maharlika, the Service Advisor, emailed and/or texted several times a day keeping me apprised of the problem and progress on the repair every step of the way. The diagnostic was accurate and the repair was done on time at a reasonable price given the circumstances. I would recommend anyone in the area doing business with them.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My Toyota was serviced, with appointment, (oil change, filters checked and wheels rotated). Told to expect 2 hours, ended taking 3 hours plus. Seems excessive time for this type of service. Staff were polite and appropriately dressed.

These guys are amazing! We had an auto issue in the middle of a family emergency and they did everything possible to accommodate us. They helped tremendously during a very stressful time. Special thanks to Anastasia and Debra.
