My car was side swiped by a merging car. I love my car and this place treated my car good. They made an effort to keep in contact with me and worked with my insurance really well. My car was there for less than a week and the quality of work was good. When I need a body shop I will be coming back here.

This body shop used to be one of the best in Reno. Now they work for the insurance companies.I was rear ended at around 25 mph in my 2016 Chevy Corvette Z06. I took my car in for repair as the driver of the SUV that hit me used State Farm and they were a State Farm approved body shop. Bryce was my rep and started out telling me that getting rear ended did not cause alignment issues. I told him I didn't have issues before the wreck. He stated well it wasn't due to being rear ended. I had to take my car to an alignment shop to be fixed and had to get them to tell the insurance company it was due to the accident. The alignment shop also stated that my rear shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced. They said that the body shop should fix that. I told Bryce about that issue he stated that my shocks were my problem as again being rear ended doesn't affect your suspension.I should have taken it to another shop after that but didn't. I finally get my car in a few months after the quote. In a few weeks Bryce calls me an says he can't repair my spoiler as they can't find the parts. Instead they try to repair the old damaged spoiler, but won't warranty the repair. I actually found a certified GM replacement parts within a few minutes of searching on the Web. Asked why they wouldn't work and he said they are not in their network of trusted parts. My spoiler is still damaged and not fixed.When I did get my car back I noticed the paint had an orange peel appearance. I told Bryce I didn't like it. He said I can fix it but it will remove the clear coat from the paint and it won't last long so I suggest you accept it as is. My license plate and holder were still mangled and put back on the car and my spoiler still showing damage. At that point I didn't want them touching my car again.Do yourself a favor and stay away from this body shop!

2005 Dodge Ram was in a hit and run in a parking lot. Got a WRITTEN ESTIMATE for the work. Called to make the service appointment and was told that they don't work on any cars older than 2010. If they can't get something this simple right, I can't imagine how poorly the actual work to be done would be.

The workers here are very nice and accommodating! I had my door fixed since it got cracked due to someone hitting it, and they did a perfect job! They also went the extra mile to vacuum and clean the INSIDE of my car when they didn t have to! I was so happy and impressed with their service! I will always come back here for my repairs

I had Concours replace and paint my front and back bumpers on my STi. The pearl white was perfectly matched, no orange peel texture. They also cleaned my interior while they were at it. I couldn't be happier with the money I spent.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Heather at the front desk will be your main point of contact and she is extremely helpful and flexible! I had to plan my car going in around specific dates and she was able to accommodate me easily without any hassle. Car came back sparkling clean, and looking brand new!

I needed repairs to my front bumper and I ve used Concours body shop previously and was very satisfied with their work. This time they estimated the repair may take several days depending on availability of parts. They helped me arrange for a rental vehicle. To my surprise the repair was done very fast. I saved money on rental costs as I was able to give the car back five days sooner. When I picked up my truck it look like new, the repair was perfect, the truck was washed and cleaned inside. The staff was very friendly and helpful and told me they would call the car rental company for me and cancel the rental. I have recommend Concours to a friend who has some vehicle damage. I would strongly recommend Concours Body Shop when the need arises!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

Shout out to Concours for another amazing job well done.The fin on the van roof got into a battle with a garage door a few months ago and nobody won.(Not just for looks, the fin keeps the motherboard dry)Dropped it off last Thursday and picked it up today.Fixed!Freshly washed.They dealt directly with my insurance.They even work with the Enterprise rental down the street so I could leave my rental with them and make one less stop in my afternoon.5/5 stars!!Service: Body & Trim

Went there to get an estimate on some damage as a result from an uninsured driver hitting my car. Leah was very nice, professional & knowledgable. Nice place & clean, organized shop. I will be returning there for repairs once I get the $$. Highly recommend.

Horrible experience! Took a 2014 dodge in for repairs. Back cab glass was shattered now it's leaking water inside the cab. They tried to blame it on my Insurance when it was actually their poor service! Took 2003 Ford f250 in to be looked at charge me 3000 storage fees while the failed to cover the shattered window allowing dust, debris and water damage to my seats!!! Very rude unprofessional rude staff don't waste your time on this poor MANAGEMENT!

We took 2 vehicles in a short time apart for estimates after separate minor accidents. We gave them insurance info.Estimates were done properly and timely, but that was the end of the customer service. I called twice in the next month for an update, received no information. On the 3rd call the second month, they said they had just the day before, ordered parts and would call when ready for repair. After a over 2 months, I called again was informed that there was no ETA for the parts as they were difficult to get. After another few weeks I again called and was told there were actually no parts available. I asked if they had advised the insurance company and they said they had no information as to which insurance company. Not true. They didn't return calls when I asked for information. They didn't call me or my insurance company with any updates, took almost 2 months to even order the parts and over three months to be informed no parts were available.I would have never known the parts were not available if I had not called them. The service manager was also abrupt to the point of being rude. I am not at all angry that there are no parts. I am angry that I received no return calls or initiated calls and they strung it out so long to do nothing, then lied about the insurance and were rude on top of that.

They were a great help to steer me through what it will take to complete the repairs on my truck from someone backing into my door. From what parts and labor are needed, how long it will be to get the parts, when to drop it off, estimated time it will take for the repairs, and arranging for a car rental. Also, they do not mind taking it over to a car detail shop for me when it is done so it can be detailed in and out and I live out if the area. Thank you very much.

Heather and her team instantly make you feel like family. They ordered my parts the day I came in to have them look at my vehicle. I was notified as soon as the parts came in. They had my vehicle for a minimal amount of time and returned it looking brand new! I can't thank them enough. My car was clean and had been disinfected. Thank you all for an amazing job. There will be only one place my vehicles will go should I need any other repairs in the future!!

These guys are the best! I brought my vehicle in because of a fender bender and my right front headlight was all messed up. I got my baby back faster than expected and it was like nothing ever happened to begin with! Everyone was courteous and friendly. They really know how to treat their customers. I was unfortunately rear-ended this year, my Lexus ES350 had damage on the rear bumper, tail lights and other areas including a some sensors. Concours body shop did an excellent job with the repairs and it looked and felt like new. They also had a very friendly staff that made multiple calls and emails to ensure everything was on track. I had an issue with my rear sub speaker after the accident and they ensured that this was fixed as well. Great team and great service. I hope not to get in any accidents but if I do, I know where to go.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Super friendly staff. Very efficient and on time. They aren't there to rip you off. My car came back looking fantastic!! I would highly recommend them to anyone with damage to the body of their car. Although they were only fixing the outside, they detailed the inside just because I guess!! I was very pleased and so excited to have my car back after only 3 days. Especially after my terrible experience at Hertz on Vassar, avoid that place at all cost. I will most definitely bring my car back to Concours if someone ever crashes into me again!

Work was good. 4Runner was in shop for most of Oct, ridiculously long, however, it appeared to be an issue with receiving parts. Mechanics aren't the best at keeping customer advised, however, I don't worry about the small stuff since they do good work & I called them for updates. The work was good -body panel replacement, damaged suspension and wheel. Was properly aligned, lights were properly adjusted. Long wait for parts during COVID probably not their fault. This shop by far is the best in Reno! I never had to call to figure out the status of my vehicle. They called with timely updates, they did a beautiful job fixing my Charger. They have excellent customer service and were very pleasant to deal with. It's not my first time using Concours and it will not be my last!

It was my first time needing a Body Shop in Reno, so I was pretty concerned at first on who to pick, but I'm glad I picked Concours. My Truck looks brand new again, had an issues with a part they installed a few days after pickup, but they did me right, they went out of there way to make sure I was happy, they installed a new part and everything is perfect now. I will be a return customer if I'm ever in the need for body work in the future, I highly recommend this shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hands down the best auto body shop in Reno! When my car was in the shop Susan called me every week and updated me on the progress of the repairs on my car. She was very polite and gave me peace of mind about how my car was doing every step of the way. The work was amazing as well. These guys know how to paint!!!! I highly recommend Concours, you won t be disappointed!! Thank you!

Five stars to Coucours Auto Body for customer service, communication and quality of repairs. They fixed an insurance-covered dent/scrape on my rear quarter panel, and a dent in the passenger front door that I'd done myself. Max fixed that door dent, then both were painted for an exact match. My Acura RDX has now been restored on the right side and looks just beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased with Concours.Service: Body & Trim
