They did a fantastic job on my suv. The parts took for ever to come in and my suv is new is just hard to get anything now days but they were great about me calling for updates.

Would not recommend to anyone or let your insurance chose this body shop for any work.Was told 1 week when brought the car in, then turned into 2 weeks which my INSURANCE had to tell me since that's what they got back from the estimate. Then called Monday 12/18 for a ETA for this week and was told by one lady it would be done by middle or end of this week. Just called today to see if could pick it up EOD today or tomorrow. (12/22) Now being told by another lady that it wont be done till end of next week. Place doesn't have a clue what going on in there own shop.Go Somewhere Else.

Made an appointment a month out to get my bumper repaired and have the spoiler painted. Estimated time was three days. After two weeks I showed up to see how things were going, they said they had been really busy and hadn't had time to clean it. A few days later I got a ride to their shop to pick it up. They did not complete the work we had agreed to and the work performed was less than satisfactory.The vehicle had not been cleaned or washed, the spoiler had not been painted, parts of the grill were not installed properly, the paint had multipul areas with large pockets of fish eyes, the repaired area was noticeably rough and the brand new paint was all scratched up.They had me bring it back a few days later to polish out the scratches, rough spotsFish eyes and fix the grill. They finally did get the paint right, but when they fixed the grill on the one side they did not notice they had popped the grill out on the the other side. They said they would fix that when I scheduled another appointment to get the spoiler painted...This has taken way too long and it's still not done. Getting all those rides, leaving the for days or weeks on end and having to keep bringing it back over and over again to finish the job is annoying and an inconvenience to say the least.

Nothing real special here. The best suggestion is to not be in a hurry. Shop was backed up close to 3 months and took just under 3 weeks to fix the underbumper(front and rear) Automatic email notifications never personable and very general. No phone calls and they didn't give any specifics during process. I mentioned tailgate beeping not functional during estimate. It was never fixed. Too much paperwork everywhere to be very efficient. Without laying on my back to check undercarriage, the job got finished. Vehicle not cleaned up or anything special for customer. Paper mats and hang tags left for customer to throw away. Smile at the front desk and no further damage helped make this a three star review.

My repair was extensive. And I take full responsibility for my fault. However, this shop quoted me 8 weeks or so and they had my vehicle for 12 weeks. most of the time when I called the shop for an update, the technicians were on vacation or two hour lunch breaks. Two weeks after the front end repair, my car went haywire. The four wheel drive cut out on my Subaru and it turns out that my automatic transmission connector was not attached correctly. Upon trying to pop the hood, I learned they never installed the hood latch, so the bumper had to be removed in order to even look at the vehicle the second time around. I do not trust this shop is capable when it comes to big fixes. Better luck elsewhere Service: Body & Trim

Terrible body shop.....below quality body and paint work. Car was in for font bumper, grille, hood and some side body damages to doors. Since it was under insurance, they did the most cheapest most shoddy incomplete work. Car was done in about 3 weeks. Upon inspection, I could see numerous overspray from the paint work all over the fenders. I had a service person come out and they buffed it out right there. Once I got the vehicle home, it was more apparent how bad this work was. The bumper was not flush with the grille, many fender panels were misaligned. Numerous buffing hazes all over both doors and fenders. They did the least possible work as possible. And on top of it all the body shop employee had the GALL to ask why I gave them a bad review. As with the other reviews, whoever runs this place needs to read these reviews..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The woman at their front desk is friendly, professional and answered all questions well. She set expectations conservatively and kept me informed of the progress of the work. I ve built and managed sales and customer service team. I d hire her in a heartbeat. If she is not used to train customer facing staff, Champion is wasting a valuable asset.Service: Body & Trim

Poor work. I got my car looked at by another collsion center recently and come to find out several months back my car had previous damage that chevy never fixed, plus used wooden screws to put my bumper back together. Not to mention the paint job they tried to get way with on my bumper. I will NEVER use them again.

Recycled parts were used to repair my wife's car and now bounces all over when braking.Their parts changers apparently are not mechanics. When installing lower control arms new bushings should always be installed.

Great repair shop. Keeps us informed of the progress on my daughters truck that got hit. They are not "put out" when I call, always friendly. Calls back when they say they will. Got it in to start repairs quicker than they anticipated.

Salesman lied and said no one had a Colorado in stock Lier. Just drive 20 minutes to Carson for 4 in stock.

Horrible collision center Don t even bring your vehicles here for repairs. They will tell you the work will take this amount of time and it ends up going triple the time they tell you it will take to fix .. They don t help! they make things worse and inconvenience your life and not do anything to make it better or right.. seriously you people are horrible!!! If you ever have an accident look else where you will be beyond thankful for not coming here!! This place will give you every excuse in the book to why the work is not done and how they don t have Adequate staff to get the job done , or how they are sooo busy they are behind giving you the run around never do they call and update you.. NOTHING this shop needs some serious help especially doing people they way they are!!!

Horrible quality of work. Took them months to fix my truck. After replacing parts of the oil system they did not add oil to the motor. They cost me my truck. And nobody will take responsibility.

Try to schedule me 2months out when I was Involved in an accident. Who does that. If your understaffed make your guys do overtime like the rest of the world. Perhaps hire MORE workers if you want to be in business more than 2year. Saps.

The Body Shop people did a good job just took my 2020 Chevy Colorado and there to get some scratches fixed and they're going to take care of it
