Cannot comment on their work, but they did a free brake inspection and said my brakes were fine. My car was making an intermittent slight scraping sound when braking lightly. They did this with no appointment and as soon as I showed up. Honest repair shop in my opinion.

Totally impressed by their Service. Coleman had a quick look at the brakes and made recommendation for my Toyota. Made an appointment for the brake job. My car was promptly attended to and the job was complete the same day. Also, Best price and high quality service in town. I'm a motorhead and a car guy so I'm always skeptical of auto shops but these guys are the real deal. Coleman and gang take the time to properly diagnose the issue.I'm probably gonna visit these guys next time I'm in town. Super glad that I have found them.

This place was amazing. They re not pushy, they don t scam you. Definitely recommend to come and get your brakes done here. I also needed new tires badly and Coleman picked them up for me and put them on during the brake changing service to make my life easier. Honest, fair prices and great work. I recently bought tires and when I went to pick up my truck, I was told I need front and back brakes immediately. I was handed a $1,500 estimate. I went to Certified Brake and Alignment and I was told my front brakes were 20%, we could go another 10%, or replace them now. My back brakes were 40%, no need for new brakes. We paid a little over $350 and got the front brakes done. We are thrilled to have found an honest mechanic! We will be coming back!Service: Brakes

This shop is what everyone wants their mechanic shop to be: honest, fair and timely. The owner Mr. Warren is straightforward, gives you options, and doesnt upsell. He was very flexible in working with my schedule and getting the work done on time. I got my AC compressor replaced and a leak repaired and it's working great. I went to this shop after a recommendation from my neighbors and they were great! I called in the day before, they were full but the owner squeezed me in around lunch time. They did everything I needed to get done and more, and the car drives well again. They inspected my brakes (which had still some life left) and were very honest not pushing a brake change. All for all the service was great and the cost was reasonable. I love supporting businesses where the owner is in the shop and you get to talk to him directly. Coleman is awesome. He s not pushy and gives honest pricing. I got my brake pads replaced here. Repairs were done quickly and my brakes are perfect. I looked into 4 other places before this one and they all charged more or recommended I get repairs that I didn t need like all new calipers. This place does it right. Honest mechanic with great customer service. As a female it is hard to find an honest mechanic. Another shop told me i needed brakes and shocks so I came to Certified for a second opinion. My brakes were fine, but did need shocks. Saved over $1000 and they have earned my forever business.

We needed an urgent alignment while traveling on a roadtrip. They were able to get us in right away, while other places around were not. Very honest and nice guys. Upfront about pricing. Quick to align/fix our problem - we waited maybe about an hour. Definitely would recommend.

I drove my jeep in to have the squelching noise coming from my brake or brakes upon backing up first thing in morning. Cole was very pleasant and professional about taking my jeep for a drive to check the brakes. Of course he did not hear the noise and suggested pulling the jeep in the shop to check the brakes. I was on board with doing that. He and Al not only checked the brakes and system out, they lubed the back brakes as they were rusty and could be the noise maker. Larry, who was in charge, was very courteous and as I was pulling out my pocket book to pay he said no charge. How nice is that! Coleman, the owner, along with his staff have made my experience pleasant.

Was on a 2 week road trip when something went wrong with my 1999 camper van - power steering and brakes were compromised. Finding a quality mechanic in an emergency when traveling was a blessing. The owner looked at the van himself, quickly diagnosed the problem and had me on my way. It was a simple repair, but the professionalism and kindness was much appreciated! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I went in for squeaking brakes. I was taken into the shop to see the process of removing the glaze from my rotors. The entire process was explained to me so I could understand what they were and would be doing to my car. They didn't try to upsell or take advantage of the fact that I have little to no knowledge about cars. They made sure everything was done 100% right. Refreshing! My college student daughter needed to get brakes done. As a worried parent 800 miles away, I hoped that she would find a mechanic that would treat her right ..she found it here! Quoted over the phone and when she took it in it was that price! Coleman showed my daughter the work they were doing, pointed out a few things to keep an eye on. He did not "scare" her into getting all 4 brakes done, just the two that needed it. So happy we found Certified Brake!

Fixed the Vans brakes and ball bearings in a fraction of the time of anyone else. Got me in that day and had the van back the next day with great communication in between. Price was fair and they explained the job nicely.

Our 2006 Chevy Avalanche was needing a brake job. This was a complete brake job including rotors. The price was awesome. Fast friendly service.

Brian & co do honest work and do it quickly. Dropped my car off in the am due to braking issues, they put new rotors on and had everything ready to go in the afternoon.

Great, honest service. Saved me a complete brake job and said I currently did not need it. Was told that I only needed pads and that they would last the summer.
