If I could rate this 6 stars, I would.I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service from Brite Glass, located at 100 Gentry Way in Reno, NV. After a mishap with my car's windshield due to falling ice and snow, I was in urgent need of repair. I commute from Incline Village to Truckee for work and having a working car is essential. Brite Glass not only efficiently repaired my windshield but also went above and beyond with interior detailing, ensuring every last speck of glass was removed from the leather and crevasses. (Check out the photos of my car after my windshield was smashed in)From the moment I called, I was greeted with professionalism and expertise. Rob, the owner, personally assisted me, guiding me through my insurance policy and outlining the proposed services. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident from the start! Moreover, Lizzy (Lizzie?) and her colleague at the front desk provided exceptional support, making the scheduling process seamless and stress-free.While I dealt with delays with the towing company & many calls to my insurance service to get my car down the mountain, there were no issues with doing business with Brite Glass & their crew. The result was impeccable - my car looked as good as new, with no trace of the previous windshield damage. What's more, Brite Glass went the extra mile by including interior detailing at no additional cost, a gesture that truly exceeded my expectations!!Overall, my experience with Brite Glass was nothing short of exceptional! Their dedication to quality workmanship, coupled with their outstanding customer service, has earned my loyalty as a customer. We recently had our guest bathroom remodeled. That included having a new walk-in shower. We were fortunate to have Brice Itzaina install the glass for our shower. Brice and his assistant arrived on time, was very professional and extremely polite. He installed the new glass in no time and did an exceptional job. Brice is a definite asset to Brite Glass! Kudos to him!

I have been a faithful customer for over 20 years. Their customer service and quality installations in both my homes and automobiles has been incomparable. All of their people have treated me with respect and have a cheerful willingness to help solve even the most complex details that can arise, all with an eye for safety. Brite glass reminds me of Reno back in 2007. When life moved a little bit slower, and when The Biggest Little City was still, well, little. Rather than listening to 30 plus minutes of hold music, you instead are greeted by Rob after 2 rings max. He immediately made me feel like I was speaking to someone I could trust to get the job done, and get it done right. A tree branch invited itself into my car's quarter panel glass window and completely shattered it in the process. Im not sure how one makes a broken window a pleasant experience, but that's exactly what Brite Glass did. The cherry on top? They did the work for half of what other companies were asking for. And no I'm not like a paid person or an employee of theirs. I just like good local businesses idk.Service: Auto side window replacement

Insurance claim for windshield replacement was handled immediately! After letting them know of a severe time constraint (going on military orders in two days) they checked to see if there was any way to squeeze me in sooner! Just the fact that they checked and were willing to work with me was impressive - after being strung along by another glass company for 3 days - but even more so, they found an opening, had the right glass (heated wiper resting area) and calibrated it (which the other company could not do), and had me on my way within 24 hours! Incredibly impressed with their speed and professionalism. Will continue to do business here for all glass needs!

Lizzie from Brite Glass is the best! Needed my car rear window replaced and had to wait for the order to come in. Lizzie kept me updated and scheduled me right away when the once it came in.

We are so thankful for the management and staff at Brite Glass, Reno. From the owner Mike, to the residential specialist Marissa to the installers Clint and Ben, each person we encountered worked to help us replace our boat's center walk-through windshield. There are very few glass shops who deal in marine glass. Thankfully, we found Brite Glass. They were friendly and professional and were able to create a custom templet for the piece we needed, order it and install it--all for a very reasonable price. We are happy to be back on the water. Super happy with this local shop. They are very nice. They worked with my insurance to get my Jeep's windshield upgraded to Gorilla Glass!! No more broken windshields on my brick of a vehicle.

I had two minor pits to my Windshield that were repairable. They were very busy on the day I came in for the repair, however, they were very professional and courteous. Brite Glass was recommended by my Agent and he uses it for his windshield repairs. If you actually value your safety and your car don't take your car anywhere else for a windshield and especially don't have a parking lot company come out and do it. Windshields are structural members of your car. Meaning if its not installed correctly or the epoxy isn't allowed to cure in a temp controlled environment or they install a cheap aftermarket glass which is like a bad copy of a copy and usually doesn't fit like oem, then its possible for your windshield to pop free in an accident which then leaves the roof of the car like a dented beer can and susceptible to caving in more so than it would had the glass stayed in place. The reason Im giving this long schpeel is because Brite Glass is probably the only shop in Reno that does it correctly like the manufactures would. I have no qualms taking my exotic cars to Brite Glass for windshield changes, they've always been top notch and the time before last install, into my Lotus, which wasn t a particularly easy install, they did phenomenal, and even added an additional gasket to the bottom of the windshield which sealed it better than the factory. This time they did the windshield in my R8 and did an amazing job. Rob and his staff, Alex and the installers are all top notch. The only place I'd take a nice higher end car or SUV to get a windshield.Services: Glass installation, Auto windshield replacement

Rob and the team at Brite Glass has handled several of our insurance claims on windshield replacements and with immediate attention and care to the very last detail! They were professional, prompt to schedule and even prior to installation, they checked our windshield for safety issues and driving while we were waiting on windshield delivery and installation - giving us reassurance and some peace of mind. Very important and hard to find a company that cares not only about your vehicle, but about you. We highly recommend Brite Glass because of their excellent assistance, through repair, and prompt service. Will definitely do business here for any and all glass needs! The Brite Glass team did an absolutely amazing job. Rob was so helpful in coordinating with me to get the right windshield it was messed up from a previous company. Sergio did a great job with the repair. Everything exceeded our expectations. When we picked up the car, we were surprised to find that they washed the car and vacuumed the inside. Couldn't have been more helpful. My car had been broken into, and every other shop around town had a waiting list of 1-2 weeks, and was quoting me $550 for a simple window fix. Called these guys on the recommendation by a friend and didn't regret it. They were able to get me in the same day. quoted me almost half of what I had been previously quoted, and were able to perform the repair flawlessly despite some complications with a needed part. Really wish I got the name of the guy at the front desk (short, blonde hair, incredibly helpful, honest and nice). I don't usually write reviews, but I had to. The people here are great. The window that I had replaced after someone broke it and stole my stuff is working fine. The pricing was pretty average, but the people were great. I like going into an establishment and having people be normal people. Everyone I interacted with was great... and apparently the word of the post is great. Lol

They never sealed the bottom of my windshield so they told me to come back the next day to have it sealed and the guy came out the next day with an attitude like he shouldn't have to do this because of the make and model of my car but before insulation i was told it shouldn't be a problem. He quickly attempted to seal the bottom in the parking lot but did a horrible job and because it was windy outside dust flew into the sealant and it dried horribly. I will never go to brite glass again because i was treated very disrespectfully once i asked for the job to be completed correctly

I showed up for my appointment and was immediately helped. The replacement was don t faster than the estimated time, and for a few bucks less than I was quoted. Plus, everyone was super helpful and kind! Stood me up on 2 appointments. Never got a phone call either time. When I called to cancel my business with them, never got an apology. You would think they were doing my a favor for doing business with them. No customer service whatsoever. Had to give them a 1 star to post this. It is really a NO STAR!

The service and professionalism at Brite Glass was great! On a Thursday they repaired two chips in one of my vehicles while I waited. I can not even see them anymore. The next day they replaced a windshield on another vehicle in a very timely manner and had me on my way in no time. Each crew member was knowledgeable and professional, which is much appreciated! Once the glass came in they installed it quickly and they even cleaned my front seats and the vacuumed the floor. Great customer service and great installation. Patricia at the front desk helped me at the Gentry location. She was the sweetest, warmest person to walk into a building to. She walked me through the process and helped me with my insurance when I thought they wouldn t be if any use. My technician came up to the front immediately, also walked me through the process and what to expect and had the chip repair done in 20min. They also scheduled me for a residential visit for the very next day for my kitchen window. Very impressed and with all the rocks that love to hit my windshield, this will be my go to place now.Service: Auto windshield repair
