Jared, Michelle, and Michael Sanderson are amazing people, amazing service advisors, and the reason I keep coming back to Bill Pearce Volvo time after time.When service advisor Michael left I thought we were done. The day I found out Michael had left the service department was the first time in my life I asked for a cash offer for my beautiful, reliable, and loved Volvo.But then Jared came; he gave me hope. After the first day I had fallen back in love with Bill Pearce Volvo service. Jarad is an amazing guy. He knows everything I don t need to know about my Volvo; and is always honest with me. ONE SINGLE TIME I thought I was smarter than Jared and got the basic service. A month later I was stranded on a bad side of town because a spark plug that would have been replaced by the recommended service had failed. It cost me far more cash and peace of mind than the recommended service would have ever cost me. Listen to Jared, he knows exactly what he is talking about.Michelle is amazing. Today she made me feel more human than I had ever felt in Bill Pearce Volvo. I always thought I knew Michael Sanderson, and hope I still do, wherever he is now. But today Michelle learned more about me than anyone apart from family has ever cared to ask. She is perfect. I have waited almost two weeks to write this review to make sure emotion was out of it. I made an appointment for an oil change on my new to me bmw here at Bill Pearce. When I arrived, there were no service advisors available in the service area. There were two advisers talking to other customers. Which was fine. I waited a bit, and after a few minutes one of the advisors asked to help me. I got checked in, my advisor finally appeared and brought me over to her desk. We got the details of services to be provided taken care of, which included a complimentary car wash, which I thought was nice, then, I went to wait in the waiting area. Nice area, some snacks are available. After waiting a bit, I was informed there was a recall on my car, a software update. I authorized that since I was already there. Two and a half hours later, my car is ready I m told. This is where things go bad. My car has been washed, and now there are giant paint less spots on my rear bumper. I noticed when I got home, and immediately called my advisor, who had left for the day, and left her a message. I received a text the next day asking me to bring the car by so they could take a look at it. I brought the car back, and ended up sitting at my advisors desk for about ten minutes until someone asked to help me. I told them the situation and they brought out an assistant manager who said she d take a look. She immediately started talking about she doesn t know if it s an aftermarket bumper, that the car wash wouldn t cause the paint to come off like that, basically just immediately dismissing me. She then said we can go in and look at the pics from when you came in. We did that, there was a small spot where paint was missing, but the car wash really took lots more off. Several square inches off. Now, I didn t expect them to repaint my bumper, but from a customer service standpoint, I figured maybe they d touch it up for me or something. Nope. She gave me the number of Bill Pearce auto body so I could take care of it myself. Definitely brings more money into the company I guess. But not really the level of service I thought I would receive from this company.

Great customer service even though I was a complete stranger. Treated me kindly and professionally and all I needed was a couple of bolts for my vehicle. Ricardo took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied.
