Our M550i was at the end of its lease and we were shopping for a new X5. We came in and within 10 minutes we had the opportunity to test drive two X5s on the lot. After we decided to go with the M60i we went over the financial details. Even though the current interest / lease-situation isn't great we were able to work out a great deal with the team. Even when we switched cars (There was another X5 on its way that had a must-have feature for me) Bill Pearce BMW went the extra mile to ensure that we're happy with our purchase and changed the cars for us.We took delivery of the car yesterday and the whole process was very smooth. I'm a BMW-customer since 12 years and this was probably the fastest and most efficient pick-up experience. Shout out to Scott for helping us through the process, we're super happy with the new X5!I'm also servicing my BMWs at this dealership and always had great experiences - e.g. the staff went above and beyond to contact my wheel insurance from BMW back in Illinois.All in all a very pleasant, no pressure environment that I can wholeheartedly recommend!

Always a good service experience at this dealership. Misty was super informed and professional, and kept me up to date on all service items, including a link to a short video of the service provided. Sales (Terril) was also a great experience, and we are still extremely happy with our X5 45e!

This company when it comes to title processing, they are not honest specially the lady in title department name Megan McGiboney, I purchased my car Jan-29th-2024, I called BMW central office after two weeks to follow up on my tile and they told me they overnight my title to dealership BMW Reno, I called dealership and the lady name Megan told me is been on my desk for two weeks , I have period one month to process this and I'm doing a favor processing it now but if you like to expedite it pay me $100( They already charged me for processing the title). I refused to pay extra money since they charge me already fortune. I contact the dealership on March-15th (Nadeem), he said contact me on Monday-18th, I give a status, meanwhile I went to CarMax to appraise my car, They told me to expedite your title only cost $20 and there is a form (VP 265) only charge you $20 not $100( you see this luxury car dealership are more greedy). On 18th Nadeem told me your tilt e is process and takes 3-7 days to get to you. I went to DMV Carson City on 19th, They told me with the print That dealership just gave them the tile on 19th and take another 1-2 months to get to me. See how decisive are these people. NEVER EVER TRUST THEM. Take care of your title yourself. I won't let this go easy. I was going to trade my car with different car and because of title delay I lost sweet deal.

We recently worked with Marcus on the order and purchase of an i4. He was helpful every step of the process even though we were located in California he made very easy. Even after purchase he helped with some unexpected issues my wife had with the vehicle and went over and beyond to correct it. Also thanks to Isaac for the technical support. Definitely will be a return client.

This dealer, in the midst of the pandemic related supply chain issues, sold cars at MSRP (including to me). They didn t engage in any type of dealer markups. This shows a real community focus and integrity. For that reason, even after I moved to the Bay Area, I brought the car back to this dealer for its servicing (great service experience also helps).

Purchased BMW X7 with Marcus Sero from out of State. Everything went smoothly, he was attentive and thorough in the processing of the vehicle. It was one of best experiences with a dealer in which I have bought many vehicles throughout my lifetime. Do all your purchases with Marcus for all out of State buyers!

I have a BMW with extended warranty. I recently had my vehicle serviced and when I left the BMW dealership it made an odd noise. I returned to the dealership and they advised they neglected to tighten a bolt. Less than two months later and the noise has returned and is getting worse. I called Bill Pearce to get it fixed and they advised it would be three weeks before I can be seen. Extended warranty, a problem created by the dealership, and I have to wait for their convenience. Being without a car for three weeks is not possible but they don't care. THE WORST SERVICE IN THE WORLD!!! Never Bill Pearce. EVER!

The environment is welcoming, accommodating, and relaxed.We knew which vehicle we wanted to test and during the process there wasn't any pressure to sell the car, the salesman walked us through the features of the car that are distinct relative to our knowledge and experience and let the car do the job of selling itself to us (which I appreciate as it helps ensure a good fit between vehicle and driver). We never felt like there were stupid questions and the salesman was good at being a reassuring guide.The purchase process was also relaxed andwe never felt anything being pushed on us. We were told our options and what they mean and given time and the chance to talk things over between us to ensure consensus before proceeding.

I love bringing my car to get serviced here! I have thought about taking my car elsewhere to get service done, but I don't take my baby anywhere but BillPearce! They are upfront on pricing for parts and labor and they know what they are doing. The work is always QUALITY and the staff is awesome! Justin is who I see and he is wonderful!!

Justin service advisor, went far and beyond to figure what went wrong with my X5 fixing it in a Sporthouse. He communicated with them and did everything possible to get my car back on the road. Was trying to save some money by fixing my car elsewhere, and would be cheaper if I eould deal with Bill Pierce Directly.

I recently had some work done on my X3 by the Bill Pearce team and the quality of service and work was excellent. They were able to add me to the schedule with little notice and even buffed out a spot above my wheel well. The waiting area is comfortable and quiet so I was able to work. I highly recommend Tierra and the rest of the Bill Pearce service team.

BMW Reno s service is outstanding. Justin is our service manager and we could not ask for a better navigator. He walked us through every step and helped us decide on which items to take care of now and which to take care of later. We never had to wonder about the status of our car - Justin updated us throughout. We are delighted customers!

Misty provided good customer service. I asked her if she could get an estimate on my X-5 s trade in value, that was done. I wanted to know what the cost would be to fix the parking switch and that information was made available to me. Misty told me the job would take about three hours and that was accurate. She then contacted me in a timely manner to let me know my X-5 was available to be picked up.

A mix of emotions about my experience. It seems that they are not organized. First visit no one let you know what s going on, they are on their phones texting, not engage at all of what was happening around them.We made an appointment to test an SUV the next day at 5:00 pm we got there but they didn t even know where the car was, finally they said the car has some issues and the technician was checking it so we will not be able to test it. They offered to call us the next day to update after 4 days we are still waiting for their call I was trying to buy a car from them I can t imaging how bad could be doing a service or anything else.To be fair Fernando and Joe were nice when we were there.After we left the BMW we went to the Mercedes Benz which is across the street completely different experience they were great.

Just recently gone to BMW-service center and probably having the worst experience ever as my car was diagnosed with a head unit replacement and scheduled my appointment beginning of the month on the first Friday as the appt came up they rescheduled a day prior as they forgot to order there parts for the vehicle and rescheduled me two weeks out and was set for May 19th and just received a update that they ordered the wrongs parts for the vehicle and now having to wait another two days to hopefully see if it will be ready by then and mind you they still have my vehicle as I m trying to figure out how to commute to work as well. As I m getting the run around the communication is very poor and very disorganized.

Terril was friendly from the first day we met. No pressure.Working with Eric doing the paperwork was as smooth a process that I have ever experienced.Isaac great to interact with, he loves BMW cars, knows how to explain all the features. I will be back for round 2 of training.

What a horrible experience. Nothing worse than a car salesman acting as if they are doing you a favor buy selling you a car. I walked into this BMW dealership today ready to buy my first BMW. Not only did I not purchase a BMW, I will never purchase a BMW. Horrible customer service. No thanks. Luckily there are numerous luxury car deanships within walking distance of this place.

Have taken my X5 in a few times for general service, but recently had to take it in for some other major repairs. Misty and the team in the service department were so professional, friendly and helpful from start to finish even though some parts took a week or more to arrive they were prompt with updates and making sure I was able to get around while my rig was in the shop. After I got my rig back I was even given a follow up check in to make sure I was happy. Best BMW dealership I ve ever been to for service hands down. While it takes a long time to get in (needed to book a month or more out to get an appointment) it was well worth the wait!

Brilliant service and communication! Roland was proactive in sharing updates.. and the vehicle pickup post service was handled super smoothly by Justin! Michelle guided really well on when I should bring in the vehicle. Also the problem in the vehicle turned out to be much smaller than I initially thought.. Thanks Bill Pearce BMW!!

Ugh dealing with the phone call service hear was poor, the operators were not capable of answering questions (I understand, but some basics are needed)then transfer back and forth redirected hung up on the list could go on. This was a waste sorry guys your system is way too confusing to be productive.We shall see how the service goes when in shop. As for the only thing that saved this review was Michele R giving me an unexpected phone call back to make sure I was helped.I assume she saw a text that was generated so yes they do see thise texts. Service was good and performed as expected. Check in process was disappointing as there was little communication and it seemed disorganized. Unknown if it was due to staffing issues or not, but we were there for over 15 minutes after our scheduled time (after an early arrival) before we finally approached a representative and told them we needed to leave to get to work. Hopefully this gets resolved for future visits.

I have experienced 5 other BMW Dealerships in my time, and I love Pearce. Michele and Misty were wonderful. Misty cheerfully went above the call the duty after hours to help me. Very impressive, and so nice to see! I'm a fan!

The sales agent, Dario, was very friendly, welcoming, and patient. I would definitely reccomend him. The IT guy, Isaac, was very very informative and helpful with teaching me every aspect of my new car. The entire staff made me feel wanted, rather than just a customer. I ultimately made the switch from being a longtime mercedes-benz owner and after the experience I had here, I am now a lifetime BMW owner.

Customer service (M Winkelman) was excellent. She made the whole experience do able. With long supply chain problems on a $100k car, she made me aware of both the challenges and how she was trying to expedite. I can t say enough about the group there. I bought a BMW X1 at Carmax which wasn't the best experience. I would have loved to have bought one at Bill Pearce had they had one in stock at the time that I needed a car. Long story short, after Carmax failed to fix the issues I had with the car, I took it to Bill Pearce to get some things inspected by professionals. I am so glad I did. My service advisor, Michelle was more than willing to listen to me, take notes, and explain things step by step, I appreciated that she even chimed in that I knew what I was talking about which made me feel validated after not being heard by anyone at Carmax. She was so warm and welcoming, it felt like she was my longtime friend. I have always had a great experience at Bill Pearce but this was exceptional. I rarely leave a review for anything, but I want Michelle to be recognized as a fantastic employee. Thank you so much Bill Pearce BMW. Always honest, friendly and not trying to push things I don't need. I shed a tear of happiness when I left. Nobody likes to go sit and wait in a service center, but this experience actually made my day.-Courtney

So, we are just driving through Reno and our tire goes flat. We have a big screw in the tire and it couldn t maintain pressure, plus our tires are worn. We went to multiple tire stores and none of them had our size tires and couldn t fix the tire.We drove to Bill Pearce at 4pm on a Friday. Tim from parts jumped through hoops looking for a tire or set of tires to help us. Then Deanna found a set that they had ordered for a customer who had just rescheduled for next month. After making sure she could replace the tires in plenty of time for their rescheduled appointment, she offered them to us.Then Brandy from service asked her technicians if someone could stay late. One offered to help. This is service WAY beyond expectations. I can t praise your team enough for outstanding customer service.THANK YOU.
